Locheisen-Satz | 5 - 35 mm

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Satz dient zum Ausstanzen von Löchern in z.B. Dichtungspapier, Pappe und Leder.

Der Satz beinhaltet 13 auswechselbare Locheisen mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern,

Locheisenhalter mit ergonomischem Griff und federgelagertem Zentrierdorn.

VERWENDUNG

Beste Ergebnisse werden erzielt, wenn zur Verwendung eine ebene Unterlage benutzt wird. Hartholz

eignet sich am besten als Unterlage, Stahl oder andere zu harte Unterlagen können das Locheisen

beschädigen.

1. Zeichnen Sie den Mittelpunkt des anzufertigen Lochs auf dem Material an.

2. Wählen Sie ein geeignetes Locheisen (5) und Schrauben Sie dieses auf das Gewinde (4).

3. Setzen Sie den federgelagerten Zentrierdorn (6) auf den angezeichneten Mittelpunkt und

senkrecht zum Ausstanzmaterial an.

4. Halten Sie den Locheisenhalter am Griff (3) und schlagen Sie mit einem Hammer auf die

Schlagfläche (1).

Hinweis: Zu leichtes Schlagen bewirkt, dass das Material nicht ausgestanzt wird, zu festes Schlagen

kann das Locheisen beschädigen.

Hole Punches Set | 5 - 35 mm

INTENDED USE

This tool set is used for punching holes in e.g. sealing paper, cardboard and leather. It contains

thirteen exchangeable hole punches in different diameters, a quick change punch holder with

ergonomic handle design and a spring loaded centering pin.

USE

Best results will be achieved when using it on flat surface. Hard wood is the best surface of choice

because metal or other very hard surfaces may damage your hole punches.

1. Mark the center of the hole to be punched out.

2. Choose the appropriate hole punch (5) and screw it on the mounting thread (4).

3. Place the spring-loaded centering pin (6) on the marked hole center and at an angle of 90

degrees to the material to be punch.

4. Hold the handle (3) of the punch holder and hit the striking surface (1) with a hammer.

Note: Hitting too lightly will result in the material not being punched out, hitting too hard can damage

the hole punch.

Jeu de pointeaux | 5 - 35 mm

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Cet jeu d'outils est utilisé pour percer des trous, par exemple dans du papier à cacheter, du carton et

du cuir. L'ensemble comprend 13 poinçons interchangeables de différents diamètres, Porte-poinçon

avec poignée ergonomique et goupille de centrage à ressort.

UTILISATION

Les meilleurs résultats sont obtenus en utilisant une surface plane. Le bois dur fonctionne mieux

comme base, l'acier ou d'autres bases trop dures peuvent endommager le poinçon.

1. Marquez le centre du trou à faire sur le matériau.

2. Choisissez un poinçon approprié (5) et vissez-le sur le filetage (4).

3. Placer le mandrin de centrage à ressort (6) sur le centre marqué et perpendiculairement au

matériau de poinçonnage.

4. Tenez la poignée du porte-poinçon (3) et frappez la surface de frappe avec un marteau (1).

Remarque : Si vous frappez trop légèrement, le matériau ne sera pas percé, si vous frappez trop fort,

vous risquez d'endommager le poinçon.

Juego de sacabocados | 5 - 35 mm

USO PREVISTO

Este conjunto de herramientas se utiliza para hacer agujeros, por ejemplo, en papel de cera para

sellar, cartón y cuero. Contiene trece punzones intercambiables en diferentes diámetros, un

portapunzones de cambio rápido con diseño de mango ergonómico y un pasador de centrado

accionado por resorte.

UTILIZACIÓN

Los mejores resultados se lograrán al usarlo en una superficie plana. La madera dura es la mejor

superficie a elegir porque el metal u otras superficies muy duras pueden dañar las sacabocados.

1. Marcar el centro del agujero a realizar.

2. Seleccione el sacabocados (5) y atorníllelo en la rosca de fijación (4).

3. Coloque el pasador de centrado con resorte (6) en el centro del orificio marcado y a 90 grados del

material.

4. Sostenga el mango (3) del porta sacabocados y golpee la superficie de impacto (1) con un

martillo.

Nota: Impacto muy suavemente hará que el material no se perfore, golpear demasiado fuerte puede

dañar la sacabocados.
