ALLGEMEIN

Der Druckluft-Blechnibbler wurde mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen hergestellt und wird Ihnen lange

Zeit dienen, wenn Sie sich an die Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung halten. Der Nibbler ist

geeignet für alle Arten von Blechen aus Stahl, Aluminium, Kupfer Messing ect. und anderen

nichtmetallische Materialien bis 1,5 mm Stärke. Er eignet sich hervorragend für Blecharbeiten im

KFZ-Bereich und lässt sich an Stellen einsetzen, an denen z.B. Winkelschleifer und Blechschere

versagen. Der Nibbler schneidet präzise, sicher und mühelos engste Radien.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

 Halten Sie die Hände fern von bewegenden Teilen des Werkzeugs. Nichtbeachtung kann zu

schweren Verletzungen führen.

 Tragen sie beim Arbeiten mit dem Werkzeug immer Sicherheitshandschuhe und eine TÜV-

geprüfte Sicherheitsbrille mit Seitenschutz.

 Verwenden Sie nur Druckluft die den maximalen Druckwert des Werkzeugs nicht übersteigt.

 Nur Druckluft geeignetes Zubehör verwenden. Verletzungsrisiko.

 Vergewissern Sie sich, dass andere Personen einen ausreichenden Sicherheitsabstand

 zu Ihrem Arbeitsplatz einhalten, während Sie das Werkzeug einsetzen.

 Achten Sie auf Schläuche auf dem Fußboden oder der Arbeitsfläche.

 Richten Sie den Luftauslass des Werkzeugs niemals auf sich selbst oder auf andere Personen.

 Arbeiten Sie nicht in explosionsgefährlicher Umgebung.

 Testen Sie das Werkzeug vor der Benutzung

 Trennen Sie das Werkzeug von der Druckluftversorgung, bevor Sie es warten oder Zubehör

auswechseln.

 Trennen Sie nach beendeter Arbeit das Druckluftwerkzeuge immer von der Druckluftversorgung.

 Verwenden Sie nur original Ersatzteile.

WARTUNG

Schmierung

Bevor Sie die Druckluftleitung anschließen, geben Sie 4-5 Tropfen eines qualitativ hochwertigen

Druckluftöls in die Kupplung des Werkzeugs. Nach 3-4 Arbeitsstunden sollten Sie diesen Vorgang

wiederholen.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die Druckluft aus der Kompressoranlage frei von Wasser ist.

Idealerweise wäre eine Verwendung über eine Filter-Öler-Einheit ratsam.

Reinigen Sie den Nibbler mit einem trockenen Tuch.

Tauchen Sie das Werkzeug niemals in eine Flüssigkeit.

Überprüfung

Prüfen Sie alle Komponenten und Steckverbindungen des Werkzeugs regelmäßig auf ihre Festigkeit

und ihren korrekten Sitz. Führen Sie diesen Prüfvorgang auch zu Beginn eines jeden Arbeitstages

durch.

Lagerung

Lagern Sie dieses Werkzeug nach Möglichkeit nicht in einer Umgebung mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Bei

ausbleibender Verwendung könnte Restflüssigkeit im Inneren des Werkzeuggehäuses zur Bildung

von Rost führen. Vor der Lagerung sollten Sie daher 4-5 Tropfen Öl in die Druckluftkupplung geben

und das Gerät für einen kurzen Moment betätigen, um das Öl im Inneren zu verteilen.

GENERAL

The air nibbler is made by high quality and will work a long time, if you follow the instructions in the

manual. The Nibbler is suitable for all types of sheet made of steel, aluminum, copper and brass and

other non-metallic materials up to 1.5 mm. It is ideal for sheet metal work in the automotive sector and

can be used in small places without failure. The nibbler cuts precisely, safely and easily narrowest

radii.

SAFETY

 Keep hands away from moving parts of the device, failure to comply can lead to serious injury.

 When working with the tool always wear TÜV-approved safety glasses with a side shields and

gloves.

 Only use compressed air with maximum pressure value of the tool.

 Use only air suitable accessories. Risk of injury.

 Make sure that other people keep a safe distance while you use the tool.

 Make sure of hoses on the floor or work surface.

 Do not align the air outlet of the tool at yourself or others people.

 Do not work in potentially hazardous environments.

 Test the tool before use

MAINTANCE

Lubrication

Before connection of the hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of a good quality air tool oil at the air inlet.

After 3 to 4 hours of operation, oiling may be necessary again.

Make sure that the compressed air from the compressor unit is free of water.

Ideally, use a filter-lubricator unit would be advisable.

Clean the nibblers with a dry cloth.

Plunge the tool never in a liquid.

Tightness of parts

Regularly check whether all connection parts are fastened securely.

Follow this procedure daily before beginning work.

Storage

Avoid storing the tool in a location subject to high humidity. If the tool is left unused, the residual

moisture inside the tool can cause rust. Before storing and after operation, oil the tool at the air inlet

with a air tool oil and run it for a short period.

Disposal: Follow national legislation of waste disposal.

GENERAL

La cortadora neumática está hecha de alta calidad y trabajará durante mucho tiempo. Si se siguen

las instrucciones de este manual. Es válida para todo tipo de hojas de acero, aluminio, cobre y latón y

otros materiales no metálicos de hasta 1.2 mm. es ideal para trabajar con hojas de metal en el sector

automovilístico y puede ser usada en pequeños lugares sin fallos. La cortadora corta de una forma

precisa, segura y fácil en radios estrechos.

SEGURIDAD

 Mantenga las manos alejadas de las partes móviles del dispositivo, fallos en la ejecución pueden

causar la muerte y graves lesiones.

 Cuando trabaje con la herramienta lleve siempre gafas de seguridad homologadas por TÜV con

escudos laterales y guantes.

 Use solo compresores de aire con el valor de presión máximo de la herramienta.

 Use solo accesorios de aire válidos. Hay riesgo de lesiones.

 Esté seguro que las otras personas se mantengan a una distancia de seguridad mientras use la

herramienta.

 Asegure las mangueras al suelo o a la zona de trabajo.

 No apunte con la salida de aire de la herramienta a usted mismo o a otras personas.

 No trabaje en ambientes potencialmente peligrosos.

 Compruebe la herramienta antes de usarla.

 Desconecte la herramienta del suministro de aire antes de hacer cualquier revisión o cambiar de

accesorios.

 Desconecte la herramienta del suministro de aire después de completar el trabajo.

MANTENIMIENTO

Antes de usar la herramienta, ponga un poco de aceite en la conexión de aire.

Esté seguro de que el aire comprimido sale del compresor libre de agua.

No sumerja la herramienta en un líquido.

Control

Almacenamiento

Evite guardar la herramienta en un lugar expuesto a alta humedad. Si la herramienta no se utiliza, la

humedad residual dentro de la herramienta puede causar oxidación. Antes de guardar y después de

la operación, el aceite de la herramienta en la entrada de aire con un aceite para herramientas

neumáticas y hágalo funcionar durante un corto período.

GENERALE

La roditrice ad aria è fatta dall’alta qualità e lavorerà per lungo tempo, se si seguono le istruzioni nel

manuale. La roditrice si adatta a tutti tipi di lastre fatte di acciaio, alluminio, rame e ottone e altri

materiali non metallici fino a 1.5 mm. È ideale per una lastra di metallo che lavora nel settore

automotive e può essere usato in piccoli posti senza sbagli. La roditrice taglia precisamente, in modo

sicuro e facilmente i raggi più stretti .

SICUREZZA

•Tenere le mani lontano dalle parti in movimento del dispositivo, in caso di inosservanza si

possono avere gravi danni.

•Quando si lavora con l’attrezzo indossare sempre occhiali di sicurezza approvati TÜV chiusi

lateralmente e guanti.

•Usare solo aria compressa con il valore massimo della pressione dell’attrezzo.

•Usare solo aria adatta per gli accessori. Rischio di lesioni.

•Assicurarsi che le altre persone si tengano ad una distanza sicura mentre si usa l’attrezzo.

•Assicurarsi dei tubi sul pavimento o sulla superficie di lavoro.

•Non livellare né a voi né ad altre persone l’uscita dell’aria dell’attrezzo.

•Non lavorare in potenziali ambienti pericolosi.

MANUTENZIONE

Lubrificazione

Prima di collegare il tubo, applicare da 4 a 5 gocce di una buona qualità di olio per l’attrezzo ad aria

nell’entrata dell’aria

Dopo 3 o 4 ore di operazione, è necessario oliare ancora.

Assicurarsi che l’aria compressa sia libera da acqua dall’ unità del compressore.

Idealmente, si consiglia di usare un’unità di lubrificazione con filtro.

Pulire la roditrice con un panno pulito

Non immergere mai l’attrezzo in un liquido.

Resistenza delle parti

Controllare regolarmente se tutte le parti collegate siano ben fissate.

Seguire queste istruzioni ogni volta prima di iniziare un lavoro.

Immaggazzinaggio

Evitare di immaggazzinare l’attrezzo in un luogo soggetto ad alta umidità. Se si è lasciato l’oggetto

inutilizzato, i residui di umidità all’interno dell’attrezzo possono arrugginirsi. Prima di immagazzinarlo e

dopo l’operazione, oliare l’attrezzo nell’entrata dell’aria con un olio per attrezzo ad aria e avviarlo per

un po’.

Smaltimento: seguire le leggi nazionali dello smaltimento dei rifiuti.
