SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product.

• Shut off water supply.

• Water should be completely drained from the main location water valve of faucet.

WARNING

• Handle with care.

• Improper care may cause the warranty to become invalid.

CAUTION

• Do not overtighten drain assembly (not included) as this could break the porcelain.

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and

hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Make sure the water supply valve is shut off before installation.

Clean any old wax, putty, etc. from base area (if replacing an existing sink).

Estimated Assembly Time: 60 minutes

Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Safety Goggles, Drill, Scroll Saw, Measuring Tape, Carpenter’s Level,

Plumber’s Putty, Putty Knife, Pencil, Adjustable Wrench, Screwdriver

NOTE: To avoid possible damage to the cabinet, cut the counter top before installing the counter top to the

cabinet.

NOTE: This lavatory sink is

when installed in accordance

with measurements below. It’s the

installers responsibilty to comply

with the local disability code prior to

installing the sink.

1. Locate the proper place on the vanity top that the drop-

in basin will be installed. Make sure that there is enough

room under the vanity top for the faucet water supply lines,

drain assembly and bottom of drop-in basin. Spacing

on back of drop-in to backsplash of vanity should have

enough distance to accommodate desired faucet.

2. The outside diameter of the drop-in hole should be cut

to accommodate the drop-in basin, please refer to the

template. Trace the cut-out line from the template onto the

vanity (this will be the cut-out line). Make sure that the

cut-out line is centered on the vanity.

3. Conrm that the mark on the vanity lines up with the

drop-in basin. Then make a clearance hole anywhere near

the cut-out line on the inside and then cut out the portion

within the cut-out line.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

4. Place the drop-in basin into place. Check to make sure

that the drop-in basin is centered on the vanity top and

there is enough space for it to t into place.

5. Mount the faucet and drain assembly (not included) on the

sink following faucet manufacturer’s instructions.

6. After conrming that the drop-in basin ts into place, turn

drop-in basin upside down and apply a generous portion of

sealant on the underside of the rim close to the edge.

After the sealant has been applied, carefully place drop-

in basin into place and press down rmly and trim any

excess sealant or putty off.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

7. Allow sealant to dry and then install the water supply lines

and p-trap to drain assembly (not included).

Turn on the water supply and x it if leaking water is found.

• Wipe the drop-in basin with a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft towel. Make sure that the complete surface is cleaned

and dried.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this sink to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at time of shipment

from the factory for a limited lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The

manufacturer agrees to correct such defects at no charge or, at our option, replace the sink with a comparable or superior

model. To obtain warranty service, call our customer service department at 1-866-389-8827 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., EST, Monday

- Sunday for return authorization and shipping instructions. You may be required to present a copy of your sales receipt

as proof of purchase. All cost of removal and reinstallation are the expressed responsibility of the purchaser. Any damage

to the sink by accident, misuse or improper installation, or by afxing accessories not produced by the manufacturer, are

the purchaser’s responsibility. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for faucet installation during the

warranty period. There is no further expressed warranty. The manufacturer disclaims any and all implied warranties. The

manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages arising at or in connection with product

use or performance except as may otherwise be accorded by law. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you

may also have other rights which vary from province to province. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties.
