Kupplungs-Zentrierwerkzeug-Satz

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Das Zentrierwerkzeug ist passend für Kupplungsscheiben-Nabe mit 15 bis 28 mm Ø und

ermöglicht eine genaue Zentrierung der Kupplungsscheibe bei Fahrzeugen mit oder ohne

Führungslager. Bei Fahrzeugen ohne Führungslager erfolgt die Ausrichtung der Reibscheibe an der

Reibfläche der Kupplungsdruckplatte.

•Halten Sie Kinder und unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit diesem Produkt oder dessen Verpackung spielen.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arbeitsbereich ausreichend beleuchtet ist.

•Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber, aufgeräumt, trocken und frei von anderen Materialien.

•Lassen Sie keine ungeschulten Personen mit diesem Werkzeugsatz arbeiten.

VERWENDUNG

1. Spannmutter (3) auf das Gewinde vom Hauptteil (4) schrauben.

2. Passende Spreizbuchse (2) am Hauptteil (4) montieren. Die Spreizbuchse muss so knapp wie

möglich in der Kupplungsscheiben-Nabe sitzen.

3. Kupplungsscheibe auf die Kupplungsdruckplatte legen und Zentrierwerkzeug von vorne durch

die Druckplatte führen bis Spreizhülse komplett in der Kupplungsscheiben-Nabe sitzt.

4. Spreizhülse (2) mit der Spreizspindel (6) soweit spreizen bis diese fest in der

Kupplungsscheiben-Nabe arretiert ist.

5. Kupplungsscheibe an der Reibfläche der Druckplatte ausrichten und durch Drehen der

Spannmutter (3) gegen die Membranfeder die Kupplungsscheibe festsetzen.

5a. Bei Zentrierung über Pilotlager muss zusätzlich der Gewindebolzen (5) und die passende

Zentrierhülse (1) am Ende des Zentrierwerkzeugs verbaut werden.

6. Kupplungsdruckplatte mit Kupplungsscheibe auf Schwungrad montieren.

6a. Bei Zentrierung über Pilotlager darauf achten, dass die Zentrierhülse (1) korrekt im Pilotlager

sitzt.

Clutch Aligning Tool Set

ATTENTION

INTENDED USE

The centering tool set is suitable for clutch disc hubs with diameter from 15 to 28 mm and enables

precise centering of the clutch disc on vehicles with or without guide bearings. On vehicles without a

guide bearing, the friction disc will be aligned on the friction surface of the clutch pressure plate.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.

•Do not let children play with this product or its packaging.

•Make sure that the work area is adequately illuminated.

•Keep the work area clean, tidy, dry and free of other materials.

•Do not let untrained people work with this tool set.

USE

1. Screw the split nut (3) onto the thread of the main body (4).

2. Assemble a suitable strut nut (2) with the main body (4). The strut nut should be as close a

possible to the clutch disc hub.

3. Place clutch disc on clutch pressure plate and push the aligning tool front to back through the

pressure plate until the strut nut fits in the clutch disc hub, completely.

4. Strut the strut nut (2) with the strut spindle (6) until it is firmly locked in the disc hub.

5. Align with the pressure plate and lock against the diaphragm spring of the clutch disc by turning

the split nut (3).

5a. When centering via a guide bearing, you need to attach the thread bolt (5)

and the suitable center sleeve (1) to the end of the aligning punch.

6. Mount the pressure plate and clutch disc to the flywheel.

6a. When centering via a guide bearing, make sure that the center sleeve (1)

fits into the disc hub correctly.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

L’outil de centrage convient pour des moyeux de disque d’embrayage d’un diamètre de 15 à 28 mm

et permet un centrage précis du disque d’embrayage dans les véhicules avec ou sans paliers de

guidage. Dans le cas de véhicules sans paliers de guidage, le disque de friction est aligné avec la

surface de friction du plateau de pression d’embrayage.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec ce produit ou avec son emballage.

•Assurez-vous que la zone de travail est suffisamment éclairée.

UTILISATION

1. Vissez l’écrou de serrage (3) sur le filetage de la pièce principale (4).

2. Montez le manchon d’expansion (2) approprié sur la pièce principale (4). Le manchon

d’expansion doit être logé aussi étroitement que possible dans le moyeu du disque

d’embrayage.

3. Placez le disque d’embrayage sur le plateau de pression d’embrayage et guidez l’outil de

centrage à travers la plaque de compression depuis l’avant, jusqu’à ce que le manchon

d’expansion soit complètement logé dans le moyeu du disque d’embrayage.

4. Écartez le manchon d’expansion (2) avec la broche d’expansion (6) jusqu’à ce qu’il soit

fermement serré dans le moyeu du disque d’embrayage.

5. Alignez le disque d’embrayage sur la surface de friction de la plaque de compression et fixez le

disque d’embrayage en tournant l’écrou de serrage (3) contre le ressort à membrane du disque

d’embrayage.

5a. Lors du centrage sur des paliers pilotes, le boulon fileté (5) et la douille de centrage

correspondante (1) doivent en plus être installés à l’extrémité de l’outil de centrage.

6. Montez le plateau de pression de l’embrayage avec le disque d’embrayage sur le volant

d’inertie.

6a. Lors du centrage par l’intermédiaire de roulements pilotes, assurez-vous que le manchon de

centrage (1) est correctement logé dans le roulement pilote.

Juego de herramienta centradora de embragues

USO PREVISTO

La herramienta de centrado es adecuada para bujes de discos de embrague con un Ø de 15 a 28

mm y permite centrar con precisión el disco de embrague en vehículos con o sin cojinete guía. En los

vehículos sin cojinetes guía, la alineación del disco de fricción se realiza en la superficie de fricción

del plato de presión del embrague.

•Mantenga a los niños y personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con este dispositivo o su embalaje.

•Asegúrese de que el área de trabajo está suficientemente iluminada.

•No permita que personas no capacitadas trabajen con este juego de herramientas.

APLICACIÓN

1. Enrosque la tuerca de sujeción (3) en la rosca de la pieza principal (4).

2. Monte un casquillo de expansión adecuado (2) en la pieza principal (4). El casquillo de

expansión debe asentarse lo más firmemente posible en el buje del disco de embrague.

3. Coloque el disco de embrague en el plato de presión del embrague y pase la herramienta de

centrado por el plato de presión desde la parte delantera hasta que el manguito de expansión

esté completamente asentado en el buje del disco de embrague.

4. Extienda el manguito de expansión (2) con el husillo de expansión (6) hasta que quede

firmemente bloqueado en el buje del disco de embrague.

5. Alinee el disco de embrague con la superficie de fricción del plato de presión y fije el disco de

embrague girando la tuerca de sujeción (3) contra el muelle de la membrana.

5a. Cuando el centrado se realiza a través de un cojinete piloto, el perno roscado (5) y el casquillo

de centrado correspondiente (1) se deben instalar adicionalmente en el extremo de la herramienta

de centrado.

6. Monte el plato de presión del embrague con el disco de embrague en el volante.

6a. Al centrar mediante el cojinete piloto, asegúrese de que el casquillo de centrado (1) esté

correctamente asentado en el cojinete piloto.
