WT11EL – DCF PROJECTION CLOCK

1. Introduction

Thank you for buying the WT11EL ! This multifunctional projection clock displays two time zones, summer/winter

time and the temperature. You can enter two alarm times and your own "local time" and there is a snooze function, a

calendar and a backlight. You can also choose one of five display languages.

Insert two AA-batteries of 1.5V. Connect the device with the

mains via the included adapter (230Vac/50Hz, DC3V,

100mA) and slide the CONTINUE PROJECTION switch on

the side of the housing to the right for continuous projection.

Make sure the adapter is compatible with the available mains voltage to avoid damaging the clock and/or the adapter.

4. Batteries

Insert two AA-batteries of 1.5V. Numbers appear on the LCD and the device beeps for 2 seconds. Respect the

applicable local laws when disposing of your old batteries!

5. Setting the Calendar, the Clock and the Display Language

a. DCF77 Signal

The device automatically starts scanning for the DCF signal as soon as the batteries have been installed and this

process can last anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. Reception of the DCF signal may be interrupted sometimes. If this

happens you should hold the WAVE button for 3 seconds in order to make the device scan for the DCF signal again.

Reception will take 3 to 5 minutes.

When the DCF signal is received, the date and time are automatically adjusted and the DCF symbol for '"good

reception" ( ) appears on the display.

The user will have to set the clock manually if the device is unable to receive the DCF signal.

Remark : The controls may not respond when you try to set the clock manually. Remove and reinsert the batteries

if this happens.

b. Selecting the Display Mode

Press MODE once in the normal display mode to display ALARM 1 in the bottom right-hand corner. Press MODE

again to display ALARM 2. Press again to display DUAL TIME (second time zone) and press once more to display

the temperature in the normal display mode).

c. Setting the Clock & Calendar Manually

Hold the MODE button for three seconds (until the digits for the hours start to flash) in the normal display mode.

Enter the hours with the +or -button and confirm with MODE. The digits for the minutes start to flash. Enter the

minutes with +or –and confirm with MODE. The digits for the year start to flash. Enter the year with +or –and

confirm with MODE. The digits for the month start to flash. Enter the month with +or –and confirm with MODE. The

digits for the date start to flash. Enter the date with +or –and confirm with MODE. The device now returns to the

normal display mode.

d. Setting the Display Language

Hold the –button in the normal display mode to select the display language. The languages are displayed in this

the language of your choice appears.

6. Setting the Alarm

Press MODE repeatedly in the normal display mode until ALARM 1 is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner. Hold

MODE until the digits for the hours start to flash. Enter the hours with +or –and confirm them with MODE. The digits

for the minutes start to flash. Enter the minutes with +or –and confirm with MODE. Alarm time 1 has now been set,

as indicated by the symbol.

Follow the same procedure when you're setting alarm time 2 (ALARM 2). The symbol will appear on the display

when alarm time 2 has been set.

Press the ALARM ON/OFF button repeatedly when the device is in the normal display mode if you want to arm or

disarm ALARM 1 and/or ALARM 2. Press ALARM ON/OFF once to arm ALARM 1 only ( appears on the display)

and press again to arm ALARM 2 only ( is displayed). Press a third time to arm both ALARM 1 and ALARM 2 (

and are displayed) and press a fourth time to disarm both ALARM 1 and ALARM 2 ( and are erased). Press

a fifth time to arm ALARM 1 only, etc…

Note that the alarm icon flashes while alarm 1 is sounding and alarm icon flashes while alarm 2 is sounding.

Press ALARM ON/OFF to stop the alarm.

Press LIGHT/SNOOZE to activate the snooze function. The snooze symbol ( ) flashes on the display until the

alarm is reactivated 4 minutes later.

7. "Local Time" (

)

You may live in a different time zone from that of Frankfurt even though your residence is still within reach of the

atomic clock there. If so, the time display will automatically change to Frankfurt time when the DCF signal is received.

You can then set the "foreign time" as your own local time :

Make sure the temperature is displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the display. Hold the +button for 3 seconds

until the symbol appears. Hold MODE for three seconds until the digits for the hours start to flash. Set the hours

with +or –and confirm with MODE.

Hold +for 3 seconds if you want to return to the normal display mode.

8. Additional Time Zone

You can keep track of the time in a different time zone by setting the clock accordingly in dual time mode. Press

MODE three times in the normal display mode to display DUAL TIME in the bottom right-hand corner of the display.

Then hold MODE for 3 seconds until the digits for the hours start to flash. Enter the hours with +and –and confirm

with MODE. The digits for the minutes start to flash. Enter the minutes with +and –and confirm with MODE.

Press MODE one more time to return to the normal display mode.

9. Projector

Press the LIGHT/SNOOZE button once to activate the projector for ± 5 seconds.

10. Backlight

Press the LIGHT/SNOOZE button once to activate the backlight for ± 5 seconds. Connect the device with the mains

via the included adapter (230Vac/50Hz, DC3V, 100mA) and slide the CONTINUE PROJECTION switch on the side

of the housing to the right for continuous projection. Adjust the focus of the projection with the FOCUS adjustment at

the back. Press the FLIP button at the back to turn the projection 180° clockwise. You can also rotate the projection

manually with the ROTATE adjustment at the back.

11. Temperature Display

Press the °C/°F button in the normal display mode to display the temperature either in °C or °F.

12. Time Display Mode

Press the +button in the normal display mode to display the time either in 12hr- or 24hr-mode.

Dank u voor uw aankoop ! Deze multifunctionele projectieklok geeft twee tijdzones, zomer- en wintertijd en de

temperatuur weer. U kunt twee alarmtijdstippen en uw eigen "plaatselijke tijd" ingeven en u beschikt ook over een

snoozefunctie, een kalender en achtergrondverlichting. U kunt bovendien één van de vijf talen beschikbare talen

kiezen voor de display.

Stop twee batterijen van 1.5V in het batterijvak. Sluit het toestel aan op het lichtnet via de meegeleverde adapter

(230Vac/50Hz, DC3V, 100mA) en schuif de CONTINUE PROJECTION schakelaar aan de zijkant van de behuizing

naar rechts om de projector doorlopend te laten werken.

De adapter moet wel compatibel zijn met de beschikbare netspanning om beschadiging van de klok en/of de adapter te

vermijden.

4. Batterijen

Breng twee AA-batterijen van 1.5V in. Cijfers verschijnen op de LCD en het toestel piept gedurende 2 seconden.

Respecteer uw plaatselijke wetgeving wanneer u uw oude batterijen weggooit!

5. Kalender, klok en displaytaal instellen

a. DCF77 signaal

Het toestel begint het DCF signaal te zoeken zodra u de batterijen heeft ingebracht. Dit proces duurt zo'n drie tot vijf

minuten. De ontvangst van het DCF signaal kan soms worden verstoord. In dit geval moet u de WAVE knop

gedurende 3 seconden ingedrukt houden zodat het toestel het DCF signaal opnieuw begint te zoeken. De ontvangst

kan zo'n 3 tot 5 minuten vergen.

Bij ontvangst van het DCF signaal worden de datum en de klok automatisch aangepast en het DCF symbool voor

"goede ontvangst" ( ) verschijnt op de display.

De gebruiker moet de klok dus manueel instellen indien het toestel het DCF signaal niet ontvangt.

Opmerking : Het is mogelijk dat de regelingen aanvankelijk niet reageren wanneer u de klok manueel probeert in te

stellen. Verwijder de batterijen en breng ze opnieuw in.

b. Display mode selecteren

Druk 1 x op MODE in de normale display mode zodat ALARM 1 verschijnt in de rechterbenedenhoek. Druk

nogmaals op MODE om ALARM 2 weer te geven. Druk opnieuw om DUAL TIME (tweede tijdzone) weer te geven en

druk nogmaals om de temperatuur weer te geven in de normale display mode).

c. Manueel klok en kalender instellen

Houd de MODE knop gedurende drie seconden ingedrukt (tot de digits voor de uren beginnen te knipperen) in de

normale display mode. Geef de uren in met de +of –knop en bevestig met MODE. De digits voor de minuten

beginnen te knipperen. Geef de minuten in met +of –en bevestig met MODE. De digits voor het jaartal beginnen te

knipperen. Geef het jaartal in met +of –en bevestig met MODE. De digits voor de maand beginnen te knipperen.

Geef de maand in met +of –en bevestig met MODE. De digits voor de datum beginnen te knipperen. Geef de datum

in met +of –en bevestig met MODE. Het toestel keert nu terug naar de normale display mode.

d. Taal van de display instellen

Houd de –knop ingedrukt in de normale display mode om de taal te kiezen voor de display. De talen worden in deze

volgorde weergegeven : Engels (EN

knop los wanneer de taal van uw keuze op het scherm verschijnt.

6. Alarm instellen

Druk MODE herhaaldelijk in in de normale display mode tot ALARM 1 verschijnt in de rechterbenedenhoek. Houd

MODE ingedrukt tot de digits voor de uren beginnen te knipperen. Geef de uren in met +of –en bevestig met

MODE. De digits voor de minuten beginnen te knipperen. Geef de minuten in met +of –en bevestig met MODE. Het

symbool geeft aan dat alarmtijdstip 1 nu is ingesteld.

Volg dezelfde procedure wanneer u alarmtijdstip 2 instelt (ALARM 2). Het symbool verschijnt op de display

wanneer alarmtijdstip 2 is ingesteld.

Druk herhaaldelijk de ALARM ON/OFF knop in in de normale display mode om ALARM 1 en/of ALARM 2 uit te

schakelen of op scherp te stellen. Druk ALARM ON/OFF 1 x in om enkel ALARM 1 scherp te stellen ( verschijnt

op de display) en druk een tweede keer om enkel ALARM 2 scherp te stellen ( is weergegeven). Druk een derde

keer om zowel ALARM 1 en ALARM 2 ( en staan op de display) weer te geven en druk een vierde keer om

zowel ALARM 1 als ALARM 2 ( en worden gewist) uit te schakelen. Druk een vijfde keer om weer enkel

ALARM 1 op scherp te stellen, enz…

Merk op dat alarmsymbool knippert wanneer alarm 1 weerklinkt en alarmsymbool knippert wanneer alarm 2

afgaat.

Druk op ALARM ON/OFF om het alarmsignaal te onderbreken.

Druk op LIGHT/SNOOZE om de snoozefunctie te activeren. Het symbool knippert op de display tot het alarm 4

minuten later weer in werking treedt.

7. "Plaatselijke tijd" (

)

Het is mogelijk dat u in een andere tijdzone leeft dan die van Frankfurt hoewel uw woonplaats nog altijd binnen het

bereik ligt van de atoomklok in de Duitse stad. Zo ja, dan zal de tijddisplay automatisch worden aangepast bij

ontvangst van het DCF signaal uit Frankfurt.

U kunt nu uw eigen plaatselijke tijd instellen ( ) :

Zorg ervoor dat de temperatuur wordt weergegeven in de rechterbenedenhoek van de display. Houd de +knop

gedurende 3 seconden ingedrukt tot het symbool verschijnt. Houd MODE gedurende 3 seconden ingedrukt tot de

digits voor de uren beginnen te knipperen. Stel de uren in met +of –en bevestig met MODE.

Houd +gedurende 3 seconden ingedrukt om terug te keren naar de normale display mode.

8. Extra tijdzone

U kunt de klok in de "dual time mode" instellen volgens een andere tijdzone. Druk 3 x op MODE in de normale

display mode. In de rechterbenedenhoek verschijnt nu DUAL TIME. Houd vervolgens MODE 3 seconden ingedrukt

tot de digits voor de uren beginnen te knipperen. Geef de uren in met +en –en bevestig met MODE. De digits voor

de minuten beginnen te knipperen. Geef de minuten in met +en –en bevestig met MODE.

Druk 1 x op MODE om terug te keren naar de normale display mode.

9. Projector

Druk de LIGHT/SNOOZE 1 x in om de projector te activeren gedurende ± 5 seconden.

10. Achtergrondverlichting

Druk de LIGHT/SNOOZE knop 1 x in om de achtergrondverlichting gedurende ± 5 seconden te activeren. Sluit het

toestel aan op het lichtnet via de meegeleverde adapter (230Vac/50Hz, DC3V, 100mA) en schuif de CONTINUE

PROJECTION schakelaar aan de zijkant van de behuizing naar rechts om de klok doorlopend te projecteren. Regel

de focus van de projectie met de FOCUS regeling aan de achterkant. Druk de FLIP knop aan de achterkant in om de

projectie 180° te draaien. U kunt de projectie ook manueel draaien met de ROTATE regeling aan de achterkant.

11. Temperatuurdisplay

Druk de °C/°F knop in de normale display mode om de temperatuur weer te geven in °C of °F.

12. Tijduitlezing

Druk in de normale display mode op de +knop om de klok weer te geven in 12u- of 24u-mode.

WT11EL – HORLOGE RADIOPILOTEE AVEC PROJECTION DE L'HEURE

1. Introduction

Nous vous remercions de votre achat ! Cette horloge multifonctions affiche deux fuseaux horaires, la température,

l'heure d'été et l'heure d'hiver. Instaurez deux heures d'alarme et votre propre "heure locale". Vous disposez

également d'une fonction snooze, d'un calendrier et d'un écran rétro-éclairé. Instaurez une des cinq langues comme

langue d'affichage.

Insérez deux piles de 1.5V dans le compartiment des piles. Branchez l'appareil au réseau avec l'adaptateur inclus

(230Vca/50Hz, DC3V, 100mA) et glissez l'interrupteur CONTINUE PROJECTION à droite pour allumer le projecteur

en continu. Cette glissière se trouve au flanc de l'appareil.

Assurez-vous que l'adaptateur est compatible avec la tension réseau disponible pour éviter d'endommager l'horloge

et/ou l'adaptateur.

4. Piles

Insérez deux piles LR6 (AA) de 1.5V. Des chiffres apparaissent sur l'écran LCD et l'appareil émet des bips sonores

pendant 2 secondes. Respectez les lois locales lorsque vous jetez vos anciennes piles!

5. Instaurer le calendrier, l'heure et la langue d'affichage

a. Signal DCF77

L'appareil commence à chercher le signal DCF dès que vous avez inséré les piles, un processus qui, en moyenne,

dure 3 à 5 minutes. De temps en temps, la réception du signal DCF peut être interrompue. Dans ce cas vous devez

enfoncer le bouton WAVE ("onde") pendant 3 secondes de sorte que l'appareil cherche le signal de nouveau.

Comme toujours l'appareil devra chercher le signal DCF pendant 3 à 5 minutes.

La date et l'heure seront automatiquement ajustées lors de la réception du signal DCF et le symbole DCF signifiant

"bonne réception" ( ) est affiché sur l'écran.

Si l'appareil n'arrive pas à capter le signal DCF, l'utilisateur devra donc mettre l'appareil à l'heure lui-même.

Remarque : Il se peut que les réglages ne réagissent pas au début lorsque vous essayez de mettre l'horloge à

l'heure manuellement. Vous devez alors enlever et réinsérer les piles.

b. Sélectionner le mode d'affichage

Pressez MODE 1 x dans le mode d'affichage normal: ALARM 1 est affiché dans le coin inférieur droit. Pressez

MODE de nouveau pour afficher ALARM 2. Pressez une nouvelle fois pour afficher DUAL TIME (deuxième fuseau

horaire) et pressez une fois de plus pour afficher la température dans le mode d'affichage normal).

c. Instaurer l'horloge et le calendrier manuellement

Maintenez le bouton MODE enfoncé pendant 3 secondes (jusqu'à ce que les digits des heures commencent à

clignoter) dans le mode d'affichage normal. Entrez les heures avec le bouton +ou –et confirmez ces données en

pressant MODE. Les digits des minutes commencent à clignoter. Entrez les minutes avec +ou –et confirmez-les

avec MODE. Les digits de l'année se mettent à clignoter. Entrez l'année avec +ou –et confirmez avec MODE. Les

digits du mois commencent à clignoter. Entrez le mois avec +ou –et confirmez avec MODE. Les digits de la date

commencent à clignoter. Entrez la date avec +ou –et confirmez avec MODE. L'appareil retourne au mode

d'affichage normal.

d. Instaurer la langue d'affichage

Maintenez le bouton –enfoncé dans le mode d'affichage normal pour sélectionner la langue d'affichage. Les langues

apparaissent dans l'ordre suivante : anglais (EN

etc. Lâchez le bouton lorsque la langue désirée apparaît sur l'écran.

6. Instaurer l'alarme

Pressez MODE plusieurs fois dans le mode d'affichage normal pour afficher le message ALARM 1 dans le coin

inférieur droit. Maintenez MODE enfoncé jusqu'à ce que les digits des heures commencent à clignoter. Entrez les

heures avec +ou –et confirmez avec MODE. Les digits des minutes commencent à clignoter. Entrez les minutes

avec +ou –et confirmez avec MODE. Le symbole indique que l'heure d'alarme 1 a été programmée.

Suivez la même procédure pour la programmation de l'heure d'alarme 2 (ALARM 2). Le symbole apparaît sur

l'écran quand la deuxième heure d'alarme a été programmée.

Pressez le bouton ALARM ON/OFF plusieurs fois dans le mode d'affichage normal pour armer ou désarmer ALARM

1 et/ou ALARM 2. Pressez ALARM ON/OFF 1 x pour n'armer rien qu'ALARM 1 ( apparaît sur l'écran) et pressez

une deuxième fois pour n'armer qu'ALARM 2 ( est affiché). Pressez une troisième fois pour armer ALARM 1 et

ALARM 2 à la fois ( et sont affichés) et pressez une quatrième fois pour désarmer ALARM 1 et ALARM 2 (

et sont effacés). Pressez une cinquième fois pour n'armer rien qu'ALARM 1, etc…

Notez que le symbole d'alarme correspondant ( ou ) clignote pendant que l'alarme 1 ou 2 retentit.

Pressez ALARM ON/OFF pour arrêter le signal d'alarme.

Pressez LIGHT/SNOOZE pour activer la fonction snooze. Le symbole clignote jusqu'à la réactivation de l'alarme

4 minutes plus tard.

7. "Heure locale" (

)

Il est possible que vous habitiez dans un autre fuseau horaire que celui de Francfort bien que votre résidence soit

située à la portée de l'horloge atomique de la ville allemande. Dans ce cas, l'affichage de l'heure sera

automatiquement ajusté lors de la réception du signal DCF de Francfort.

Vous pouvez alors instaurer votre propre heure locale ( ) :

Vérifiez si la température est affichée dans le coin inférieur droit de l'écran. Maintenez le bouton +enfoncé pendant 3

secondes jusqu'à ce que le symbole soit affiché. Enfoncez MODE pendant 3 secondes jusqu'à ce que les digits

des heures commencent à clignoter. Entrez les heures avec +ou –et confirmez avec MODE.

Enfoncez +pendant 3 secondes pour retourner au mode d'affichage normal.

8. Fuseau horaire additionnel

Le mode "dual time" permet de mettre l'horloge à l'heure selon un autre fuseau horaire. Pressez MODE 3 x dans le

mode d'affichage normal. Le message DUAL TIME est affiché dans le coin inférieur droit. Enfoncez MODE pendant 3

secondes pour faire clignoter les digits des heures. Entrez les heurs avec +et –et confirmez avec MODE. Les digits

des minutes commencent à clignoter. Entrez les minutes avec +et –et confirmez avec MODE.

Pressez MODE 1 x pour retourner au mode d'affichage normal.

9. Projecteur

Pressez LIGHT/SNOOZE 1 x pour activer le projecteur pendant ± 5 secondes.

10. Rétro-éclairage

Pressez le bouton LIGHT/SNOOZE 1 x pour activer le rétro-éclairage pendant ± 5 secondes. Branchez l'appareil au

réseau avec l'adaptateur inclus (230Vac/50Hz, DC3V, 100mA) et glissez l'interrupteur CONTINUE PROJECTION à

droite pour projeter l'heure en continu. Vous trouverez cet interrupteur au flanc de l'appareil. Le réglage de

focalisation FOCUS se trouve au dos de l'appareil. Pressez le bouton FLIP au dos pour tourner la projection 180° ou

tournez la projection manuellement avec le réglage ROTATE ("tournez") au dos de l'appareil.

11. Affichage de température

Pressez le bouton °C/°F dans le mode d'affichage normal pour afficher la température en °C ou °F.

12. Affichage de 'heure

Sélectionnez le mode 12h ou 24h en pressant le bouton +dans le mode d'affichage normal.

1. Introducción

¡Gracias por haber comprado el WT11EL! Este reloj multifunción visualiza dos husos horarios, la temperatura, la

hora de verano y la hora de invierno. Instaure dos horas de alarma y su propia "hora local". También está provisto

de una función "snooze", un calendario y una retroiluminación. Instaure una de los cinco idiomas como idioma de

visualización.

Introduzca dos pilas de 1.5V en el compartimiento de pilas. Conecte el aparato a la red con el adaptador incluido

(230Vca/50Hz, DC3V, 100mA) y deslice el interruptor CONTINUE PROJECTION hacia la derecha para activar la

proyección continua. Este conmutador deslizante se encuentra en el lado del aparato.
