1) GENERALITES

La pompe est conque pour aspirer des eaux claires.

Elle doit être installée dans un lieu sec, aéré, à l’abri des intempéries et de la chaleur. La hauteur

maximum d’aspiration ne doit pas dépasser 6 mètres.

Correctement installée, votre pompe fonctionnera avec un rendement maximum et vous donnera entière

satisfaction.

3) INSTALLATION

a) Recommandations importantes :

Avant tout raccordement au réseau électrique vous devez :

Fixer solidement la pompe au sol ou sur un support adéquat. Pour cela, deux encoches ont été

prévues dans le pied de la pompe afin de permettre le passage de boulons de boulons de serrage

(non fournis).

Vérifier que la tension du réseau corresponde à celle indiquée sur l’étiquette de caractéristiques de

la pompe.

ATTENTION:

La garantie ne couvre pas les accidents dus à une mauvaise installation. Cette pompe doit être

installée selon les normes en vigueur et par du personnel qualifié et nous vous conseillons de vous

adresser à un électricien.

La canalisation fixe à laquelle sera raccordée la pompe doit comporter un dispositif de séparation

ayant des contacts dont la distance d’ouverture est au moins égale à 3 mm sur tous les pôles.

Si la pompe est utilisée pour l’exploitation d’une piscine, elle doit être alimentée par un

transformateur de séparation des circuits ou, par un circuit comportant un dispositif à courant

différentiel résiduel (DDR) de courant différentiel de fonctionnement assigné n’excédant pas 30 mA.

La hauteur manométrique totale ne doit pas excéder 35 m. Le câble de raccordement doit être au

minimum un câble de type H05 RNF-3×1mm2(Phase,neutre et terre).

b) Branchement électrique: (facultative si la pompe est livrée câblée)

1. Démonter le couvercle de la boite de jonction en dévissant les trois vis cruciformes situées sur le

dessus.

2. Dévisser les deux vis du système d’arrêt en traction jusqu’a ce que la partie supérieure coulisse

librement et permette le passage du câble d’alimentation.

3. S’assurer que le câble d’alimentation utilisé n’est pas connecté au réseau.

4. Passer le câble dans le fourreau en caoutchouc du presse-étoup puis au travers du système d’arrêt en

traction.

5. Effectuer le raccordement en suivant le schéma ci-dessous

-Le conducteur vert et jaune doit être connecte à la borne marquée:

-Le conducteur bleu doit être connecté à la borne marquée N

- Le conducteur rouge doit être connecté à la borne marquée L

6. S’assurer que tous les conducteurs sont correctement serrés dans le bornier.

7. Resserrer le système d’arrêt en traction en veillant a ce que le pontet s’appuie sur la gaine du câble

d’alimentation et non sur ses conducteurs.

8. Remettre en place le couvercle de la boite de jonction en vissant les trios vis cruciformes.

9. Connecter le câble d’alimentation au réseau.

4) BRANCHEMENT DU TUYAU D’ASPIRATION

Le montage de l’ensemble des raccords doit se faire avec du Téflon de façon à ce que

l’étanchéité soit parfaite.

Pour les raccords équipés de joints plats ou toriques, il n’est pas nécessaire de rajouter du Téflon.

Vérifier la bonne tenue des joints dans le temps. Le tuyau d’aspiration doit être d’un diamètre

minimum de 25 mm et doit être rigide pour éviter l’écrasement.

Ne pas oublier de vérifier les raccords de la crépine (montage au Téflon). Rajouter des colliers de

serrage si nécessaire.

Dans tous les cas, le tuyau d’aspiration ne doit pas être orienté vers le haut. Dans le cas de puits

comportant du sable ou des gravillons, mettre la crépine à 50 cm du fond ou dans un seau au fond

du puits.

5) BRANCHEMENT DU TUYAU DE REFOULEMENT

Afin d’éviter des fuites et obtenir le meilleur rendement, il est impératif de monter les raccords a l’aide de

Téflon.

6) MISE EN ROUTE

Dévisser le bouchon de remplissage du corps de pompe.

A l’aide d’un récipient, remplir le corps de la pompe jusqu’au débordement. (Ne pas projeter

d’eau sur les parties électriques)

Remettre le bouchon en place et le visser suffisamment afin qu’il n’y ait pas de prise d’air.

Si le niveau d’eau descend dans le corps ou si le refoulement ne s’effectue pas correctement, c’est

qu’il y a une prise d’air. Dans ce cas, revoir les raccords du tuyau d’aspiration et procéder à

nouveau au remplissage du corps.

S’assurer qu’il n’y a pas d’eau sur les parties électriques de la pompe.

Mettre la pompe en marche et vérifier a nouveau qu’il n’y a pas de fuite au niveau du corps.

7) ENTRETIEN

En hiver, la pompe doit être soigneusement vidangée ou mise dans des conditions “hors gel”.

Avant chaque remis en route, s’assurer du bon état des joints et de l’étanchéité des raccords.

of your pump, it is recommended that basic safety precautions should always be taken, including the

following precaution:

Read all these instructions before starting to operate this product and keep these instructions in a

safe place.

1) GENERAL

The pump has been designed to suck up clear water.

It should be installed in a location that is dry, ventilated and protected from bad weather and heat. The

maximum suction height should not exceed 6metres.

Correctly installed, your pump will function with maximum, output and should meet your requirements

fully: read the following Instructions carefully.

3) INSTALLATION

a) Important recommendations;

Before connecting to the electrical supply, you must:

Fix the pump firmly to the ground or onto a suitable support. To do this, there are two notches

provided for this purpose in the foot of the pump for securing it with bolts (not supplied).

Check that the mains supply corresponds to that given on the pump’s technical table.

WARNING

The warranty does not cover accidents due to poor installation. This pump should be installed according

to the national standards in force (NFC 15100 for France) and by qualified personnel. We advise you to

call in an electrician.

The fixed pipe works to which the pump will be connected must have a separation device with contacts of

at least 3mm opening distance at all poles.

If the pump is used for swimming pools it must be powered by a transformer with circuit breaker (RCCD)

with sensitivity not exceeding 30mA. The pump should not be used in outside fountains, garden ponds

and similar places.

N.B.: This pump is not intended for cleaning or other maintenance operations on swimming pools. When

it is used for swimming pools, it must be installed in an enclosed service area.

The total manometric height should not-exceed 35m. The connection cable should be at least of the type

H05RNF –3 x 1 mm (live, neutral and earth).

b) Electrical connection:

1. Remove the lid from the junction box by loosening the three crosshead screws on the top.

2. Loosen the two screws from the drawing shutdown system until the upper section slides freely and

allows a power cable to be fed through.

3. Ensure that the power cable used is not connected to the mains.

4. Thread the cable into-the rubber sheath of the cable gland, then through the drawing shutdown system.

5. Connect it up according to the diagram below:

- The green and yellow wire should be connected to the terminal Marked:

-The blue wire should be connected to the terminal marked N.

-The red wire should be connected to the terminal marked L.

6. Ensure that all the wires are securely attached to the terminals.

7. Retighten the cord anchorage device, ensuring that the connector is resting on the power cable sheath

and not on the wires.

8. Replace the lid on the junction box by tightening up the crosshead screws.

9. Connect the power cable to the mains

4) CONNECTING THE SUCTION HOSE

When assembling, all connections should be sealed with Teflon to ensure that complete sealing is

achieved.

For connections fitted with flat or O-ring type seals, it is not necessary to add Teflon.

Check periodically that the seals are sound. The suction hose should be a minimum of 25mm diameter

and be rigid to prevent it from being squashed. Do not forget to check the connections for the screen

(sealed with Teflon). Add clamps if necessary.

In any event, the suction hose should not be pointing upwards. When using in wells containing sand or

gravel, place the screen 50cm from the bottom or in a bucket at the bottom of the well.

5) CONNECTING THE DISCHARGE HOSE

In order to avoid leakage and to obtain optimum output, it is essential to seal the connections with Teflon.

6) START-UP

- Unscrew the filler cap from the body of the pump.

- Using a suitable container, fill the body of the pump until it overflows. (Do not splash water onto

electrical parts).

- Replace the cap and tighten so that no air can enter.

- If the water level drops in the body or it is not filling up properly, it is because there is an air intake. In

this event, check the suction hose connections, and then continue to refill the body.

- Ensure that there is no water on the electrical parts of the pump.

- Start up the pump and check again that there is no leakage from the body.

7) MAINTENANCE

- In winter, the pump should be thoroughly drained or kept in “frost free” conditions.

- Before each start-up, ensure that the seals are in good condition and that the connections are tight.

ALLGEMEINES

Die Pumpe wurde für das Ansaugen von klarem Wasser entwickelt.

Sie muss an einem trockenen belüfteten Ort und vor Witterungseinflüssen und Hitze geschützt aufgestellt

erden. Die maximale Ansaughöhe darf 6 Meter nicht übersteigen.

Wenn sie richtig installiert ist wird die Pumpe zu Ihrer vollen Zufriedenheit mit höchsleistung

2) INSTALLATION

a) Wichtige empfehlungen:

Vor jedem Anschluss am Stromnetz muss:

-Die Pumpe fest am Boden oder auf einem geeigneten Unterbau befestigt werden. Hierfür sind zwei

Aussparungen im Pumpenfuß vorgesehenun die Durchführung von Befestigungsbolzen (nicht mitgeliefert)

zu ermöglichen.

-Überprüft werdendass die Netzspannung mit der Spanung übereinstimmt,die auf dem Herstellerschild

der Pumpe angegeben ist.

ACHTUNG:

Die Garantie deckt keine Unfälledie auf eine schlechte Installation zurückzuführen sind. Diese Pumpe

muss entsprechend den geltenden nationalen Normen (NFC 15100 für Frankreich) und durch

qualifiziertes Personal aufgestellt werden. Wir empfehlen Ohnen sich an einen Elektriker zu wenden.

Die feste Rohrleitung an der die Pumpe angeschlossen wird must mit einer Trennvorrichtung ausgestattet

seinderen Kontakte allpolig um mindestens 3 mm geöffnet werden können.

Sollte die Pumpe für den Betrieb eines Swimmingpools eingesetzt werden must sie durch einen

Kreistrenntransformator oder durch einen Stromkreis gespeist werdender einen FI-Schalter mit

betrieblichem Differenznennstrom von maximal 30 mA enthält.Die Pumpe darf nicht in

FreilandbrunnenGartenbecken und ähnlichen

Orten eingesstzt werden.

HINWEIS: Diese Pumpe ist nicht für die Reinigung und sonstigen Wartungseingriffe an Swimmingpools

gedacht.Wenn sie für den Betrieb eines swimingpools eingesetzt wird muss sie in einem geschlossenen

technischen Raum untergebracht werden.

Die Gesamtdruckhöhe darf 35m nicht übersteigen. Das Anschlusskabel muss mindestens vom Typ H05

RNF sein-3×1mm_(Phasae.Nulleiter und Erde).

b) Stromanschluss:

1. Den Decket des Verbindungskastens abnehmenhierfür die drei Kreuzschlitzchsrauben auf der Oberseite

entfernen.

2. Die beiden Schrauben des Zugschutzsystems lösenbis sich das Oberteil frei verschieben lässt und die

Durchführung des Netzkabels ermöglicht.

3. Sich davon überzeugendass das verwendete Netzkabel nicht am Netz angeschlossen ist.

4. Das Kabel durch die Gummihülse der Stopfbüchse und durch das Zugschutzsystem führen.

5. DenAnschluss gemäß folgender Zeichung durchführen:

- Der gelb-grüne Leiter muss an der mit gekennzeichneten Klemme angeschlossen werden

- Der blaue Leiter muss an der mit N gekennzeichneten Klemme angeschlossen werden.

-Der rote Leiter muss an der mit L gekennzeichneten Klemme ang eschlossen werden.

Verbindungskasten

6. Sich davon überzeugen dass alle Leiter im Klemmenkasten richtig angeklemmt sind.

7. Das Zugschutzsystem anziehen da bei darauf achtendass die Brücke auf den Mantel des Netzkablels

und nicht auf die Leiter drückt.

8. Den Deckel des Verbindungskastens aufsetzen und die drei Kreuzschrauben festziehen.

9. Das Netzkabel am Netz anschließen.

4) ANSCHLUSS DES SAUGROHRS

Die Installation aller Anschlüsse muss mit Teflon erfolgenum eine absolute Dichtigkeit zu

gewährleisten.

Für Anschlüsse mit Flachdichtung oder O-Ring muss kein Teflon hinzugefügt werden.

Die Alterungsfestigkeit der Dichtungen überprüfen.Das Saugrohr muss einen Mindestdurchmesser von

25mm aufweisen und steif seinum ein Quetschen zu vermeiden. Nicht vergessen die Anschlüsse des

Saugkorbs(Einbau mit Teflon)zu überprüfen. Gegebenenfalls Schlauchschellen verwenden.

Das Saugrohr darf in keinem Fall nach oben gerichtet werden. Im

Fall von Brunnen mit Sand oder Kies muss der saugkorb 50 cm über dem Boden oder in einem Eimer am

Brunnenboden angebracht werden.

5) ANSCHLUSS DES STEIGROHRS

Um Leckagen zu vermeiden und die beste Leistung zu erhalten müssen die Anschlüsse unbedingt mit

Teflon abgedichtet werden.

6) INBETRIEBNAHME

-Den Einfüllverschluss vom Pumpengehäuse abschrauben.

-Mit Hilfe eines Gefäßes das Pumpengehäuse bis zum Überlaufen füllen.(Kein Wasser aur die
