WIRING

The

loudspeakers

connect

your

receiver

amplifier

using

2-conductor

loudspeaker

wire

(see

Figure 3

the

page).

For

most

applications,

recommend

using

16-

18-gauge

wire.

For

wiring

runs

longer

than

feet

(24.38

meters),

recommend

14-gauge

wire.

The

binding

posts

loudspeakers

accommodate

12-gauge

wire

directly.

Larger

sizes

can

accommodated

using

spade,

banana,

connectors.

RECOMMENDED AMPLIFIER

POWER

For

optimum

performance,

recommend

amplifiers

with

the

following

power

ratings:

•

For

the

5.5

loudspeaker,

100

per

channel

•

For

the

6.5

loudspeaker,

125

per

channel

•

For

the

7.5

loudspeaker,

150

per

channel

Ironically,

most

loudspeakers

are

not

damaged

large

amplifiers

but

small

amplifiers.

you

are

playing

volume,

When
