Wasserpumpenrad-Haltewerkzeug

für Opel Ecotec-Motoren

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Das Pumpenrad-Haltewerkzeug hält Steuerkette und

Zahnrad beim Entfernen der Pumpe in Position. Ein

Einstellen der Motorsteuerzeiten entfällt somit. Das Werkzeug

mindert den Aufwand und beugt Motorschäden vor. Die

Halbmondform ermöglicht einen leichteren Zugang zu den

Bolzen des Pumpenrades.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber, aufgeräumt, trocken und frei von anderen Materialien.

•Lassen Sie keine ungeschulten Personen mit diesem Werkzeugsatz arbeiten.

•Tragen Sie immer eine Schutzbrille und Handschuhe, wenn Sie mit dem Werkzeug arbeiten.

ANWENDUNG

4 Schrauben der Pumpenrad-Abdeckung lösen und

Pumpenrad-Abdeckung entfernen.

Haltewerkzeug mit den 2 Schrauben des Haltewerkzeugs

am Pumpenrad und mit zwei originalen Schrauben der

Pumpenrad-Abdeckung am Stirndeckel befestigen.

Pumpenrad und Steuerkette wird nun in der in Position

gehalten und die Pumpe kann demontiert werden.

Water Pump Wheel Holder

for Opel Ecotec-Engines

INTENDED USE

The water pump wheel holder holds the chain and gear in

place while removing and installing the water pump on Opel

Ecotec engines, therefore the holding of the sprocket

prevents loss of timing or damage to the engine. The special

half-moon design allows easier access to water pump gear

bolts.

ANWENDUNG

Remove the 4 screws on the pump cover

and remove the pump cover.

Attach the holding tool with 2 screws on the pump wheel

and fix the tool onto the front cover, by using two original

screws of the pump cover.

Sprocket and timing chain will be held in the position and

the pump can be removed.

Outil de blocage de pompe à eau

pour moteurs Opel Ecotec

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

L’outil de retenue de la roue de pompe maintient la chaîne de

distribution et la roue dentée en position lors du démontage

de la pompe. Il n'est plus nécessaire de régler la commande

des soupapes. Cet outil diminue les efforts et prévient des

dommages du moteur. Grâce à sa forme de demi-lune, vous

accédez plus facilement aux boulons de la roue de pompe.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Portez toujours des lunettes de protection et des gants quand vous travaillez avec l’outil.

UTILISATION

Desserrer 4 vis du cache de la roue de pompe et démonter

le cache de la roue de pompe.

Fixer l’outil de retenue au moyen des 2 vis de l’outil de

retenue sur la roue de la pompe et au moyen des deux vis

originales du cache de la roue de pompe sur le revêtement

frontal.

La roue de la pompe et la chaîne de distribution sont

maintenues en position, et la pompe peut être démontée.

Herramienta de sujeción de la bomba de agua

para motores Opel Ecotec

USO PREVISTO

La herramienta de retención de la rueda de la bomba

mantiene la cadena de distribución y la rueda dentada en su

posición cuando se retira la bomba. Por lo tanto, no es

necesario ajustar la sincronización del motor. La herramienta

reduce el trabajo y previene daños en el motor. La forma de

media luna permite un acceso más fácil a los pernos de la

rueda de la bomba.

APLICACIÓN

Afloje los 4 tornillos de la tapa de la rueda de la bomba y

retire la tapa de la rueda de la bomba.

Fije la herramienta de retención a la rueda de la bomba con

los 2 tornillos de la herramienta de retención y a la cubierta

de la rueda de la bomba con los dos tornillos originales a la

tapa frontal.

La rueda de la bomba y la cadena de distribución ahora se

mantienen en su posición y la bomba puede ser

desmontada.
