7. Connect lances to
spray gun, insert
lance into spray gun,
push together and at
the same time twist
clockwise to lock in
place. Removing push
together and twist
counterclockwise then
pull apart.
8. The adjustable spray
nozzle had has two (2)
positions: •IN position
for high pressure spray.
Designed to use for
cleaning and allowing
spray to be adjusted.
• OUT position for low
pressure spray for
detergent function.
Spray needs to be set
with fan blades in the
“pencil stream” position
to assure the detergent
is not restricted.
9. Fill detergent tank
(page 5). Do NOT
use thick detergent
as it can clog the
power washer.
10. Pull clear
siphoning tube
through cap
so it will draw
detergent from
bottom of tank.
11. Attach collar of
garden hose
adapter directly
to power washer
inlet. Hand
tighten.
12. Attach garden
hose to the
garden hose
adapter.
Note: Flush out garden
hose before connecting
to garden hose adapter.
15. Turn switch
from OFF to ON

cord into a

Limited Warranty Statement
ECHO Incorporated warrants to the
original retail purchaser that this
ECHO® brand outdoor product is
free from defects in material and
workmanship and agrees to repair
or replace at ECHO Incorporated’s
discretion, any defective product free of
charge within these time periods from
the date of purchase. This warranty
statement applies to electric model
Power Washers.
• 1 Year Consumer – All Parts
• This product is not covered for
Commercial or Rental Use.
• 90 Days Accessories and
Replacement Parts – Included but
not limited to Guns, Wands, Nozzles,
Hoses, Couplers, Reel.
This warranty extends to the original
retail purchaser only and commences
on the date of the original retail
purchase.
Any part of this product found, in
the reasonable judgment of ECHO
Incorporated, to be defective in material
or workmanship will be repaired or
replaced without charge for parts and
labor by an authorized ECHO dealer.
Repair parts and accessories replaced
under this warranty are warranted only
for the balance of the original warranty
period.
The product, including any defective
part, must be returned to an authorized
ECHO dealer within the warranty
period. The expense of delivering
the product to the dealer for warranty
work and the expense of returning
it back to the owner after repair or
replacement will be paid by the owner.
ECHO Incorporated’s responsibility in
respect to claims is limited to making
the required repairs or replacements
and no claim of breach of warranty
shall be cause for cancellation or

Your ECHO POWER WASHER is a power tool in every sense of the word that may
be used outside your house and in. It is one of the nest most powerful home-use
power washers in the marketplace today.
Please familiarize yourself with the following assembly, operating and safety
information. Read this manual before using the power washer. Failure to follow
these instructions could cause personal injury, property damage, or both. Save this

WARRANTY

purchase will be required by the dealer
to substantiate any warranty claim. All
warranty work must be performed by an
authorized ECHO dealer.
This warranty does not cover any
product that has been subject to
misuse, neglect, negligence, or
accident, or that has been operated
in any way contrary to the operating
instructions as specied in this
Operator’s Manual. This warranty
does not apply to any damage to the
product that is the result of improper
maintenance or to any product that
has been altered or modied. The
warranty does not extend to repairs
made necessary by normal wear or
by the use of parts or accessories
which are either incompatible with
the ECHO brand outdoor product,
or that adversely aect its operation,
performance, or durability. In addition,
this warranty does not cover wear to
normal items such as, but not limited to:

B. Wear items – Hoses, connector

right to change or improve the design
of this product without assuming
any obligation to modify any product

To reduce the risk of injury,
the user must read and understand the
instructions before using this product.
When using this product, basic
precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
1. Read all the instructions before
using the product.
2. Know how to stop the product
and bleed pressures quickly.
Be thoroughly familiar with the
controls.
3. Keep operating area clear of
persons.
4. Do not overreach or stand on
unstable support. Keep good
footing and balance at all times.
5. Follow the maintenance
instructions as specied in the
manual.
6. To avoid personal injury and/
or damage to property and to
maximize your power washer
experience, carefully follow all
of the safety tips, instructions,
warnings and safeguards and
become familiar with all of the
controls. Be sure you know how to
quickly bleed o the pressure from
all parts of your power washer and
how to turn o the power washer.
7. This power washer conforms
to CSA and other safety and
consumer standards. DO NOT
modify or rebuild any part of your
power washer.
8. DO NOT use your power washer
when you are under the inuence
of alcohol or drugs. Use this power
tool carefully and only when you
are alert.
9. Watch your balance and footing
while using your power washer.
Surfaces become slippery when
wet and are extra slippery when
using a detergent or cleaner.
10. NEVER operate the power washer
in bare feet, sandals, or open-toed
shoes.
11. When using the power washer
near children, make sure they are
closely supervised by an adult to
avoid injury. NEVER let a child use
the power washer.
12. Keep ngers, hands, feet and
any part of your body clear of the
stream of high pressure water.
The powerful spray can cause
blindness or blast holes in the skin.
It can break a window if you are
too close when you pull the trigger
on the spray gun.
13. ALWAYS wear eye protection
to prevent injury to eyes when
operating the power washer.
14. To avoid mishaps or injury,
ALWAYS use the trigger safety
lock when not using the power
washer even if only stopping
briey.
15. The power washer is equipped with
a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
(GFCI) which greatly reduces the
chance of electric shock while the
unit is in use. If replacement of the
plug or cord is needed, use only
identical replacement parts.
16. Point the spray gun in a safe
direction when beginning a power
washer session.
17. Warning – NEVER spray directly at
a person, animal, electrical device
or the unit itself.
18. When rst using the spray gun,
hold the spray gun and lance
with two hands when pulling the
trigger (one hand to pull the trigger
and the other to stabilize the gun
assembly) until you get used to the
“kickback” from the spray gun.
19. When you turn the power switch
o, water pressure may remain
in the system. To discharge the
pressure, point the spray gun in a
safe direction and pull the trigger.
20. NEVER spray ammable liquids.
21. NEVER use the power washer in
areas that contain combustible
dust, liquids or vapors.
22. Avoid contact of the pressure hose
with sharp objects and examine
the hose regularly. Replace

if damaged. Due to the high
pressure involved, it cannot be
repaired if cut or damaged.
23. Only use detergent specically
formulated for power washers
and follow instructions on the
detergent’s label. Dish or laundry
soap is too thick and will clog the
nozzle of your foam cannon.
24. Protect eyes, lungs, and skin from
exposure to detergent.
25. If connection is
made to a potable water system,
the system Should be protected
against backow.
Store the power washer
indoors to prevent the water in the
unit from expanding under freezing
conditions. When the water freezes and
expands, your power washer will be
damaged and become inoperable. Or,
if storing outdoors, it is recommended
you use pump saver (not included) to
protect pumps.
26. NEVER use hot water with your
power washer. It will overheat and
damage the high pressure pump.
27. NEVER leave the power washer
unattended while it is powered
“ON”.
28. ALWAYS turn the water supply on
before turning the power washer
power to on. Running the pump
dry will cause damage to the
internal components.
29. NEVER use a water supply to your
power washer that exceeds 150
PSI maximum.
30. NEVER disconnect the high
pressure hose from the power
washer while the system is
pressurized.
31. NEVER permanently engage the
trigger mechanism on the spray
gun.
32. NEVER operate the power washer
unless all components are properly
and securely connected.
33. NEVER allow the power washer
pump to run for more than one
minute after you have turned o
the water supply. This can cause
the motor and pump to overheat
and fail.
34. NEVER use lances or other parts
that are not compatible for this
specic AR Blue Clean unit.
35. NEVER use an extension
power cord since it defeats
the eectiveness of the GFCI
and increases the chance of
electrocuting the operator.
36. NEVER spray any electrical outlet
with your power washer.
37. Inspect the power cord before
using. DO NOT use it if it is
damaged.
38. Stay alert - watch what you are
doing.

Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
Protection:
This pressure washer is provided with
a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI)
built into the plugs of the power-supply
cord. This device provides additional
protection from the risk of electric
shock. Should replacement of the plug
or cord become necessary, use only
identical replacement parts that include
GFCI protection.
In a double-insulated product, two
systems of insulation are provided
instead of grounding. Grounding means
are not provided for a double insulated
product, nor should grounding means
be added to the product. Servicing
a double-insulated product requires
extreme care and knowledge of the
system, and should only be done by
qualied service personnel.
Replacement parts for a double-
insulated product must be identical to
the original parts.
A double-insulated product is marked
with the words “Double Insulated”.
Product may also be marked with a
symbol.
