GENERAL SAFETY

INSTALLATION

WARNING

The product is designed for use on regulated compressed air lines or on air

compressors where the air pressure does not exceed the maximum pressure

limit of the hose. Failure to follow this may result in personal injury and or

property damage.

1. Using the reel mounting bracket as a guide, drill 4 pilot holes into wood wall

studs or work bench.

2. Attach hose reel, using the screws provided or bolts and washers.

Do not release hose rapidly. Retracting hose could cause injury or property

damage. Maintain control of hose as it retracts.

3. Connect air supply to 1/4 Male NPT inlet ftting.

4. Connect desired quick connect or tool to the 1/4 Male NPT outlet ftting.

WARNING

Make sure that the mounting will support up to 55 pounds

OPERATION

1. To extend hose, pull hose to desired length.The hose reel must be released

to maintain its length. It may be necessary to pull hose beyond desired

length to keep it from automatically retracting.

2. To retract, pull hose lightly then allow it to retract. Hose will then

automatically retract.

WARNING

Do not release hose rapidly! Retracting hose could cause

injury or property damage. Maintain control of hose as it

retracts.

El producto está diseñado para uso sobre las líneas de aire comprimido

reguladas o sobre los compresores de aire en los que la presión de aire no

exceda el límite de presión máxima de la manguera. Hacer caso omiso a este

consejo podría ocasionar alguna lesión personal y/o daños materiales.

1. Usando el soporte de montaje del carrete como guía, perfore 4 agujeros

piloto en los travesaños de madera o banco de madera.

2. Sujete el carrete de manguera, usando los tornillos provistos o los pernos y

arandelas.

No libere la manguera muy rápidamente. Una manguera que se retrae podría

ocasionar lesiones o daños materiales. Mantenga el control de la manguera en la

medida que se retraiga.

3. Conecte el suministro de aire al acoplamiento de entrada macho NPT 1/4

OPERACIÓN

1. Para extender la manguera, estire la manguera hasta la longitud deseada. El

carrete de manguera deberá ser liberado con el ﬁn de mantener su longitud.

Puede ser necesario estirar la manguera más allá de su longitud deseada con

el ﬁn de prevenir que se retraiga automáticamente.

2. Para retraer, jale la manguera ligeramente y después permita que ésta se

retraiga. La manguera entonces se retraerá automáticamente.

¡No libere la manguera rápidamente! Al retraer la manguera

se podría ocasionar lesiones o daños materiales. Mantenga el

control de la manguera en la medida que se retraiga.

Le produit est conçu pour être utilisé sur des tuyaux à air comprimé ou des

compresseurs d’air dont la pression d’air ne dépasse pas la limite de pression

maximale du tuyau. Le non-respect de cette consigne peut entraîner des

blessures corporelles ou des dommages matériels ou les deux.

1. En prenant le support de montage pour dévidoir comme guide, faites 4 trous

pilote dans les montants en bois du mur ou dans le banc de travail.

2. Fixez le dévidoir de tuyau en utilisant les vis fournies ou les boulons et les

rondelles.

Ne relâchez pas le tuyau trop rapidement. Un tuyau qui se rembobine peut

entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels. Maintenez le contrôle sur le

tuyau au fur et à mesure qu’il se rembobine.

3. Branchez l’alimentation en air à un raccord d’entrée mâle de 1/4 po NPT

4. Branchez le raccord à branchement rapide ou l’outil au raccord de sortie mâle

de 1/4 po NPT

Assurez-vous que le montage peut supporter une charge

allant jusqu’à 55 lb
