SYSTEM AUTHENTICATION

After you have inserted in the NVR a compatible HDD and made all the

connections (power, cameras, mouse, monitor), on the monitor you’ll be able to

see the interface where you will be asked for the system authentication.

The admin user is by default protected by password 1234. Immediately after the

ﬁrst login, we recommend that you change the password.

The user 888888 has a backup role in case you forgot the password of the admin

user. This user is protected by password 888888. We recommend that you do not

delete this user.

SETUP WIZARD

Follow the steps of the conﬁguration wizard to perform the basic settings, such

as: network, language, date, time, mobile application download and system adding

to the application:

PLAYBACK

The system will provide you with dierent methods of searching for recordings

saved on the hard disk: Common Playback, Smart Express, Smart Search and

Face Search.

Common Playback

Search for recordings on each channel within a certain period (date, time).

Smart Express

Select only the channel and recording type (alarm, perimeter alert, motion

detection, etc.)

Smart Search

Select the channel and type of recording (alarm, perimeter alert, motion

detection, etc.) within a certain period (date, time).

Face Search

Search for records containing facial detection on a particular channel and from

within a certain period (date, time).

RECORD CONFIG

Conﬁgure the recording mode on each channel: continuous recording, motion

detection or alarm.

NETWORK

Set the network parameters manually or check DHCP for automatic retrieval.

DATE TIME

Set the time zone, date and time format.

GENERAL

Set system name, menu display language, behavior when HDD is full (overwrite

or stop recording), automatic exit period, or enable quick setup guide display at

each system reboot.

ENCODE

Set dierent video parameters such as compression, resolution, frames per second

(FPS) or quality for each channel.

BACKUP

Insert into the NVR a USB disk to make a copy of the recordings.

SNAPSHOT CONF.

Enable image snapshot cyclically or at certain time intervals and send them

by email / FTP or save them on the internal hard disk. Disable this feature by

checking the “Stop” option.

DISPLAY

Set a name for each camera, display resolution, menu interface transparency and

display of dierent information like: time, channel name, registration status, etc.

ACCOUNT

Create or delete users and groups, change passwords, or change system access

and control rights.
