Note: Hammering this tool will void the warranty.

Operating Instructions:

1. Ensure the needle bearings are properly in place.

2. By hand, align the bearing cup in the hole and U-joint.

3. Back off the center screw to allow the installer plate to go over the cup and the guide bolts into

the thread holes of the yoke.

4. Tighten the guide bolts until the center screw is in contact with the bearing cup.

5. Turn the center screw to install the bearing cup flush against the yoke.

6. Back off the center screw and guide bolts.

7. Repeat for the other bearing cup.

Note: Lubricate the center screw and apply a coat of grease to the outside of the bearing cups before installation.

• Stay alert! Be aware of your surroundings and use

common sense when operating this tool.

• Inspect tool for damage prior to using; do not use if

tool is in unsafe condition.

• Always use safety equipment. Approved face and eye

protection must be worn in the work area at all times.

• Keep hair, clothing, jewelry, and gloves away from any

moving parts at all times.

Instrucciones de Uso:

1. Asegúrese de que los rodamientos de aguja estén correctamente en su lugar.

2. A mano, alinee la copa del rodamiento en el orificio y la junta universal.

3. Afloje el tornillo central para permitir que la placa de instalación pase por encima de la copa y los

pernos guía en los orificios de rosca de la horquilla.

4. Apriete los pernos guía hasta que el tornillo central esté en contacto con la copa del rodamiento.

5. Gire el tornillo central para instalar la copa de rodamiento al ras contra la horquilla.

6. Retire el tornillo central y los pernos guía.

7. Repita el proceso para la otra copa de rodamiento.

Nota: Lubrique el tornillo central y aplique una capa de grasa en el exterior de las copas de los

rodamiento antes de la instalación.

Instructions de fonctionnement :

1. Assurez-vous que les roulements à aiguilles sont correctement en place.

2. À la main, alignez la cuvette de roulement dans le trou et le joint en U.

3. Retirez la vis centrale pour permettre à la plaque d'installation de passer par-dessus

la coupelle et les boulons de guidage dans les trous filetés de la fourche.

4. Serrez les boulons de guidage jusqu'à ce que la vis centrale soit en contact avec

la cuvette de roulement.

5. Tournez la vis centrale pour installer la cuvette de roulement au ras de l'arcade.

6. Retirez la vis centrale et les boulons de guidage.

7. Répétez pour l'autre cuvette de roulement.

Remarque : Lubriez la vis centrale et appliquez une couche de graisse sur l'extérieur des cuvettes

de roulement avant l'installation.

et faites preuve de bon sens lorsque vous utilisez cet outil.

• Inspectez l'outil pour déceler tout dommage avant de

l'utiliser; ne pas utiliser si l'outil est dans des conditions

dangereuses.

• Utilisez toujours un équipement de sécurité. Une

protection du visage et des yeux approuvée doit être

portée à tout moment dans la zone de travail.

• Gardez les cheveux, les vêtements, les bijoux et les gants

éloignés de toute pièce en mouvement à tout moment.
