Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance. You have
chosen a high-quality product. The operating instructions are part of
this product. They contain important information about safety, usage
and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself
with all of the operating and safety instructions. Use the product only
as described and for the range of applications specified. Please also
pass these operating instructions on to any future owner.
Intended use
The battery adapter can be used as a charging station or power
source via the two USB ports (only in conjunction with a battery from
the Parkside X 20 V Team series). The cordless working light is not
suitable for lighting rooms in houses. Any other usage or modifica-
tion of the appliance is deemed to be improper and carries a signifi-
cant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for
damage(s) resulting from improper usage. This appliance is intended
for domestic use only.

Read the operating instructions before use.
The cordless working light is not suitable for lighting rooms
in houses.

ance. They contain important information about safety, usage
and disposal. Before using the appliance, please familiarise
yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Use this
appliance only as described and for the areas of applications
specified. Keep the operating instructions in a safe place and
hand over all documents when passing the appliance on to
any future owner.
Personal safety
■ Do not aim the light beam of the LED into the eyes of people or
animals.
This could be harmful to the eyes.

Use (see fig. A)
♦ Slide the battery adapter onto a charged battery .
It clicks into place audibly.
LED light (see fig. B)
NOTE
► With the LED light you can e.g. B. illuminate small dark areas
so that you have an additional light source. The LED light may
only be used as supplementary lighting.
Switching on
♦ Press the ON/OFF switch to activate the battery adapter .
The control LED flashes four times and then lights up.
♦ Press the On/Off switch a second time to turn on the LED light .
The control LED only lights up for a short time and can only be
activated during this time.
Switching off
♦ Press the ON/OFF switch again.
The control LED goes out after a short time.

Charging/operating a USB device (see fig. C)
NOTE
► If only a small current (<130mA) is drawn, the battery adapter
switches off after a short time.
It is therefore not possible to charge or operate such a device.
♦ Connect your USB device to the USB port of the battery
adapter .
♦ Press the ON/OFF switch to activate the battery adapter .
The control LED flashes four times and then lights up. The con-
trol LED lights up permanently to indicate the power supply.
Your device can now be charged or operated on the battery
adapter .
♦ To turn off the USB port , press the ON/OFF switch again
for around two seconds.
The control LED goes out after a short time.
♦ If you are no longer using or charging your device, disconnect it
from the battery adapter .
Use belt clip
■ With the belt clip you can use the battery adapter z. B.
attach to a belt or the like.
