Allegiance Installation
1. Remove the logs, em ers, and urner following the instructions included with the
heater.
2. The new cast urner requires a slightly different pilot racket (it is a different height).
Remove the existing pilot racket and replace it with the
new racket included with this kit (make sure to select the correct
components - see page 1).
Remove the four screws holding the pilot
assembly to the pilot bracket and the pilot
bracket to the back wall of the firebox.
Discard the old pilot bracket. Install
the new pilot bracket and attach the
pilot assembly using the screws
removed in step “a”.
Pilot Bracket
Disconnect the thermopile and slide the
pilot assem ly through the hole in the pilot
racket (this eliminates the need to
disconnect the other pilot assem ly
connections).

NOTE: if the pilot assembly connections do not have
enough slack to reach the new pilot position, you may need
to remove this plate and pull the connections through
(remember to re-seal the joint with silicone).

BURNER INSTALLATION NOTE
Make sure the burner supports and locator tab are
not bent. The burner, when being installed, fits very
tight within the burner area, and is somewhat difficult
to locate correctly. Pay close attention to the hole
on the bottom of the burner and locator pin to insure
correct installation. Test burn the heater after
installation to verify.
3. Install the urner following the directions included with the heater (the new urner
installs in the same fashion as the old urner).
