INTRODUCTION

Thank you for deciding to purchase the Strolley Trolley from Aidapt. The Strolley

Trolley is manufactured from the finest materials and components available, when

used correctly they are designed to give many years of reliable trouble-free service.

BEFORE USE

Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives of other sharp instruments

as this may damage the surface of the item.

Check the product for any visible damage If you see any damage or suspect a fault,

do not use your product, but contact your supplier for support.

ASSEMBLY

Your trolley is provided to you packed in cube form. Please examine all

components for any damage before use. If you see any damage or suspect a fault,

please contact your supplier immediately.

In this case, please do not use your

product as it may compromise the

safety of the user.

The package contains the following

components:

•Main trolley body

•4 x height adjustable

legs with pin clips

•2 x detachable arms

•2 x clip on moulded table

tops

Please read and f ll w the instructi ns carefully:

1. Remove all the contents from the box.

2. Ensure that you protect the paintwork of the trolley during assembly by

placing the trolley on carpet or a large sheet of cardboard.

3. Take the trolley frame and place it upside down and carefully insert the

tapered section of the brown painted leg assembly into the body of the

trolley frame.

4. Insert the leg retention clip. Ensure that the retention clip passes all the

way through.

5. Ensure that all four extension legs are adjusted to the same height and

then turn the frame upright.

6. Test the trolley for stability thoroughly and visually check that all four leg

retention clips are in place.

NB. D n t use the leg retenti n clips t adjust the

7. Place the two detachable arms into the

locating holes with the higher part of the arms

towards the front of the trolley.

N.B. Ensure b th arms are fully l cated in place and

the f ur brass butt ns pass c mpletely thr ugh the

frame; they sh uld pr trude appr ximately 5 mm

ut fr m the main frame.

8. Clip on both trolley trays with the flared edge

towards the front of the trolley.

Your completed trolley should now look like the image

to the right.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

Your trolley can be adjusted in height if required.

•To adjust the height remove the lower ‘E’ clips from the extension legs and

pull each leg to the desired height. (See fig. 1.)

•Ensure that all four extension legs are evenly adjusted.

•Re-insert all ‘E’ clips facing the line of travel also ensuring that the ‘E’ clips

have passed through the product frame and extension leg and are secure.

(See fig 2.)

•Never adjust the legs unevenly; this is dangerous and can seriously

compromise the safety of the user.

Check that the trolley is sitting evenly on the floor and there is no excessive rocking

or the trolley is tilting to one side. If this is the case, please do not use the trolley,

but repeat the above steps to correct the problem or contact your supplier for

service support.

CLEANING

The polypropylene clip on trays can be removed for cleaning. To remove, place

your finger and thumb on the underside of the U clip over inverted U section, push

upwards and remove.

The Aidapt tray can be cleaned with either a mild detergent or disinfectant, or

alternatively pressure washed or autoclaved at a temperature of up to 100oC.

To refit the tray, simply push down on the inverted U sections ensuring that the tray

is in line with the trolley frame. Check that all the engaging edges are sitting neatly,

evenly and securely to the frame.

CLEANING THE CASTORS

Your trolley is supplied with high quality metal castors with an integral wheel

guard.

The castors can be removed from the frame by removing the upper ‘E’ clip retaining

the extension leg. Once done, wash the castor in a bucket of mild detergent or

disinfectant.

After cleaning ensure that you thoroughly dry the castor and extension leg prior to

reassembly and finish by applying a water-dispersing agent such as D40 over the

castor wheel and body prior to reassembly.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Please make a safety check of the product at regular intervals or if you have any

concerns.

REISSUE

If you reissue or are about to reissue this product, please thoroughly check all

components for their safety.

This includes:

•Tightness of all nuts/bolts/castors

•Other screw in/bolt in/push in components.

INTRODUCTION

Nous vous remercions d'avoir acheté le chariot à plateaux Aidapt. Ce chariot est

fabriqué avec les meilleurs matériaux et composants disponibles. Si vous l'utilisez

correctement, il vous donnera satisfaction pendant de nombreuses années.

NB : Cet équipement doit être installé par une personne compétente.

physiothérapeute en cas de doute pour sa oir si le produit est adapté à otre

utilisation.

Ne dépassez pas ce poids limite – cela ferait prendre des risques inutiles à

l'utilisateur.

AVANT UTILISATION

Vérifiez que le produit est en bon état avant de l'utiliser. Si vous constatez le

moindre dommage ou défaut suspect, n'utilisez pas le produit et contactez votre

revendeur. Rangez soigneusement l'emballage.

ASSEMBLAGE

Votre chariot vous est livré emballé sous forme de cube. Avant d'utiliser le produit,

vérifiez que toutes les parties du produit sont en bon état.

Si vous constatez le moindre dommage ou défaut suspect, n'utilisez pas le produit

car cela compromettrait la sécurité de l'utilisateur et contactez votre revendeur.

•Le corps du chariot

•4 pieds réglables en hauteur

avec des goupilles

•2 poignées amovibles

•2 plateaux moulés avec clips

Veuillez lire et sui re ces instructions attenti ement :

1. Déballez tous les éléments fournis.

2. Faites attention de ne pas abîmer la peinture du chariot pendant

l'assemblage. lacez le chariot sur un tapis ou un grand carton.

3. renez le cadre du chariot et placez-le à l'envers puis insérez doucement la

section conique des pieds peints en marron dans le cadre du chariot.

4. Insérez le clip de maintien, vérifiez qu'il passe bien au travers.

5. Vérifiez que les quatre pieds sont réglés à la même hauteur puis mettez le

châssis à la verticale.

6. Essayez le chariot pour vérifier sa stabilité et vérifiez visuellement que les

quatre clips de maintien sont bien en place.

N'utilisez pas les clips de maintien pour régler la

hauteur du chariot.

7. lacez les deux poignées amovibles dans les

trous prévus à cet effet avec la partie

supérieure des bras vers l'avant du chariot.

N.B. : Vérifiez que les deux bras sont bien insérés et

que les quatre boutons en laiton passent

complètement au tra ers du châssis; ils doi ent

dépasser d'en iron 5mm du châssis.

8. Accrochez les deux plateaux à l'aide des clips

avec le bord évasé vers l'avant du chariot.

Votre chariot doit maintenant ressembler à la photo

située à droite.

RÉGLAGE DE HAUTEUR

Vous pouvez régler la hauteur de votre chariot si besoin :

•our régler la hauteur, enlevez les clips inférieurs ''E'' des pieds et étirez

chaque pied à la longueur désirée (voir fig.1)

•Réglez les quatre pieds à la même hauteur.

•Réinsérez tous les clips ''E'' et vérifiez qu'ils sont bien passés au travers du

châssis et que les pieds sont sécurisés (voir fig. 2)

•Ne réglez jamais les pieds de façon inégale; ceci est dangereux et pourrait

sérieusement compromettre la sécurité de l'utilisateur.

Vérifiez que le chariot est bien stable au sol et ce de manière uniforme, qu'il n'y a

pas de balancement excessif ou que le chariot ne penche pas d'un côté. Si tel est le

cas, n'utilisez pas le chariot et répétez les étapes décrites ci-dessus pour corriger le

problème.
