CONNECTIONS

connections

CAUTION:

Use

only

one

input

each

amplifier

channel

time.

The

KAV-500

shipped

with

shorting

pins

the

XLR

inputs.

These

pins

should

remain

the

XLR

inputs

you

are

operating

KAV-500

channel

the

single-ended

mode.

When

the

shorting

inserted,

pins

one

and

three

are

shorted

together.

The

shorting

pins

must

removed

connect

KAV-500

channel

for

balanced

operation.

The

assignments

for

the

XLR

connectors

are:

Power

power

supply

slow

start

protection

circuit

that

prevents

excessive

current

illuminate.

front

panel

button

optional

remote

control.

The

KAV-500

equipped

with

output

that

sends

VDC

power

on/off

(12

trigger)

signals

other

KRELL

components

and

input

that

recognizes

VDC

power

on/off

signals

from

other

KRELL

components

and

devices

that

incorporate

trigger.

This

allows

the

remote

turning

and

off

the

KAV-500

with

the

power

activation

and

other

components

custom

installation.

CONFIGURATION

CHANGES

The

modular

screws

chassis

components
