GENERAL INFORMATION
• The “OPEN BOOK” symbol indicates a recommendation to read the important infor-
mation found in the manual.”
• The crossed out “TRASH CAN” symbol with the acronym DEEE (“Déchet d’Equipe-
ment Electrique et Electronique” or “Electric and Electronic Equipment Waste”) in-
dicates that at the end of its life, it mustnot be disposed of with household waste,
but instead dropped off at a local recycling centre. Wastereclamation allows us to
preserve our environment.
• The ROHS symbol (Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances) relating to
environmental protection certifies that the maximum concentration of each of the 5
dangerous substances (mercury • lead • hexavalent chromium PBB and PBDE flame
retardants) is equal to or less than 0.1% of the weight of the homogeneous material, and
0.01% for the sixth (cadmium).
• The “TRIMAN” symbol indicates that the consumer is invited to deliver their products
to a separate collection for recycling (for example a recycling bin, a local dump, or a
voluntary waste drop-off station).
• The “ETL” symbol guarantees that the product was made in accordance with the
conditions set forth in the Intertek Certification Agreement and Listing Report.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
Read all instructions.
• To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put appliance in water or other liquid.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely
supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance
• Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet.
Never pull from the power cord.
• Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other
utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, or

• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
• Remove beaters from mixer before washing.
• Keep hands and utensils out of container to reduce the risk of injury to persons or damage
to the mixer.
• Never add to container while appliance is operating.
• Container must be properly in place before operating appliance.
• Household use only.
• Only use this appliance for the purposes presented in this manual.
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the stand mixer corresponds to your electric system.
• Connect the appliance to a plug.
• Never immerse the appliance, the electric cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
• Make sure that the electric cord is not hanging and keep it out of children’s reach.
• The electric cord should not get in contact with hot surfaces or sharp objects such as a cooker, an
oven or knives.
• If the appliance, the electric cord or the plug are damaged, immediately stop using the
appliance. Have everything repaired in a certified service center.

• Do the same for all of the stand mixer parts and accessories.
• Don’t make any modification or repair to the appliance yourself.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling or changing any
accessory or part of the appliance.
• Never leave the appliance unattended whilst it’s operating.
• Turn off and unplug the appliance as soon as you are done using it.
• Only use one accessory at a time.
• Never leave the accessories you are not using in the bowl whilst it’s operating. It may cause
damage to the appliance and its accessories.
• Do not introduce your fingers in the bowl whilst it’s operating.
• Do not use this appliance for more than 5 minutes, leave it to rest for 10 minutes before
using it again.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug will fit into the polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a competent electrician. Do
not modify the plug in any way.
OPERATING THE STAND MIXER
DEPENDING ON THE INGREDIENTS, THE BOWL CAN PREPARE UP TO 4.4 LB
OF DOUGH.
• Press the lock and release button to lift-up the top part of the stand mixer and place it
vertically.
• Place the bowl on the main body and turn it clockwise to fix it. There’s no need to overtighten,
you may block it.
• Choose an accessory and place it onto the appliance.
• The end cap housing the accessory is equipped with a screw. Pass this screw through the
notch of the accessory and turn counterclockwise until it is locked.
• Place the cover lid on the bowl. Make sure that the open part of the lid is placed towards you
so that you can add items during preparation.
• Press the unlocking button on the upper part of the robot again and lower it until you hear
a «click».
• Turn the knob to turn the unit on and choose the appropriate speed.
• During preparation, you can add ingredients by the open part of the lid.
• To turn off the appliance, turn the knob to “OFF”
• Once you are done, turn off the appliance and unplug it before disassembling and cleaning it.

STAND MIXER
• In operation, the appliance moves a lot. The rubber feet prevent it from moving too much but
there can be vibrations, especially if you prepare tough and thick dough.
• For large amount of dough, we highly recommend you proceed portion after portion.
TIPS ON HOW TO USE THE ACCESSORIES
• Ballon Whisk : Can be used to make 80% of dough such as cake, pancake, egg whites,
cream etc.
• Flat Beater : Can be used to make liquid to semi-liquid dough such as cream, choux etc.
• Dough Hook : Can be used to knead doughs such as puff pastry, buns etc.

CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance
• Never immerse the motor and the main body in water. To clean these part, use a slightly
damp cloth.
• To ease cleaning, clean all the parts immediately after use.
• Disassemble of elements.
• All detachable parts (except for the motor unit) are dishwasher proof.
• Use your usual detergent to clean the various parts. It is recommended to dry everything at
the end of the cleaning process.
WARRANTY
• Before being shipped, all of our products are subject to rigorous inspection.
• This appliance is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, for the original buyer.
• The warranty cannot be transferred to a third party.
• The proof of warranty is the order number.
• You can register online at www.twinzee.fr for your warranty.
• Repairs or replacements are made at the seller’s discretion.
• If repairs are not possible, the seller will replace the product/piece.
• If repairs are unsuccessful, the seller may refund the price of the appliance or piece.
• Product defects covered by the warranty assume normal usage of the product. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use or negligence,
failure to follow specifications or instructions provided in this manual, or repairs by an
unauthorised third party.
• Services performed as part of the warranty do not entail any extension of the duration of the
warranty and do not confer a new warranty!
