Kupplungs-Zentrierdorn-Satz

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Zentrierwerkzeug-Satz ermöglicht eine genaue Zentrierung der Kupplungsscheibe und ist geeignet

für 15 bis 26.6 mm Kupplungsnaben-Innendurchmesser.

VERWENDUNG

Passenden Zentrierdorn auswählen.

Zentrierdorn in die Kupplungsnabe einführen.

VERWENDUNG

Zentrierdorn durch Drehen der gerändelten Schraube im

Uhrzeigersinn leicht spreizen. Der Zentrierdorn muss spielfrei in

der Kupplungsnabe sitzen und sich leicht axial bewegen lassen.

Kupplungsscheibe mit Kupplungsautomaten montieren.

Die Befestigungsschrauben vom Kupplungsautomaten nur leicht

anziehen. Kupplungsscheibe muss sich radial bewegen lassen.

Zentrierdorn weiter in Richtung Motor schieben.

Der Kegel (vorne am Zentrierdorn) wird dadurch in die

Kurbelwellen-Bohrung gedrückt und die Kupplungsscheibe

zentriert. Gleichzeitig die gerändelte Schraube im Uhrzeigersinn

drehen und den Zentrierdorn dadurch in der Kupplungsnabe

fixieren.

Zentrierdorn mit Kupplungsscheibe in Richtung Motor drücken

und Befestigungsschrauben vom Kupplungsautomaten

gleichmäßig nacheinander festschrauben. Zum Schluss die

Schrauben mit vorgeschriebenem Drehmoment anziehen.

Zentrierdorn durch Drehen der gerändelten Schraube gegen

den Uhrzeigersinn lösen und herausziehen.

Clutch Aligning Tool Set

ATTENTION

INTENDED USE

These clutch aligning tool set enables precise centering of the clutch disc and is suitable for clutch disc

hubs with inner diameter from 15 to 26.6 mm.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.

•Do not let children play with this product or its packaging.

•Make sure that the work area is adequately illuminated.

•Keep the work area clean, tidy, dry and free of other materials.

•Do not let untrained people work with this tool set.

USE

Choose a appropriate clutch aligning tool.

Slide the clutch aligning tool into the clutch hub.

USE

Spread the clutch aligning tool by turning the knurled screw

clockwise. The clutch aligning tool must be seated free of

clearance in the clutch hub and must be easily moved axially.

Install the clutch disc with clutch pressure plate.

Tighten slightly the mounting bolts from clutch pressure plate.

Clutch disc must be able to move radially.

Push the clutch aligning tool further toward the engine.

The cone (at front of clutch aligning tool) will be pressed into the

crankshaft bore and centered the clutch disc. At the same time

turn the knurled screw clockwise for fixing the clutch aligning

tool in the clutch hub.

Press the clutch aligning tool with clutch disc toward the engine

and evenly tighten the mounting screws of clutch pressure plate

succession. Tighten the screws at the end with the specified

torque.

Solve clutch aligning tool by turning the knurled screw

counterclockwise and remove the clutch aligning tool.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories

and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner

which is compatible with the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for

recycling information. Dispose of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.

UTILISATION

Choisissez un outil d'alignement d'embrayage approprié.

Faites glisser l'outil d'alignement d'embrayage dans le moyeu

d'embrayage.

UTILISATION

Écartez l'outil d'alignement d'accouplement en tournant la vis

moletée dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre. L'outil

d'alignement d'accouplement doit s'asseoir dans le moyeu

d'accouplement sans jeu et il doit être facile à déplacer

axialement.

Installer le disque d'embrayage avec le plateau de pression

d'embrayage. Serrez légèrement les boulons de fixation du

plateau de pression d'embrayage. Le disque d'embrayage doit

pouvoir se déplacer radialement.

Poussez l'outil d'alignement d'embrayage plus loin vers le

moteur. Le cône (à l'avant de l'outil d'alignement d'embrayage)

sera enfoncé dans l'alésage du vilebrequin et centré sur le

disque d'embrayage. Tourner simultanément la vis moletée

dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour fixer l'outil

d'alignement d'embrayage dans le moyeu d'embrayage.

Appuyez l'outil d'alignement d'embrayage avec le disque

d'embrayage vers le moteur et serrez uniformément les vis de

fixation de la succession du plateau de pression d'embrayage.

Serrez les vis à la fin avec le couple spécifié.

Résolvez l'outil d'alignement d'embrayage en tournant la vis

moletée dans le sens antihoraire et retirez l'outil d'alignement

d'embrayage.

USO PREVISTO

Este juego de herramientas de alineación de embrague permite un centrado preciso del disco de

embrague y es adecuado para cubos de disco de embrague con un diámetro interior de 15 a 26,6 mm.

UTILIZAR

UTILIZAR

Extienda la herramienta de alineación del embrague girando el

tornillo moleteado en el sentido de las agujas del reloj. La

herramienta de alineación del embrague debe asentarse sin

holgura en el cubo del embrague y debe moverse axialmente

con facilidad.

Instale el disco de embrague con la placa de presión del

embrague. Apretar ligeramente los tornillos de fijación del plato

de presión del embrague. El disco de embrague debe poder

moverse radialmente.

Empuje la herramienta de alineación del embrague más hacia el

motor. El cono (en la parte delantera de la herramienta de

alineación del embrague) se presiona en el orificio del cigüeñal

y el disco del embrague se centra. Al mismo tiempo, gire el

tornillo moleteado en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para fijar

la herramienta de alineación del acoplamiento en el cubo del

acoplamiento.

Presione la herramienta de alineación del embrague con el

disco del embrague hacia el motor y apriete uniformemente los

tornillos de fijación de la secuencia del plato de presión del

embrague. Al final, apriete los tornillos al par especificado.

Afloje la herramienta de alineación del embrague girando el

tornillo de mariposa en sentido antihorario y quitando la

herramienta de alineación del embrague.
