Montage in einer Fachwerkstatt. Ein fehlerhafter Anbau kann das Fahrverhalten des Motorrades
negativ beeinflussen und Ihre Gesundheit und Ihr Leben gefährden.
Im Folgenden werden die unten aufgeführten Symbole verwandt, beachten Sie bitte diese
Hinweise.

only if you‘re qualified; otherwise we recommend this mounting to be done by a qualified
workshop. Improperly mounting of this kit can reduce the driveability of the motorcycle and may
be a risk to your health and life. Test brake and gear shifting indoor, after installing rear set. If
anything is not operating properly or braking efficiency is poor, testing on the road may result in
death or serious injury!

Hinweise zum Aus- und Einbau der Schwingenachse:
Das Fahrzeug auf festen, ebenen Grund stellen und mit einem geeigneten Ständer anheben, so
dass das Hinterrad den Boden nicht mehr berührt.
Das Fahrzeug sicher abstützen, damit es nicht umfallen kann!
Bauen Sie zunächst das Hinterrad aus und demontieren Sie anschließend die Schwingenachse.
Advises for demounting and mounting the swing-arm axle:
Before you start, park your motorbike on a solid, even surface.
Firm up the vehicle so it won’t topple over!
Demount rear wheel first and remove swing-arm axle afterwards.
Indications pour le montage et le démontage de l’axe oscillant:
Poser le véhicule sur un sol dur et plat et le soulever avec un support adapté afin que la rou
arrière ne touche plus le sol.
Soutenir le véhicule pour qu’il ne se renverse pas !
Démontez d’abord la roue arrière puis l’axe oscillant.
Montage:
Demontieren Sie zunächst die originale Fußrastenanlage. Folgende Originalteile werden
wiederverwendet: Bremspumpe mit Reservoir.
Diese Rastenanlage wird vormontiert geliefert! Alle Verbindungselemente, die nicht zur
Montage oder zum Einstellen der Rastenanlage verwendet werden, sind endfest montiert
und mit Schraubensicherungsmittel eingesetzt. Endfest verbundene Elemente werden in
der Montageanleitung nicht beschrieben. Alle in der Anleitung beschriebenen
Verbindungselemente, die nicht durch Konter- oder selbstsichernde Muttern fixiert werden,
sollten mit mittelfestem Schraubensicherungsmittel (z. B. Loctite 243) eingesetzt werden.
Der originale Bremslichtschalter wird durch einen hydraulischen ersetzt. Dieser wird gegen die
Verschraubung des Bremsschlauches am Bremszylinder getauscht. Entlüften Sie das
Bremssystem gemäß den Vorschriften des Fahrzeugherstellers! Verwenden sie unbedingt
Dichtringe entsprechend den Angaben des Bremsleitungsherstellers! Bedenken Sie bitte,
dass durch die Verkabelung des Bremslichtschalters zusätzlicher Montageaufwand entsteht und
evtl. zusätzliches Elektro-Installationsmaterial benötigt wird.
Für alle Verschraubungen mit dem Rahmen gelten die Anzugsmomente des Herstellers. Für alle
anderen Verbindungen der Rastenanlage gelten folgende Drehmomente:
M5 = 6Nm
M6 = 10Nm
M8 = 20Nm
M10 x 1,25 = 30Nm

Fitting:
Remove stock rear sets. The following parts will be used for your new rear set: brake cylinder with
reservoir.
Rear sets are delivered pre-assembled! All fastening elements, which are not used for
mounting or adjusting the rear set, are fitted with tightening torque and bolt adhesive. Those
fastening elements are not mentioned in this instruction. All mentioned fasteners, which are
not secured by counter- or self-locking nuts, should be installed with medium bolt adhesive
(e.g. Loctite 243).
The original brake-light switch has to be replaced by a hydraulic one. It replaces the banjo bolt
that fixes the brake hose on the brake cylinder. Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instruction
for bleeding the brake system! Use only seal rings according to the brake hose
manufactures’ instructions. Please mind that additional work occurs by connecting the brake-
light switch to the harness and some material for wiring and connecting may be necessary.
The tightening torques for connections to the frame refers to the manufacturer’s instructions. Use
the following torques for all the other bolted connections:
M5 = 6Nm = 4.43lbf ft
M6 = 10Nm = 7.38lbf ft
M8 = 20Nm = 14.75lbf ft
M10x1,25 = 30Nm = 22.13lbf ft
Montage:
Démontez les repose-pieds d’origines. Les pièces suivantes seront réutilisées : maître-cylindre de
frein avec réservoir.
Cette commande reculée est livrée pré-montée. Toutes les pièces de raccordement ne
servant pas au montage ou à l’ajustage de la commande sont montées serrées et fixées
avec un produit de freinage de vis. Les éléments montées serrées ne sont pas décrits.
Tous les raccords non fixés par contre-écrou ou écrou autobloquant décrits dans la notice
sont à fixer avec un produit de freinage de vis de résistance moyenne (par ex. Loctite 243).
Le commutateur du feu stop d’origine est remplacé par un commutateur hydraulique. Celui-ci est
remplacé par le raccordement vissé de la durit de frein au cylindre de frein. Purgez le système
de frein selon les consignes du fabricant ! Utilisez des bagues d’étanchéité selon les
indications du fabricant de durit de frein ! Tenez compte du fait du travail supplémentaire du
câblage du commutateur de feu stop et que vous aurez éventuellement besoin de matériel
électrique.
Serrez tous les assemblages par vis au cadre aux couples préconisés par le constructeur. Pour
tous les autres assemblages de la commande reculée, utilisez les couples de serrage suivants :
M5 = 6Nm
M6 = 10Nm
M8 = 20Nm
M10 x 1,25 = 30Nm

Montage links:
Grundplatte (A) mit Schrauben (E) 30mm und (F) 40mm durch den Seitenständer an Rahmen montieren.
Gewindestange (G) mit dem original Getriebehebel verschrauben und mit Kontermutter (H) sichern.
(Original Getriebehebel wieder an Hersteller Markierung ausrichten)
Fußraste (B) mit Schraube (C) auf dem Trägerstutzen verschrauben und mit Stopfen (D) verschliessen,
Schraubensicherungsmittel verwenden.
Mounting Left:
Mount the main bracket (A) to the frame with screws (E) 30mm and (F) 40mm.
Mount the original shift lever on threaded rod (G) and secure it with Locknut (H).
(original shift lever mounted wit OEM setting)
Mount the foot peg (B) with screw (C) and close it with Plastic plug (D).
Use bolt adhesive medium
Montage à gauche:
Fixez la plaque de montage (A) avec les vis (E) 30mm et (F) 40mm à travers la béquille latérale au
cadre.
Vissez le levier d’origine à la tige filetée (G) et sécurisez avec le contre-écrou (H) .
(Ajustez le levier d’origine au repère du fabricant).
Vissez le repose-pied (B) avec vis (C) et fermez avec le bouchon (D).

Montage Rechts:
Schwingenachse durch Grundplatte (A) in Schwingenlagerung einführen und sichern, anschließend
Grundplatte (A) Mit Schraube (B) Sichern.
Kugelgelenk (I) anstelle des Original Gabelkopfes mit Bremszylinder (K) verbinden und mit Kontermutter
(J) sichern, anschliessend mit Schraube (F) und Buchse (G) an Bremshebel montieren und mit
Flachmutter (H )sichern.
Die Hohlschraube am Bremszylinder durch Bremslichtschalter (L) ersetzen und an Fahrzeugelektrik
anschließen.
(dazu gesonderten Hinweis beachten)
Fußraste (E) mit Schraube (D) verschrauben und mit Stopfen (C) verschließen

Mounting Right:
install swingarm-axle through Main bracket (A) to Frame and secure with Nut, then Secure main bracket
(A) With screw (B).
install balljoint (I) instead of original clevis, connect to brakecylinder and secure with locknut.
Mount balljoint (I) to brakelever with Screw (F), Bushing (G) and Locknut (H)
Replace brake banjo bolt with hydraulic brakelight switch and connect it to vehicles harness.
(attend to separate notice)
Mount the foot peg (E) with screw (D) and close it with Plastic plug (C).
Montage à droite:
Insérez l’axe oscillant à travers la plaque de montage (A) dans le roulement oscillant et sécurisez-le, puis
sécurisez la plaque de montage (A) avec la vis (B).
Reliez la rotule (I) au cylindre de frein (K) à la place de la tête de té de fourche et sécurisez avec le
contre-écrou (J). Puis monter au levier de frein avec vis (F) et douille (G) et sécuriser avec l’écrou plat.
Remplacez la vis creuse du cylindre de frein par le commutateur de feu stop (L) et branchez-le au
système électrique du véhicule. (pour cela, voir les indications à part)
Fixez le repose-pied(E) avec la vis(D) et fermer avec le bouchon (C).
Wartung:
Prüfen Sie die korrekte Funktion der Rastenanlage im Rahmen der, für das Motorrad
vorgeschriebenen, Wartungsintervalle. Die Lagerstellen der Hebel sollten mit partikelfreiem (kein
MoS2) Barium- oder Lithiumfett auf Seifenbasis geschmiert werden.
Maintenance:
Periodically proof all functions during service intervals. Use particle free (no MoS2) lithium or
barium soap grease to maintain lever bushings.
Entretien:
Contrôlez le bon fonctionnement de la commande reculée à chaque service prévu pour votre
moto. Graissez les points de fixation des leviers avec de la graisse de Baryum ou de Lithium à
base de savon exempt de particules (pas de MoS2).
