IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed
including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Make sure that you outlet voltage
corresponds to the stated on the rating label of
the mixer.
3. Do not operate mixer with a damaged cord
or plug, after the appliance malfunction, or if it
is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
the appliance to the nearest authorized
Service Center for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
4. Do not leave mixer unattended while it is
operating.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
6. Unplug from outlet while not in use, before
putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning.
7. The use of attachments not recommended
or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock or injury.
8. Remove beater/dough hook/whisk from
mixer before washing.
9. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric

burner or in a heated oven.
10. Always check that the control is OFF
before plugging cord into wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn the control to OFF, then
remove plug from wall outlet.
11. Avoid contacting with moving parts.
12. Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas
and other utensils away from beaters during
operation to reduce the risk of injury to
persons, and/or damage to the mixer.
13. To protect against risk of electrical shock,
do not put mixer in water or other liquid. This
may cause personal injury or damage to the
product.
14. Do not use mixer for other than intended
use.
15. The appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless they are

older than 8 and supervised.
16. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children less than 8 years.
17. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or
counter or touch hot surfaces, including the
stove.
18. Do not use outdoors.
19. Save these instructions.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before assembling the stand mixer, wash the dough hooks/beaters, bowl
in the warm water. Then dry them. Be sure the power cord is unplugged
from the power outlet and the speed selector is in the “0” position.
1. Select the desired attachments, which are depending on the mixing task
to be performed: beaters for whisking, mixing and beating, or dough
hooks for kneading.
2. Inserting the beaters/dough hooks
The dough hooks and beaters shall be inserted in specified position.
For beaters or dough hooks, the one with gear can only be inserted into
the smaller socket and the other one with pinion can only be inserted

into bigger one.
Note: ensure beaters or dough hooks are fully inserted into the correct
sockets, otherwise your mixing results may be affected.
Note: only one type of accessory can be used one time.
USING YOUR MIXER
1. Lay the appliance on the firm and flat surface.
2. Assemble proper beaters or dough hooks into mixer head.
3. Place the mixer head on the head saddle, and make sure the sockets at the
bottom of mixer head aligning with the lock lugs on the head saddle. A click will
be heard when the mixer head in correct position. When detaching the mixer
head, press and hold the head release button with one hand, lift the mixer head
with the other hand.
4. Put your ingredients into the bowl. The quantity of ingredients shall not exceed
the MAX level of bowl.
5. Ensure that the speed selector is at the “0” setting, then plug in the power
source.
6. Set the speed selector to your desired speed. There are 5 speed settings to be
selected. When kneading yeast dough, suggesting to select the speed selector

by lower speed and then by higher speed to achieve the best results. The mixer
will run at the highest speed when pressing turbo button.
WARNING: Do not stick knife, metal spoons, fork and so on into bowl while
operating.
Note: during kneading, some flour may be adhered on the inside of the bowl,
you shall stop the appliance, scrape the flour on the inside wall of bowl by spatula
to obtain well kneading results.
7. The max operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes. Minimum 20
minutes rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.
8. When mixing is complete, turn the speed selector to “0” setting, and unplug the
cord from power outlet.
9. Press and hold the tilt button and lift the mixer head with saddle until the mixer
head is locked into the tilt position.
10.If necessary, scraping the excess food particles from the beaters or dough
hooks by plastic spatula.
11. Hold the beaters or dough hooks with one hand and press the Ejector button

firmly down with the other hand to remove the beater or dough hooks.
NOTE:Remove the beaters or dough hooks only the speed selector at the
“0” setting.
12. The mixer head can be used for mixing or kneading separately, firstly press and
hold the head release button with one hand, lift the mixer head from the saddle
with the other hand.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and wait it completely cool down before clean.
2. Wipe over the outside surface of the head with a damp cloth and polish with a
soft dry cloth.
3. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
4. Detach the bowl from the appliance and clean it with water, then wipe it with dry
cloth and replace it.
5. Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe them with a
dry cloth. The beaters and dough hooks may be washed in the dishwasher.
CAUTION: The mixer can not be immersed into water or other liquid.
WARNING: Any other serving should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
6. When mixing liquids, especially hot liquid, add small quantities at a time to
reduce spillage.
7. Ingredients should be added to the mixing bowl as they are specified in the
recipe.
8. Should an object, such as a spatula, fall into the bowl while the mixer is
operating, turn the speed selector to the “0” setting immediately, then remove
the object.
9. For easier clean-up remove beaters and rinse immediately with warm water.
