Store & Go Dump TruckTM

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the LeapBuilders®Store & Go Dump

Truck™ set. This interactive truck-building set comes with 10

double-sided learning blocks and three building pieces, including

an electronic Smart Star™ cube. Insert the learning blocks

into the interactive Smart Star™ cube to learn about shapes,

vocabulary words and colors. Drop the blocks into the top of

the truck for fun sounds and music.

Rotate the packaging lock 90 degrees

counterclockwise.

Pull out the packaging lock and discard.

Unlock the packaging locks:

GETTING STARTED

Battery Removal and Installation

1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.

2. Locate the battery cover and use

a screwdriver to loosen the screw

and open the battery cover.

3. Remove old batteries by pulling up

on one end of each battery.

4. Install 2 new AAA batteries

following the diagram inside the

battery box. (The use of new

alkaline batteries is recommended

for maximum performance.)

5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

BATTERY NOTICE

• Use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance.

• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as

recommended.

• Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard

(carbon-zinc) or rechargeable, or new and used batteries.

• Do not use damaged batteries.

• Insert batteries with the correct polarity.

• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.

• Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.

• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.

• Do not dispose of batteries in fire.

• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.

• Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging

(if removable).

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult

supervision.

• Retirer les piles ou les accumulateurs en cas de non-utilisation

prolongée.

• Ne les jeter ni au feu ni dans la nature.

• Ne pas tenter de recharger des piles non rechargeables.

• Enlever les accumulateurs du jouet pour les recharger.

• Les accumulateurs ne doivent être chargés que sous la

surveillance d’un adulte.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. On/Off/Volume Control Switch

To turn the unit On, slide the On/

Off/Volume Control Switch to the

Low Volume or High Volume

position. To turn the unit Off, slide

the On/Off/Volume Control Switch

to the Off position.

2. Music Button

Press the Music Button to play four

learning songs and three musical

tunes.

3. Question Button

Press the Question Button to hear

learning questions and inspirational

building ideas.

4. Automatic Shut Off

To preserve battery life, the LeapBuilders®Store & Go Dump

Truck™set will automatically shut off after approximately

100 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again

by pressing any button, inserting a Learning Block into the

Smart Star™ Cube or dropping a block into the Block Chute.

The motion sensor will not turn the unit back on.

Note: This product is in Try-Me mode in the packaging. After

opening the package, turn the product off and on again

to proceed with normal play. If the unit powers down

while playing, please install a new set of batteries.

ACTIVITIES

1. Music Button

Press the Music Button to hear three

short tunes and four learning songs

about building and construction.

The lights will flash with the sounds.

2. Question Button

Press the Question Button to hear

interactive questions and short

tunes. The lights will flash with

the sounds.

3. Smart Star™ Cube

Insert the double-sided Learning

Blocks into the interactive Smart

Star™ Cube to learn about shapes,

vocabulary words and colors. The

lights will flash with the sounds.

4. Rolling Fun

With the interactive Smart Star™

Cube attached to the Wheel Base,

roll the truck to hear fun sound

effects, phrases and short tunes.

5. Block Chute

Push the blocks through the Block

Chute and into the bucket to hear

fun sounds and music. The lights will

flash with the sounds.

6. Horn Button

Press the Horn Button to hear fun

truck sounds and phrases. The lights

will flash with the sounds.

7. Mix and Match

For added fun, the LeapBuilders®Store & Go Dump

Truck™ set interacts with the Learning Blocks from other

LeapBuilders®sets. Simply put a Learning Block from another

LeapBuilders®set into the interactive Smart Star™ Cube to

see flashing lights and hear learning phrases and short tunes

(additional sets sold separately). Please note, blocks from

sets in different languages have unique audio responses and

cannot be used interchangeably.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp

cloth.

2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any

direct heat source.

3. Remove the batteries when the unit will not be in use for

an extended period of time.

4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose

the unit to moisture or water.
