IF THE E-BIKE FAILS IN NORMAL USE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP,
PROPELLA WILLREPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. AFTER 12 MONTHS, PROPELLA CAN
PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND OFFERS
AVAILABLE REPLACEMENT PARTS AT RETAIL PRICE.
WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID STARTING THE DATE OF DELIVERY WITH THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
WEAR AND TEAR AND DAMAGE TO BICYCLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS TIRES, TUBES, BRAKE
PADS, CHAINS, CABLES, GEARS, ETC. ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMPROPER
ASSEMBLY, IMPROPER OR INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATIONS, ACCIDENTS, OR
NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE USER GUIDE OR PRODUCT WARNING LABELS.
DAMAGE DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURE, OR WATER IMMERSION ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS
POLICY.
TAMPERING WITH THE BATTERY OR OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WILL RESULT IN A
VOIDEDWARRANTY.

BOTTOM BRACKET HOUSING.
THE DIGITS OF THE SERIAL NUMBER ARE UNIQUE TO YOUR BIKE AND PROPELLA DOES NOT
KEEP A RECORD OF THIS INFORMATION.
