the equipment linked (the range can be altered depending on

the installation conditions and the electromagnetic

3. Positioning the Radio D10

6. Troubleshooting

Nothing is displayed on the transmitter screen.

There is no power supply.

Check the batteries.

No LEDs light up on the receiver.

The receiver is not powered.

Check the receiver’s electrical connections.

The receiver does not accept commands

from the transmitter.

• The transmitter is not associated with the

receiver.

Repeat the association procedure.

• The transmitter batteries are low.

Change the transmitter batteries.

• Radio transmission is not optimal.

Transmission quality depends on the

installation conditions and environment

(type of wall, location, etc.).

The icon appears.

Battery level is low.

Change the batteries, ensuring they are in the

correct position.

The transmitter and the receiver are associated when delivered.

You may however need to reassociate your products

(after removing wireless associations for instance).

NOTE: You can manually reset the receiver by pressing the

button of the channel to associate for 10 seconds until the

LED flashes rapidly.
