VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieses SAC-Kupplungswerkzeug dient zum schnellen und fachgerechten Aus- und Einbau von SAC-

Kupplungen. Der Werkzeugsatz ist geeignet für nahezu alle SAC-Kupplungen mit 3- und 4-Loch

Teilung, der Hersteller Audi, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Mercedes, Opel, General Motors, Volvo,

Volkswagen, Renault etc.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten am laufenden Motor. Lose Kleidung, Werkzeuge und andere

Gegenstände können von drehenden Teilen erfasst werden und schwere Verletzungen

verursachen.

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten an heißen Motoren, es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!

•Entfernen Sie vor der Reparatur den Zündschlüssel, so verhindern Sie ein versehentliches

Starten des Motors, einen dadurch entstehenden Motorschaden und Verletzungen.

•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch.

Entnehmen Sie bitte technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte und Hinweise zur Demontage

und Montage immer der fahrzeugspezifischen Serviceliteratur.

UMWELTSCHUTZ

Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind

zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.

Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer örtlichen Abfallbehörde über Recyclingmaßnahmen.

DEMONTAGE

Die Verwendung dieses speziellen Kupplungswerkzeugs ist auch für die Demontage von SAC-

Kupplungen unerlässlich. Wenn Sie versuchen, eine SAC-Kupplung zu demontieren, stellt sich

diese nach. Dies führt zu Problemen bei der Montage, einer kürzeren Lebensdauer und kann

Vibrationen verursacht. Befolgen Sie diese Anweisungen:

Schieben Sie den Knebel durch die

Druckspindel und montieren Sie die Griffkugel.

Demontieren Sie 3 von 6, um 120° versetzte

Schrauben des Kupplungsautomaten.

(4 von 8 um 90° versetzte Schrauben)

Diese 3 bzw.4 Schraube durch die passenden,

mitlieferte Gewindebolzen M6, M7 oder M8

ersetzen.

DEMONTAGE

SAC-Spannvorrichtung (3 oder 4 Arm-

Traverse) an den Gewindebolzen befestigen

und mit dem Aufnahmegewinde M8 am

Spanndorn verschrauben.

Druckspindel am Knebel einschrauben bis der

Druckpilz auf die Tellerfeder drückt.

Nun die restlichen Befestigungsschrauben

herausschrauben.

Durch Zurückdrehen der Druckspindel wird nun die Tellerfeder entlastet.

Die drei Muttern an der Traverse abschrauben und Traverse abnehmen.

Abschließend die Gewindebolzen entfernen und die Kupplung entnehmen.

MONTAGE

Neue Kupplungsscheibe am Schwungrad

platzieren (Zentrierung beachten)

Zentrierung mit passendem Zentrierdorn

vornehmen.

MONTAGE

Passende Gewindebolzen auswählen und 3

Gewindebolzen versetzt um 120" in das

Schwungrad handfest einschrauben.

(Bei 4er Teilung versetzt um 90°)

SAC-Spannvorrichtung über die

Gewindebolzen führen.

Die drei Muttern von Hand aufschrauben bis

diese bündig mit dem Gewindebolzen

abschließen

Achtung: Druckspindel muss dabei komplett

zurückgeschraubt sein.

Befestigungsschrauben vom Kupplungsautomat festschrauben.

Tellerfeder wird entspannt.

Alle Teile des Werkzeugs entfernen.

Restlichen Schrauben in die frei gewordenen Gewindebohrungen am Schwungrad einschrauben.

This SAC clutch tool is used for quick and professional removal and installation of SAC clutches. The

tool set is suitable for almost all SAC clutches with 3 and 4-hole division from Audi, Alfa Romeo,

BMW, Mercedes, Opel, General Motors, Volvo, Volkswagen, Renault etc.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•If you remove the ignition key before repairing, you can prevent the engine from being started

accidentally and resulting in engine damage and personal injuries.

•This manual serves as a brief guide and does not replace a workshop manual. Always refer to

the vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and

instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc..

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with

the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

REMOVING

The usage of this special clutch tool is basic also to dismount SAC clutches. In fact if we try to

dismount a SAC clutch, the clutch will adjust, causing problems during mounting operations, have a

shorter life and cause a lot of vibrations. Follow these instructions:

Mount the handle into the main threaded shaft.

Unscrew the 3 of 6 screws at 120°

(or 4 of 8 screws at 90°)

Mount the suitable screws M6 or M7 or M8

(legs) supplied in this set.

REMOVING

Install the special clamp tool (3 or 4 shanks) and

lock it with the M8 locking knobs.

Rotate the special tool’s handle to compress the

cup spring totally

Unscrew now the remaining flywheel locking

screws.

Remove the M8 locking knobs from the special tool, then the special tool and the three legs.

Now the pressure plate is raised and the clutch bell touches the flywheel, becoming easy to

unscrew and remove the clutch.

MOUNTING

Put the plate and the clutch mechanism on the

flywheel.

Centre the disk clutch using one of the suitable

pin supplied.

MOUNTING

Insert the three legs with the right threading but

do not tighten, otherwise you can damage the

SAC system.

Install the special clamp tool and lock it with the

M8 locking knobs.

Please note that the bell is not connected to the

flywheel.

Rotate the special tool’s handle to compress the

cup spring totally; Now the bell is close to the

flywheel.

Place and tighten the clutch’s locking screws to the flywheel;

Release the pressure of the tool, and remove all parts.

Mount now the remaining three screws and finish the operation.

DÉMONTAGE

L’utilisation de l’outil spécial est fondamentale aussi pour démonter les embrayages SAC. En effet,

si vous essayez de démonter un embrayage SAC sans son outil, cet embrayage perdrait son

réglage et causerait des problèmes de fonctionnement pendant le montage suivant.

Le procédé est:

Montez la poignée dans l'arbre fileté principal.

Dévissez les trois vis trois vis à 120°

(ou 4 vis à 90°)

Montez le convenable vis M6 ou M7 ou M8

(jambes) fournies dans cette kit.
