Sampler: Version with handwheel

Sealings: PTFE-seal cone, O-ring silicon (FDA compliant)

Material: AISI 316 L product contact; AISI 304 no product contact

Cleaning input and sampler output,

In addition to hose nozzles,

in different sizes,

also cooling coil

can be connected.

Handling

CIP cleaning completely cleans the Simplex 400 and 450.

The Simplex 450 has the advantage that it can be cleaned and sterilized through the cleaning input

before sampling.

After each sample the Simplex 450 should be cleaned, then close the output and fill the sampler with

alcohol through the cleaning input, then close the cleaning input. Until the next sample the sampler

stays inside sterile.

After replacing the seals, reassemble the sampler in reverse order. To more easily press the Teflon seal

cone onto the spindle, it should be heated to 50-70° C (eg in warm water).

Important NOTE!

If the sampler is used with weld-on sockets,

all seals must be removed before welding.
