This manual contains the service overview, adjustments of after replacement board,

troubleshooting, circuit function, semiconductor pin assignments, spare parts, block

diagrams, schematic diagrams and board layouts.

1-1. Main Parts Location 1-1-1. About the Camera Block

The camera block of this unit includes some boards. The

information (semiconductor, repair parts, block diagram,

circuit diagram and board layouts) in the camera block is

not described in this manual.

The camera block is represented by FCB (Front Camera

Block) in the diagrams of this manual.

1-1-2. About the Power Module

The power module of this unit includes the AC-217 board.

The information (semiconductor, repair parts, block

diagram, circuit diagram and board layouts) as the AC-217

board is not described.

1-2. Removal and Installation of

Cabinets

1-2-1. Upper and Lower Covers

1. Remove the four screws, then remove the tripod

adaptor in the direction shown by the arrow A.

2. Remove the four screws, then remove the lower cover

in the direction shown by the arrow B.

3. Remove the four screws, then remove the upper cover

in the direction shown by the arrow C.

4. Install the upper and lower covers in the reverse order

of steps 1 to 3.

1-2-2. Front Panel

1. Remove the upper and lower covers. (Refer to Section

1-2-1.)

2. Open two portions A of the front panel in the direction

shown by the arrows and push portion of the

escutcheon. Remove the front panel in the direction

shown by the arrow C.

3. Install the front panel in the reverse order of steps 1

and 2.

Align the four projections securely with the two holes

and two grooves of the front panel when installing the

front panel.
