VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Der Satz dient der professionellen Felgenschloss-Demontage und "öffnet" nahezu alle

Felgenschlösser ohne Beschädigung der Felge. Die konischen Demontagehülsen ermöglichen hohe

Kraftübertragung.

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Das Werkzeug nur bei Temperaturen über + 20°C verwenden! Die Hülsen müssen Handwarm

sein, gegebenenfalls vor Verwendung aufwärmen!

•Das Felgenschloss nach der Demontage auf Beschädigungen überprüfen, auch bei optischer

Unversehrtheit besteht die Gefahr, dass die Metallstruktur beschädigt ist. Deshalb empfehlen

wir die Felgenschlösser in jedem Fall zu erneuern.

UMWELTSCHUTZ

Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind

zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.

Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer örtlichen Abfallbehörde über Recyclingmaßnahmen.

VERWENDUNG

Die passende Hülse auf den Felgenschlosskopf ansetzen, der optimale

Bereich liegt in ca. 8 mm Tiefe (A= optimaler Bereich). Die ersten 3 mm

(Maß B) vom Konus ist der Zentrierbereich. In diesem Bereich darf die

Hülse nicht verwendet werden, es besteht Bruchgefahr! Die Hülsen sind

innen konisch, dadurch sind diese auch passend für alle

Zwischenmaße.

Mit einem schweren Hammer (A) die Hülse (1-8) gerade auf

den Felgenschlosskopf aufschlagen, bei tiefliegenden

Schrauben den Aufschlagdorn (9) verwenden.

Das Felgenschloss mit einem Radkreuz entfernen, dabei mit

gleichmäßigem Krafteinsatz arbeiten.

B= Felge mit Reifen

Hülse auf einen Schraubstock (C) auflegen und das Felgenschloss

(D) mit dem Ausschlagdorn (10) aus der Hülse (1-8) treiben.

HINWEIS

Festsitzende Felgenschlösser: Bei extrem festsitzenden Felgenschlössern alle

gegenüberliegenden Radschrauben lösen und anschließend mit einem höheren Drehmoment von

ca. 130 - 140 Nm wieder anziehen. Im Anschluss mit dem Aufschlagdorn und einem 2000g

Hammer das Felgenschloss „stauchen“. Zum Schluss die Hülse, wie unter Verwendung

beschrieben, aufschlagen und Felgenschloss Demontieren.

3-Zapfen-Systeme: Bei Felgenschlössern mit 3-Zapfen-System besteht das Problem, dass der

äußere Blechring drehbar montiert ist. Problemlösung besteht durch entfernen, verkanten oder

blockieren des Blechrings.

Glatte Oberfläche: Bei Felgenschlössern mit glatter (rutschiger) Oberfläche wie z.B. bei

lackierten Felgenschlössern, sollte die Hülse 2- bis 3-mal versetzt leicht aufschlagen werden (wie

beim zentrieren) bis die Farbe mechanisch abgetragen ist.

This tool set allows professional removing of rim locks and “opened" almost all rim locks without

damaging the rims. The conical dismantling sockets allow high power transmission.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•Only use the tool at temperatures above + 20°C! The sockets must be handwarm, if necessary

warm them up before use!

•Check the rim lock for damage after dismantling, even if it looks intact, there is a risk that the

metal structure is damaged. We therefore recommend replacing the rim locks in any case.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with

the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

USE

Place the appropriate sleeve on the rim lock head, the optimal area is

approx. 8 mm deep (A= optimal area). The first 3 mm (dimension B)

from the cone is the centering area. The socket must not be used in

this area, there is a risk of breakage! The sockets are conical inside,

so they are also suitable for all intermediate sizes.

Using a heavy hammer (A), tap the socket (1-8) straight onto the

rim lock head, use the impact mandrel (9) for deep-set screws.

Remove the rim lock with a wheel cross, working with even

force.

B= rim with tire

Place the socket on a bench vise (C) and drive the rim lock (D) out of the

socket (1-8) using the ejection mandrel (10).

NOTES

Extremely tight-fitting rim locks

Impact the wheel lock hard before using the sockets!

Use the impact mandrel and a 2000 g hammer for this purpose

Recommendation: loosen all opposite wheel screws and then tighten them again with more torque

approx. 130 - 140 Nm), now jolt the wheel locks and strike on the sockets.

3-pin systems: The problem with rim locks with a 3-pin system is that the outer sheet metal ring

is rotatably mounted. The problem can be solved by removing, tilting or blocking the sheet metal

ring.

Smooth surface: In the case of rim locks with a smooth (slippery) surface, such as painted rim

locks, the socket should be slightly offset 2 to 3 times (as when centering) until the paint is

mechanically removed.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Le kit permet le démontage professionnel des écrous antivol et de « déverrouiller » presque tous les

écrous antivol sans endommager la jante. Les douilles de démontage coniques permettent une très

grande transmission de puissance.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage

•N’utilisez pas l’outil lorsque des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.

•N’utilisez l’outil qu’aux fins prévues.

•Utilisez toujours des lunettes de protection agréées ANSI et des gants de protection lorsque

vous utilisez ces outils.

•Avant chaque utilisation, grattez l’intérieur des douilles avec du papier de verre pour les rendre

rugueuses !

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•N’utilisez l’outil qu’à des températures supérieures à + 20 °C ! Les douilles doivent avoir la

température de la main, le cas échéant, chauffez-les avant leur utilisation !

•Vérifiez l’absence d’endommagement de l’écrou antivol après son démontage, car même en

cas d’intégrité optique, il y a un risque d’endommagement de la structure métallique. Pour

cette même raison, nous recommandons de remplacer l’écrou antivol au remontage.

PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT

Recyclez les matières indésirables au lieu de les jeter comme déchets. Les emballages

doivent être triés, envoyés à un point de collecte de recyclage et éliminés dans le respect

de l’environnement. Consultez votre autorité locale de gestion des déchets à propos des

mesures de recyclage à appliquer.

UTILISATION

Pressez la douille appropriée sur la tête de l’écrou antivol, la profondeur

optimale d’insertion est d’environ 8 mm (A= profondeur optimale). Les

3 mm initiaux (cote B) du cône constituent la zone de centrage. La

douille ne doit pas être utilisée pour desserrer l’écrou dans cette zone,

car il y a risque de la casser ! Les douilles sont coniques à l’intérieur, ce

qui les rend également appropriés pour toutes les dimensions

intermédiaires.

Utilisez un marteau lourd (A) pour rabouter la douille (1-8)

perpendiculairement sur la tête de l’écrou antivol. Utilisez le

mandrin de raboutage (9) en cas de vis montées profondeur

pour ce faire.

Démonter l’écrou antivol à l’aide d’une clé en croix, en

appliquant une force uniforme.

B= jante avec pneu

Placez la douille sur un étau (C) et expulsez l’écrou antivol (D) de

la douille (1-8) à l’aide du mandrin d’expulsion (10).

REMARQUE

Écrous antivol très serrés En cas d’un écrou antivol extrêmement serré, desserrez tous les

autres écrous, puis serrez-les à nouveau avec un couple d’environ 130 à 140 Nm plus élevés.

Ensuite, « écrasez » l’écrou antivol à l’aide du mandrin de raboutage et un marteau de 2000 g.

Finalement, raboutez la douille comme décrit plus haut et démontez l’écrou antivol.

Systèmes à 3 tenons : Pour les écrous antivol avec système à 3 tenons, le problème est que

l’anneau de tôle extérieur est monté de manière rotative. La solution consiste à retirer, replier ou

bloquer l’anneau de tôle.

Surface lisse : Pour les écrous antivol avec une surface lisse (glissante), par ex., pour les écrous

antivol peints, la douille doit être légèrement enfoncée 2 à 3 fois (comme pour le centrage) jusqu’à

ce que la peinture soit mécaniquement éliminée.

USO PREVISTO

El juego sirve para el desmontaje profesional de tornillos antirrobo de llantas y "abre" casi todos los

tornillos antirrobo de llantas sin dañar la llanta. Los manguitos de desmontaje cónicos permiten una

elevada transmisión de la fuerza.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje

•No utilice la herramienta si faltan piezas o están dañadas.
