Carefully read these instrucons and the charging instrucons in the owner’s handbook of
your electric vehicle before charging your electric vehicle.
The following symbols may be found in this manual or on labels affixed to the Electric Vehicle
Supplementary Equipment (EVSE), also known as EV Charger:
Please note:
■Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger contains no user serviceable parts. Consult Customer
Support secon in this manual for service informaon. Do not aempt to repair the
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger yourself. Doing so will void all warranty.
■Make sure Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is posioned where it will not be stepped
on, tripped over, or where children could reach or play with Accell AxFAST Portable EV
Charger. If Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is cracked or is visibly damaged - DO NOT
USE and contact Accell support for service immediately. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR
THE DEVICE YOURSELF.
■Do not place fingers inside of Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger.
■Do not allow minors or children to operate this device. Adult supervision is mandatory
when Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is in use.

2. FCC INFORMATION
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operaon is subject to the following two
condions:
●This device may not cause harmful interference.
●This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operaon.
This product has been designed to protect against Radio Frequency Interference (RFI).
However, there are some instances where high powered radio signals or nearby RF producing
equipment (such as digital phone, RF communicaons equipment, etc.) could affect
operaons.
If you suspect your charger is receiving interference, we recommend the following steps be
taken before contacng Accell Support for assistance:

4. SPECIFICATIONS
Accell AxFAST 3202 Portable EV Charger is a 240V system with deadband restricon to
provide maximal versality with regulatory complied safety protecon.
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger with AC plug will draw 80% of the outlet’s rated current as
a safety precauon, meeng regulaon requirements.
For 208V/240V system, the operaon range is 190V ~250V, if not otherwise specified.
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger will not work if voltage is > 260V or voltage is <185V.

5. OUTLETS REQUIREMENTS
This product requires the use of a grounded outlet. The ulity socket for Accell AxFAST
Portable EV Charger’s plug must have “ground” or “earth” line properly funconing. If this
product should malfuncon or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.

6. CHARGING YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV)
Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger is designed for charging in 240 Vac.
●Plug Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger into a NEMA 14-50 wall outlet and wait unl the
blue POWER LED is lit non-blinking.
●Plug the connector of Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger into your electric vehicle’s
charging inlet, making sure it is secured.
●Charging will start automacally. Refer to the front panel for charng status. Please refer
to Page 10 for more detailed informaon on the indicator lights.
●Disconnect when charging is complete by pressing the release buon at the charging
connector and remove it from the electric vehicle.
●Accell AxFAST Portable EV Charger can be wall mounted indoor or outdoor for cable
management and connector storage.
