this instruction manual to prevent any damage. Put it away in a
safe place for future references.
IMPORTANT
Do not try to open the equipment, may cause malfunction and
warranty repeal.
Do not use or store the equipment near wet places. May cause
malfunction or shock hazard.
Do not expose the equipment to extreme temperatures.
Unplug all the connections before to clean.
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth.

HOW TO INSTALL THE MONITOR
1.- Fix the metal piece onto the TV top cover and fasten it with
the included screws and nuts.
2.- Make the required connections (Refers to Wire Connections
section).
3.- Fix the TV cover onto the automobile ceiling.

WIRE CONNECTIONS
This example includes a car-backing camera (1 & 2), an
auxiliary video device (DVD ; VCD) (3) and a connection from
the car antenna to the antenna box (6).
1.- Red wire
plug a video camera placed on the back of the car. When the car
goes in reverse, you can see the image on the screen.
2.- Black wire
plug to the car back light. When the car goes in reverse, the
monitor will power on and automatically change to Input Line 2.
When the car stops automatically the monitor changes to the
previous tuned channel.
3.- Audio / Video input:
allows you to connect an auxiliary video device such as DVD or
VCD.

6.- Antenna box:
allows you to connect an external antenna and the car lighter
adapter.
To start to use the monitor, follow these steps:
1.- Turn the equipment on.
2.- Use the Channel buttons to select the desired channel.
3.- Set the volume levels.
OPERATION MENU
Press Menu button to enter to submenus: Picture, System,
Option, Clock, Preset.
Picture
With this option can modify the contrast, brightness, color and
sharp of the image on the LCD screen.
To choose the desired option to modify, use Channel buttons,
using the remote control or pressing in the frontal panel of the
LCD screen.
To modify the selection, use Volume buttons (Vol).
When select the NTSC video format, you can modify the Tint
option, too.
System
Allow one to set this parameters:
Input: Switch between TV signal or Video signal
Video format: Switch between PAL, SECAM, NTSC,
N3.58 or N4.43 video standard format. We recommend
to use the option: AUTO
Blue back: Activate or deactivate the back color when
there are not signal
With this submenu you can modify the picture size: 4:3;
and 16:9
To choose the desired option to modify, use Channel buttons
To modify the selection, use Volume buttons (Vol).

Option
Language: Select the desired language for the menus:
English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese,
Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese and Japanese
Calendar: Displays the current month
Game: Enter to Game Mode
To choose the desired option to modify, press Channel buttons
using the remote control or pressing in the frontal panel of the
LCD screen. To modify the selection, use Volume buttons (Vol).
Clock
With this submenu, you can modify this options:
Time: Set the current time
ON time: Set the ON time
OFF time: Set the OFF time
Attention
Ch-Time: Power on the device in the programmed time,
but do not power off the equipment automatically
Position: Select the desired channel that you want to
use when programming the On time
To choose the desired option to modify, use Channel buttons
To modify the selection, use Volume buttons (Vol)
Preset
Position: Change the current channel
Remember: Store in memory the current channel
Band: Switch between VHU and UHF tuning bands
Swap: Change the active channel established by the
autosearch

Fine: Allow one to change the fine tuning in a TV
channel, manually
Search: Search for active channels, manually
Autosearch: Search for active channels, automatically
In Autosearch Mode, the equipment store in memory the
active channels starting on number 0.
It is necessary that you realize changes in channel memory,
in order to obtain that the tuned channel match with the
number displayed on screen.
Use Swap option to make this operation.
