1. Place the printer onto a smooth surface
and open the Top Cover.
將機器置於平面上並掀起上蓋。
2. Unscrew all screws that marked in square
as indicated in figure. Remove Top Cover
and Left Cover of the printer.
移除圖中方框內所有的螺絲，將上蓋及側蓋
一起卸下

注意】
Before the installation, please power off the
printer and unplug the power cord.
安裝背紙回收器裝置時
,
請先將電源開關關閉並
拔除電源線。
3. Remove connectors on both sides of
Power Module.
拔除電源模組兩端的連接線。
4. Unscrew the two screws on bottom of
Power Module and remove the Power
Module.
鬆開電源模組下方兩端的螺絲以移除電源
模組。
5. Remove the connection wire between
main board and Standard Connection
Plate.
移除標準連接插頭遮蓋與主板之間的連接
線。

6. Unscrew the two screws of Standard
Connection Plate from inside of printer and
remove the Standard Connection Plate.
從機器內側移除鬆開標準連接插頭遮蓋的
固定螺絲後，即可移除標準連接遮蓋。
7. Install the Rewinder Full Sensor Connector
Plate with screws that removed from
Standard Connection Plate.
換上滿紙偵測器連接遮蓋後，將遮蓋以原有
的螺絲鎖合固定。
8. Plug the connector of Rewinder Full
Sensor Connector Plate into the socket of
main board as indicated in figure.
將滿紙偵測器連接插頭遮蓋後的連接線插
上主板。
9. Unscrew the screws to remove the
Rewinder Module Cover Plate.
將機器內部側面的背紙遮蓋使用十字螺絲
起子卸下。
10. Take off the Paper Clip from the Liner
Rewind Shaft.
先將背紙回收軸桿上的 U型固定夾取下。
11. Secure the Rewinder Module onto the
printer.
再將背紙回收模組用螺絲鎖合於機器上。

Note /
注意】
Before tightening screws, move the connection
wires of Rewinder Module to inside of printer.
鎖合背紙回收模組前

請先將模組上的連接線組
穿過安裝孔後置於機器內部。

12. After the Rewinder Module is installed,
plug the Rewinder Full Sensor Connector
into the socket on plate.
鎖合背紙回收模組後將背紙回收控制接頭
插於背紙回收控制插座上。

13. Rewinder Module installation is complete.
完成背紙回收模組安裝。
14. Put the Motor Module on rear part of
printer and align it to 4 screw holes.
將馬達模組依圖上所示置於機器後端預留
的四個螺絲孔上。
15. Tighten but don’t fully tighten the screws to
save space for adjustment when installing
the belt.
將馬達模組固定螺絲半鎖於螺絲孔上，保留
可移動調整的空間，以方便裝設皮帶。
16. Adjust the position of Motor Module to
install the belt between Motor Module and
Rewinder Module. Fully tighten the screws
after the belt is installed correctly.
將皮帶依圖所示兩端分別套上馬達模組和
背紙回收模組，確認皮帶安裝無誤後即可將
馬達模組固定螺絲鎖緊。
17. Pull connection wires of Rewinder Module
inside of printer through the hole.
將背紙回收模組上的連接線組穿過孔洞，拉
入機器內部。

18. Plug the 5pin connector into the socket on
main board that marked with “CUTTER”.
Plug the 4pin connector into the socket on
main board that marked with “STRIP”.
Plug the motor connector on top of Motor
Module.
將連接線組中的 5pin 接頭插入主板上標
示”CUTTER”的插座；將連接線組中的 4pin
接頭插入主板上標示”STRIP”的插座；最後
再將馬達連接線插在馬達上方的插座。
19. Tie the Motor wire and Rewinder Full
Sensor wire with binder on Motor Module
bracket.
將馬達連接線與滿紙偵測器連接線以束線
帶穿過馬達支架上預留的孔洞後綁住。

Note /
注意】
The Rewinder Full Sensor wire should be put
under the belt to avoid the interference.
滿紙偵測器連接線必須從皮帶下方穿過，以避免
干涉皮帶的運作。
20. Install the Power Module and plug the
connectors on both sides of Power
Module.
將電源模組以螺絲鎖回固定後，再把兩端原
先拆下的連接線接回。
21. Install the Left Cover of printer and secure
it with screws.
將機器側蓋蓋回後鎖上固定螺絲。
22. Unscrew the Bottom Cover Screw and
remove the Bottom Front Cover.
將右側面板下方的螺絲順時鐘鬆開，並將右
側面板往上抬起水平卸下。
23. Mount the Label Rewind Bracket onto the
printer and secure it with screws.
將標籤回收導紙架固定並鎖上兩邊螺絲。
24. Label Rewind Bracket installation is
complete.
完成標籤回收導紙架安裝。
25. Install the ribbon and label on printer.
將碳帶與紙捲安裝於機器中。
26. Feed the label through the Printer
Mechanism and around the Label Feed
Guide.
將標籤穿過機心與導紙桿下方。
27. Wrap the label around the Liner Rewinder
Shaft, and use the Paper Clip to secure the
liner.
將標籤環繞於背紙回收模組上，並使用 U型
固定夾固定。

注意】
Make sure the label rewind is in correct
direction.
請注意標籤固定在背紙回收模組的方向。
28. Close the Top cover to complete Label
Rewind Bracket and Rewinder installation.
蓋回上蓋即完成標籤回收導紙架安裝。

Before starting to rewind labels, please make
sure the printer’s Label Rewind Bracket is
installed properly as instructed.
在啟用標籤回收功能前，請先確定標籤回收導紙
架是否依安裝步驟正確安裝。

Before starting to rewind labels, please
send ”^XSET,REWINDER,1” command to
printer through QLabel or Hyper Terminal for
turning on the rewinder function.

2. Stripper Installation 剝紙器安裝

1. Unscrew the Bottom Cover Screw and
remove the Bottom Front Cover.
將右側面板下方的螺絲順時鐘鬆開，並將右
側面板往上抬起水平卸下。
2. Unscrew the two screws to remove the
Tear Off Bar.
使用螺絲起子將撕紙片卸下。
3. Hold the Stripper Module and secure it
onto the printer.
輕扶剝紙器並將其用螺絲鎖合固定於機器
上。
4. Plug the Stripper Connector into the socket
on the bottom of the Rewinder Module.
將剝紙器控制連接頭插上位於背紙回收模
組上的剝紙器控制插座。
5. Tie the cables with the Cable Tie Mounts,
and stick the locks onto the Bottom Plate.
將線材固定於理線座上。
6. Pull the Print Head Lever out and flip it
upward to the right.
將印表頭壓力旋轉臂往外拉起，並由後向上
扳起，使印表頭向上抬起。

7. Loose the lock bar (as shown on the arrow
1) of the stripper.
撥開位於剝紙器上的撥柄(如箭頭 1所示)。
8. Follow the direction of arrow 2 to flip the
stripper downward and open it.
依箭頭 2所示方向，將剝紙器打開。

9. Peel off a few labels from the liner (about
400mm of liner), and then feed the liner
through the stripper.
將標籤紙剝離數張只留其背紙(背紙長度約
400mm)後，再將背紙從已打開的剝紙器中
穿過。
10. Close the stripper and secure the lock bar.
推回剝紙器並以剝紙器上的剝柄固定。

11. Wrap the liner around the Liner Rewinder
Shaft, and use the Paper Clip to secure the
liner.
將背紙環繞於背紙回收模組上，並使用U型
固定夾固定。
12. Flip the Print Head Lever downward and
then push it back to the original position.
將印表頭壓力旋轉臂往下推回原位，以關上
印表頭。

13. Close the Top Cover and complete the
Stripper Module installation.
蓋回上蓋即完成剝紙器安裝。

Before starting to strip labels, please
send ”^XSET,REWINDER,1” command to
printer through QLabel or Hyper Terminal for
turning on the rewinder function.
在啟用剝紙功能前，需先透過
