C60 Chronograph

There’s something irresistible about the mechanical chronograph.

Especially one as impressive as the C60 Chronograph.

Whether you’re a seasoned watch lover or someone who’s dipping their

toe in the horology pool, the C60 Chronograph oers a lot.

As part of the Trident family of pro diving instruments, it inherits an

array of the range’s upgraded features (just check those arrowed

hands), while its stopwatch functions come courtesy of the Swiss-

made Sellita SW510 BH a movement. And on the style front, it’s no

slouch either.

While Grade X1 GL C1 Super-LumiNova®and screw-down crown

and pushers are essential to a chronograph dive watch, the

polished ceramic bezel and glossy black dial deliver a dressier edge.

So whether you’re timing your dive or just biding your time, the

C60 Chronograph will be the perfect – and perfectly equipped –

How to operate your C60 Chronograph

PLEASE NOTE: Date correction should not be carried out

between 20.00 hr and 02.00 hr as the watch gearing will

already be aligning itself to change the date. The crown

should always be pushed in after adjustment, and it is

best to do so from position 3to avoid advancing beyond

the desired date.

For a superior water resistance your crown is of the screw-down

type. The crown should sit ush to the case (position

) in order to

maintain water resistance.

• First unscrew the crown anti-clockwise from the case to position

2for winding in power. Wind in a clockwise direction to re-power

the watch. Your C60 Chronograph has a maximum power reserve

of 48 hours when fully wound.

• Pull gently into position 3. For rapid date correction, turn in an

anti-clockwise direction.

• Pull gently into position 4for handsetting and stopping of the

seconds hand. For precise time setting it is recommended to pass

beyond the desired minute and to set the hand backwards.

PUSH-BUTTON A

PLEASE NOTE: Before starting the

chronograph, reset the chronograph

hands to their original position. See the

reset section to set the counters to zero.

START

First unscrew the pushers anti-

clockwise from the case into

position 2for starting, stopping,

restarting and resetting the

timing mode.

Press push-button A to start

timing.

Using the chronograph

START

STOP

To stop the timing, press push-

button A once more and read

the 2 chronograph counters,

for example: 3 mins / 34

seconds.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not operate the

chronograph pushers under water

in order to prevent water entering

the mechanism. Ensure pushers are

screwed ush to case.

To reset the timing, press push-

button B (The two chronograph

hands will be reset to their zero

positions).

To restart the timing, press push-

button A again (timing

is resumed).

To stop timing press push-button

counters: 10 mins / 34 seconds.

How to operate your C60 Chronograph

Diving with your watch

Bezel marker

No decompression limit

Start of dive

If using the bezel for a dive and let’s say the recognised

maximum “no-stop time” is 55 minutes, then in this example

(shown right) the time at the surface immediately before

the dive is 10.08am. However the bezel marker is at the

12.00 hr position.

• Move the bezel marker anti-clockwise so that it aligns with

the 8 minute position.

• You can now read that the 55 minute no decompression

limit will occur at 3 minutes past the next hour.

PLEASE NOTE: It is always useful and best

practice to make a note on a dive slate

before entering the water and to carry a set

of dive tables should the dive plan change

during the course of a dive. A safety stop for

3 to 5 minutes at 15ft is recommended at

the end of all dives.

to a depth of 100ft or deeper.
