Arctis NOVA Pro Wireless

Headset is shut off, but the Bluetooth is still on (Nova Pro

Wireless)

The Bluetooth on the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless functions independently from the power button. This

means any time you have Bluetooth enabled, Bluetooth will remain on even when the headset is

powered off.

To turn off Bluetooth simply press the Bluetooth button on the headset.

How do I put the battery in the charging slot on my Arctis

Nova Pro Wireless?

The battery for the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is marked on which side is the top and bottom.

When putting the battery in the charging slot the top side (Upper) should be facing up and visible, with

the "+", "T" and "-" symbols going into the slot first

Gently push the battery fully into the slot, once the battery is completetly in the transmitter push down

slightly to lock it in.

The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless features an upgrade multi-system connection. This headset features two

USB-C ports to connect to two different devices, instead of using an optical cable and a Mini-USB to

USB-A cable.

into the earcup when fully retracted. When using this headset on a Windows PC, you will be able to get

access to the AI Algorithm to cut out background noise and only pick up your voice (for Windows 10/11).

Use on the go with Bluetooth devices. The Bluetooth function on this headset is able to be used in and

out of the house, with no limitation to only being able to be used when connected to the Base Station.

The batteries are hot swappable in the headset. Pop in the charged battery within 8-seconds of

removing the drained one and the headset will automatically power back on to get you back into action

in no time.

How to pair your Arctis Nova Pro Wireless to the DAC

To manually pair your Nova Pro Wireless headset to the DAC, please do the following:

1. Turn off the headset by holding the power button (on the headset) for 2 seconds.

2. While turned off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

The LED above the power button will rapidly blink when the headset is in pairing mode.

3. On the DAC, hold the scroll wheel down to enter the menu. Then go to Wireless > 2.4G

> Pair.

4. Follow the instructions on the OLED screen to pair your headset to the DAC.

Can I connect two Xbox systems with Arctis Nova Pro Wireless

for Xbox?

The port labeled "Xbox" on the Wireless Base Station is dedicated for Xbox use only, but the system can

only accept one Xbox connection. The second port labeled "USB" accepts other consoles or PCs which

can be connected for easy switching.

Can I use the headset on-the-go?

Yes, Bluetooth is built into the headset, so you can use the Bluetooth connection in or out of home.

What are the connection differences between Arctis Nova Pro

Wireless models?

All models come with two direct USB system connections, but if you own an Xbox, only the Nova Pro

Wireless for Xbox will allow you to connect via the dedicated Xbox port (the second USB port is flexible

for PC, PlayStation 4/5, Switch, Mac).

How does the battery hot-swap work? Arctis Nova Series

When the current battery is running low, if it's swapped within 8 seconds with the second battery, the

headset will automatically power back on.

How does Multi-System Connect work? Nova Pro Wireless

The Base Station features two USB-C ports, which can connect to your Mac, PC, PlayStation 4/5, Switch

(TV mode), or Xbox (only on the dedicated Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Xbox model). Navigate from your

OLED screen menu to switch between active devices. You can also access the menu from your Arctis

Nova Pro Wireless headset by pressing in the volume wheel.
