ELECTRICAL FRYER - MODEL: F1A-200001 C2
-Please read these instructions carefully before operating this appliance.
-The temperature is thermostatically controlled between the range of 80°C to 200°C(176°F to 392°F). A
signallampadjacent tothethermostatindicateswhentheheatingelementisenergized.
SAFETY
-Thisapplianceisdesignedtooperateonalternativecurrent(A.C.)Only
-DONOTCONNECTTODIRECTCURRENT(D.C.).
-Careshouldbetakenwhenoperatingthisappliance,asHOTSURFACESmaycauseburns.
-WARNING! Hot oil can cause burns. Spilling oil can cause severe burns. Do not move fryer without
drainingalltheoilfromthetank.
-Do not over fill baskets. Carefully load them into hot oil. Adanger of surge boiling can also occur if the
foodtobefriedisexcessivelywetorthefryingbasketistoofull.
-Itisdangeroustouseoldoilasthiscanreducetheflashpoint andcausesurgeboiling.
-Ensurethatpowersupplycorddoesnotcomeintocontactwithhotsurfaces.
-Whennotinuseforlongperiodunplugtheappliance.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
-Before connecting your appliance check if voltage of your power system corresponds to the unit
label.
-Fill the container with 6.1 lbs (3 liters) of quality oil (fat).
-Set thermostat to desired operation temperature (table 1) and pilot light will turn on. As soon pilot
light turns off, appliance has reached desired temperature .
-The basket should be filled up to 2/3 of the capacity.
-To turn off your unit turn knob completely towards left.
WARNING!
- UNPLUG THEAPPLIANCEAFTER USE.
CLEANING PROCEDURE
-Alwaysensurethattheapplianceisdisconnectedfromthemainpowersupplybeforecleaning.
-Waituntiloilcoolsandproceedasfollows:
-Remove installationbox.
-Remove oilcontainerandemptytheoil.
-Applianceshould notbecleanedwithawaterjetorimmersedinwater. Useonly adamp clothor sponge
dippedinsoapywater.
-Wipe off appliance with a dry cloth and wait at least half an hour before re-connecting to main power
outlet.
