Note: during connecting external circuits should pay special attention to the parameters of
intrinsically safe circuits specified on the unit.
Device should be supplied with intrinsic safe power supply (power supply, barrier) with proven
explosion-proof properties EC-type examination certificate with concerning to the output power
circuit. The maximum cable length depends on the parameters specified in the certificate of the
power supply or barriers and cannot be exceeded.
3. Installation
Flash lamp type BEACON 90 is placed in a plastic housing. Housing provides a degree of
protection IP65 provide adequate choking the power cable and the use of mounting screws
sealings.
3.1.Assembly
The device can be mounted to any flat surface by means of two fixing screws from the
inside of the base. After attaching the base, the screw holes must be plugged by blanking plugs
supplied with the device.
3.3.Procedure of installation and connection
To remove the lid, turn the lamp lid clockwise (to the right). Remove the lid, making
sure that the sealing type o-ring remains in place.
Remove the electronics by removing the two screws that secure it to the base.
Remove blanking plugs from mounting holes and assembly lamp base to a flat
