NOTE: This instruction manual essential information about the safety measures to be adopted when the

product is being installed, operated for the first time or maintenance work carried out on it. Therefore,

both the service engineer and the user must read the instructions carefully before beginning installation

and start-up.

1. SAFETY WARNINGS

• Installation, assembly and maintenance work must be carried out by a qualified service engineer.

• The service engineer must fulfill all health and safety regulations in force during the assembly, installa-

tion and start-up of the product.

• All contact with electric current must be avoided. Whenever the spotlight is handled, it must be

switched off from the mains.

• The service engineer and the user must abide by all regulations in force on hazard prevention.

• Do not handle when feet are wet.

• If the cable or wiring of this luminaire becomes damaged, it may only be replaced by the manufacturer

or one of its service engineers, or a person with a similar qualification, in order to avoid any accidents.

• Any modifications to the product will require the manufacturer’s prior consent.

• The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage or malfunction caused by the use of unauthorized

spare parts.

• The installation must comply with the standards of IEC/HD 60364-7-702: Requirements for special instal-

lations or locations. Swimming pools and fountains.

• The LumiPlus FlexiMini projector has been designed TO WORK WITH A SAFETY TRANSFORMER ONLY.

• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the pool’s equipment.

• The projectors must not be cleaned or maintained by children.

• The LumiPlus FlexiMini is resistant to the water treatments described below, provided that the concen-

tration values do not exceed the following ones:

3. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• To complete the spotlight’s installation, one of the faceplates with the following product codes and a Lu-

miPlus FlexiMini fastener must be purchased: 74392, 74393, 74394 or 74395. See corresponding manual.

• It complies with international lighting safety standards, specifically, with standard EN 60598-2-18: LUMI-

NAIRES - PART 2: PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS. SECTION 18: LUMINAIRES FOR SWIMMING POOLS AND

SIMILAR APPLICATIONS.

• The manufacturer may not be held liable for any damage caused by the mishandling, poor installation or

addition of any electrical components that have not been made by it.

• The spotlight only works if totally submerged in water.

• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches the end of its service

life the whole of the luminaire must be replaced.

• Accessing the inside of the spotlight is totally prohibited. If handled, it will no longer be covered by the

guarantee.

• Water operating temperature: Minimum 5 ºC - Maximum 40 ºC.

• Maximum installation depth: 2 meters (between 0.4 and 0.7 meters is recommended) from the surface of

the water. IPX8 protection rating.

4.ELECTRICAL WIRING (See pages 69–70)

• The service engineer is responsible for ensuring that the area around the connectors protected by the

cable gland is watertight.

• The safety transformer’s capacity must be calculated on the basis that the total load connected must be

over-scaled by 30%.

• We recommend using AstralPool’s underwater connection kit (code 32803) should it be necessary to ex-

tend the cable included (max. 2 x 6 mm² H07RN8-F).

• Should the cable included with the spotlight not be used, the following considerations must be taken into

account:

- The minimum cable cross-section that can be threaded through the cable gland is 2 x 1 mm² H07RN8-F

and the maximum is 2 x 1.5 mm² H07RN8-F.

- It is the service engineer’s responsibility to calculate the cable cross-section required, based on the total

load, cable length and maximum voltage drop allowed by the laws in force, in order to ensure that the

spotlight is fed by 12 V AC.

See the cable cross-section tables according to the spotlight, type of installation and cable length.

• The projector’s power supply does not have polarity.

This product does not require any maintenance. If you become aware that it is not working properly, please

contact our customer service department.

7. CONTROL SYSTEMS:

The monochrome models do not need a control system. The can be turned on and off using an external

switch.

The RGB models have two operating modes depending on the type of control system purchased:

•12 colors, 8 sequences and 8 sequence change speeds. Controllers: LumiPlus Top (27818

+ 41988), LumiPlus WiFi Access Point (59132) or LumiPlus ModBUS (57435). See the corresponding manual.

•7 colors and 7 sequences. LumiPlus Eco Controller (32458). See the corresponding manual.

1. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ :

• Les travaux d’installation, de montage et les tâches d’entretien doivent être effectuées par des per-

sonnes dûment qualifiées.

• L’installateur est responsable du respect des normes de sécurité en vigueur pendant le montage, l’ins-

tallation et la mise en marche du produit.

• Éviter tout contact avec le courant électrique. Avant d’effectuer toute opération d’entretien, s’assurer de

débrancher le point lumineux du réseau.

• L’installateur et tout comme l’utilisateur doivent respecter les normes en vigueur en matière de préven-

tion des accidents.

• Ne pas manipuler le dispositif en ayant les pieds mouillés.

• Si le câble flexible ou le cordon extérieur de ce luminaire est endommagé, il doit être exclusivement

remplacé par le fabricant, par son service après-vente ou toute personne dûment qualifiée afin d’éviter

tout risque.

• Toute modification du produit devra être préalablement validée par le fabricant.

• Le fabricant ne sera pas tenu responsable des dommages ou dysfonctionnements causés par l’utilisation

de pièces de rechange non autorisées.

• Il convient de respecter les dispositions des normes IEC / HD 60364-7-702 : Règles pour les installations

ou emplacements spéciaux. Piscines et fontaines.

• LumiPlus FlexiMini a été conçu POUR FONCTIONNER UNIQUEMENT AVEC UN TRANSFORMATEUR DE

SÉCURITÉ.

• Les enfants doivent être placés sous la surveillance d’un adulte pour veiller à ce qu’ils ne jouent pas avec

l’équipement de la piscine.

• Le nettoyage et l’entretien des projecteurs ne doivent pas être réalisés par des enfants.

• LumiPlus FlexiMini résiste aux traitements de l’eau suivants, à condition que les valeurs de concentra-

tion mentionnées ne soient pas dépassées :

3. CARACTÉRISTIQUES GÉNÉRALES

• Afin de compléter l’installation du point du lumineux, il convient de s’équiper de l’une des références

suivantes d’enjoliveur + fixation pour LumiPlus FlexiMini : 74392, 74393, 74394 ou 74395. Consulter le

manuel correspondant.

• Il est conforme aux règlements internationaux de sécurité en matière d’éclairage, notamment à la norme

EN 60598-2-18 : LUMINAIRES PARTIE 2 : RÈGLES PARTICULIÈRES - SECTION 18 LUMINAIRES POUR PISCINES

ET USAGES ANALOGUES

• Le fabricant ne sera pas tenu responsable d’un éventuel défaut induit par une mauvaise manipulation,

montage ou l’incorporation de composants électriques qui n’a pas été opérée par celui-ci.

• Le point lumineux ne fonctionne qu’en étant totalement immergé.

• La source lumineuse de ce luminaire ne peut pas être remplacée ; lorsque celle-ci arrive à la fin de sa durée

de vie utile, il faut procéder au remplacement complet du luminaire.

• Il est strictement interdit d’accéder au boîtier intérieur du point lumineux. En cas de manipulation, la

garantie ne sera plus valable.

• Température de fonctionnement de l’eau : 5° minimum - 40° maximum.

• Profondeur maximale d’installation : 2 m (profondeur conseillée : entre 0,4 et 0,7 m) par rapport à la sur-

face de l’eau. Degré de protection IPX8 2 M

4. INSTALLATION ÉLECTRIQUE (voir pages 69-70) :

• L’installateur est tenu d’assurer l’étanchéité de la zone des connecteurs protégée par le presse-étoupe.

• Pour calculer la capacité du transformateur de sécurité, il convient de reconsidérer à la hausse à hauteur

de 30 % la charge totale connectée.

• Nous recommandons l’utilisation du kit de connexion subaquatique référence 32803, dans le cas où il

serait requis d’étendre le câble fourni (max. 2 x 6 mm² H07RN8-F)

• Si vous n’utilisez pas le câble fourni avec le point lumineux, veuillez prendre note des considérations sui-

vantes :

- la section minimum de câble permise par le presse-étoupe est de 2 x 1 mm² H07RN8-F et la section maxi-

male est de 2 x 1,5 mm² H07RN8-F.

- L’installateur doit calculer la section de câble nécessaire, en tenant compte de la charge totale, de la lon-

gueur du câble et de la chute de tension maximale autorisée par la norme en vigueur afin de garantir

l’alimentation en 12 Vca du point lumineux.

Consulter les tableaux de la section de câble requis selon le modèle de projecteur, le type d’installation et

la longueur de câble.

• L’alimentation du projecteur ne présente pas de polarité.

LumiPlusFlexi ne requiert pas d’entretien particulier, en cas de dysfonctionnement, veuillez contacter notre

service client.

7. SYSTÈMES DE CONTRÔLE :

Les modèles unicolores ne doivent pas faire l’objet de contrôles. La mise en marche et l’arrêt peuvent être

effectués par le biais d’un interrupteur externe.

Les modèles RGB incluent deux modes de fonctionnement selon le type de contrôle adopté :

•12 couleurs, 8 séquences et 8 vitesses de changement de séquence. Contrôleurs : LumiPlus Top (27818

+ 41988), LumiPlus WiFi Access Point (59132) ou LumiPlus ModBUS (57435). Se reporter au manuel cor-

respondant.

1. ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD:

• Los trabajos de instalación, montaje y mantenimiento deben ser realizados por personal cualificado.

• Es obligación del instalador cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad vigentes durante el montaje,

instalación y puesta en marcha del producto.

• Se debe evitar entrar en contacto con la tensión eléctrica. Cualquier manipulación debe realizarse con el

punto de luz desconectado de la red.

• El instalador y el usuario deben respetar las normativas vigentes en prevención de accidentes.

• No manipular con los pies mojados.

• Si el cable flexible o cordón de esta luminaria está dañado, debe sustituirse exclusivamente por el fa-

bricante o su servicio técnico o una persona de cualificación equivalente con objeto de evitar cualquier

riesgo.

• Cualquier modificación del producto requerirá el consentimiento previo del fabricante.

• El fabricante no se hace responsable de ningún daño o malfuncionamiento causado por el uso de recam-

bios no autorizados.

• Se deben cumplir las normas IEC / HD 60364-7-702: Reglas para las instalaciones y emplazamientos

especiales. Piscinas y fuentes.

• LumiPlus FlexiMini está concebido PARA FUNCIONAR ÚNICAMENTE CON UN TRANSFORMADOR DE SE-

GURIDAD.

• Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurar que no jueguen con el equipamiento de a piscina.

• La limpieza y mantenimiento de los proyectores no deben ser realizados por niños.

• LumiPlus FlexiMini resiste a los siguientes tratamientos de agua, siempre y cuando no se superen los

valores de concentración descritos:

3. CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES:

• Para completar la instalación del punto de luz es necesario adquirir uno de los siguientes códigos de em-

bellecedor más fijación para LumiPlus FlexiMini: 74392, 74393, 74394 o 74395. Ver el manual correspon-

diente.

• Cumple con las normas internacionales de seguridad de luminarias, en especial la norma EN 60598-2-18:

LUMINARIAS PARTE 2: REQUERIMIENTOS PARTICULARES SECCIÓN 18 LUMINARIAS PARA PISCINAS Y APLI-

CACIONES SIMILARES.

• El fabricante no se responsabiliza de ningún defecto provocado por una mala manipulación, instalación o

la incorporación de componentes eléctricos que no se hayan llevado a cabo en sus instalaciones.

• El punto de luz únicamente puede trabajar totalmente sumergido en agua.

• La fuente de luz de esta luminaria no es reemplazable, cuando la fuente de luz alcance el final de su vida

debe sustituir la luminaria completa.

• Queda totalmente prohibido acceder al interior del punto de luz. En caso de manipulación se perderá la

garantía.

• Temperatura de trabajo del agua: Mínima 5ºC - Máxima 40º.

• Profundidad máxima de instalación: 2 metros (recomendada entre 0,4 y 0,7 metros) respecto de la super-

ficie del agua. Grado de protección IPX8 2m.

4. INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA (Ver páginas 69-70):

• Es responsabilidad del instalador asegurar la estanqueidad de la zona de los conectores protegida por el

prensaestopas.

• La capacidad del transformador de seguridad debe calcularse teniendo en cuenta que hay que sobredi-

mensionar un 30% la carga total conectada.

• Recomendamos usar el kit de conexión subacuática AstralPool, código 32803, en caso de que sea necesa-

rio extender el cable que se incluye (máx. 2x6mm² H07RN8-F)

• En caso de no usar el cable incluido con el punto de luz hay que tener en cuenta las siguientes considera-

ciones:

- La sección mínima admitida por el prensaestopas es de 2x1mm² H07RN8-F y la máxima es de 2x1,5 mm²

H07RN8-F.

- Es responsabilidad del instalador calcular la sección de cable necesaria, teniendo en cuenta la carga total,

la longitud del cable y la caída de tensión máxima permitida, según normativa vigente, con el fin de asegu-

rar que lleguen 12Vac al punto de luz.

Consultar las tablas de la sección de cable necesarias según modelo de foco, tipo de instalación y longitud

del cable.

• La alimentación del proyector no tiene polaridad.
