Kupplungs-Zentrierwerkzeug-Satz

Zentrierstücke (1-8) für
KW-Bohrung (Pilotlager)

Zentrierdorne (9-11) für
Kupplungsscheibe
Durchmesser: 14,9 - 19,7 mm
19,8 - 27,2 mm
22,8 - 36,0 mm
Passendes Zentrierstück (1-8) auswählen, dieses muss in die
Kurbelwellenbohrung bzw. in das Pilotlager passen.
Passenden Kupplungs-Zentrierdorn (9-11) auswählen und
Zentrierstück (1-8) auf das Gewinde vom Kupplungs-
Zentrierdorn montieren.
Kupplungs-Zentrierdorn in die Kupplungsnabe einführen und
durch Drehen der gerändelten Schraube im Uhrzeigersinn den
Zentrierdorn in der Kupplungsnabe fixieren.
Kupplungsscheibe mit Zentrierdorn in der
Kurbelwellenbohrung (Pilotlager) zentrieren und
Kupplungsautomat montieren. Achtung: Bei Montage der
Kupplungsscheibe auf korrekte Einbaulage achten.
Zentrierdorn durch Drehen der gerändelten Schraube gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn Lösen und aus der Kupplungsnabe
herausziehen.

Clutch Aligning Tool Set

Centring sleeves (1-8) for
AT bore (pilot bearing)

Centre punch (9-11) for
Clutch disc
Diameter: 14.9 - 19.7 mm
19.8 - 27.2 mm
22.8 - 36.0 mm
Select suitable aligner tool (1-8) - it must fit in the crankshaft
locking tool and pilot bearing.
Select suitable clutch centre punch (9-11) and mount the
aligner tool (1-8) on the thread of the clutch centre punch.
Insert the clutch centre punch in the clutch hub and fix the
centre punch in the clutch hub by turning the knurled screw
clockwise.
Centre the clutch disc with centre punch in the crankshaft bore
(pilot bearing) and mount the automatic clutch. Attention: Make
sure that the clutch disc is mounted in the proper position.
Loosen the centre punch by turning the knurled screw anti-
clockwise and remove it from the clutch hub.

Poinçons de centrage (9-11)

disque d’embrayage
Diamètre : 14,9 - 19,7 mm
19,8 - 27,2 mm

Sélectionner l’outil approprié (1 – 8) ; il doit pouvoir passer
dans l’alésage du vilebrequin ou le roulement pilote.
Sélectionner le poinçon de centrage d’embrayage (9 – 11) et
monter la pièce de centrage (1 – 8) sur le filetage du poinçon
de centrage d’embrayage.
Insérer le poinçon de centrage d’embrayage dans le moyeu
d’embrayage et fixer le poinçon de centrage dans le moyeu
d’embrayage en tournant la molette du poinçon de centrage
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
Centrer le disque d’embrayage avec le poinçon de centrage
dans l’alésage du vilebrequin (roulement pilote) et monter le
mécanisme d’embrayage. Attention : lors du montage du
disque d’embrayage, veiller à maintenir la position de montage
correcte.
Retirer le poinçon de centrage du moyeu d’embrayage en
tournant la molette du poinçon dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre.

Juego de alineadores de embrague

Pernos de centraje (9-11) para
disco de embrague
Diámetro: 14,9 - 19,7 mm
19,8 - 27,2 mm
22,8 - 36,0 mm
Seleccionar la pieza de centrado (1-8) adecuada, de modo
que encaje en el orificio del cigüeñal o en el rodamiento piloto.
Seleccionar el perno de centraje del embrague (9-11), y
montar la pieza de centrado (1-8) en la rosca del perno de
centraje del embrague.
Insertar el perno de centraje del embrague en el buje del
embrague y fijarlo girando el tornillo moleteado en sentido
horario en el buje del embrague.
Centrar el disco del embrague en orificio del cigüeñal con el
perno de centraje (rodamiento piloto) y montar el embrague
automático. Atención: A la hora de montar el disco del
embrague asegurarse de que esté en la posición de montaje
correcta.
Aflojar el perno de centraje girando el tornillo moleteado en
sentido antihorario y extraerlo del buje del embrague.
