5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
5.1. INITIAL CHECK
To quickly and successfully assemble your grill, please follow the instructions
below:
• Remove all parts from the packaging and carefully arrange them on a level surfa-
ce (separating small from large parts).
• Check if all parts are included in the packaging by referring to the list of parts
included with the grill. (Item 4.1 on pg. 23).
• Follow the assembly order as indicated in this Manual.
• To assemble, use tools provided with the product.
• Always insert all attaching components (screws, nuts, etc.) as shown in the
following illustrations.
• Be careful when assembling your grill. Many parts may have sharp edges or
corners.
• Remove all adhesive tape or protective film from grill parts.
• Use a soft cloth with alcohol to wipe the grill.
• The assembly must be done by two people.
Follow all instructions in this Manual for the correct grill assembly procedures.
Assembly sequence:
STEP 1
Fit the caster wheels (item 23) into the holes in the bottom of the legs and tighten
them with the wrench (item EE). Then secure the lower base (item 25) to the side
panels and legs using 4 screws (item AA), as shown in figure 1.
STEP 2
Fit the supporting beam (item 26) into the front legs (items 24 and 29) and then
secure it in place with 4 screws (item AA) as shown in figure 2.
STEP 3
Attach the upper supporting beam (item 30) to the front legs using 4 screws (item
AA) as shown in figure 3.
STEP 4
Attach the back panels (items 20 and 21) to the back legs using 8 screws (item AA),
as shown in figure 4.
STEP 5
Mount the doors (item 28) by fitting the holes in the bottom of the doors into the

screws (item AA), as shown in figure 6.
STEP 7
Insert 2 screws (item AA) on each side of the central unit of the gas grill. These
screws should not be tightened, leaving a gap of 5mm, as shown in figure 7.
STEP 8
Attach the lid handle (item 8) to the lid together with the handle guards (item 39)
using 2 screws (item AA). Then, secure the temperature gauge (item 37) into the lid
by removing the butterfly nut and the flat washer that are pre-assembled on the tem-

shown in figure 09 A. Remove the two screws that are pre-assembled on the side
handle and use them to assemble the side handle (piece 15) and the two gaskets
(piece 14) on the base of the side burner as shown in figure 09 B. Then, mount the
side burner support on the base of the side burner using the four screws removed
previously as shown in figure 09 C.
Fit the side bases (pieces 13 and 33) on the screws that were not previously tigh-
tened as shown in figure 09 D. Then, place 2 screws (piece AA) on each side base
and tighten all screws as shown in figure 10.
