To avoid any impact on the environment or human
health due to dangerous substances present in
electrical and electronic devices, the end users of
such devices are expected to understand the
meaning of the symbol consisting of a
crossed-out waste container. Do not dispose of
electrical and electronic equipment along with
unsorted household waste, instead dispose of it
separately and properly.

The packaging that protects the device against
transport damage is made of non-polluting materi-
als that can be disposed of via local recycle bins.
Safety warnings
CAUTION!
This symbol highlights dangerous situations that
can lead to light injuries, or damage, malfunction,
and/or destruction of the device. To prevent harm
or damage to users or others, make sure to comply with the
below requirements.
• Do not drop, strike or disassemble the mobile power bank,
or attempt to repair it yourself.
• Do not immerse the mobile power bank in water or any
other liquid.
• Do not expose the mobile power bank to heat sources or
ammable substances.
• Keep away from open ame or sunlight to prevent heat
build-up.
• Keep away from high-voltage devices.
• Do not use any chargers other than those recommended
by Prozis.
• Environment temperature: 0 - 45 ºC.
• Do not pierce the product casing with nails or other sharp
object. Don’t step on it, break it or try to open it using a
hammer.
• If the battery inside the product leaks or smells,
immediately move the product away from any heat
sources.
• Leaky electrolyte may cause re or explosion.
• In case electrolyte leakage from the battery comes into
contact with the eyes, do not rub them, rinse them with
water and seek medical assistance. If not treated, it can
cause eye problems.
• Keep the mobile power bank away from children. All
people who use the product, must read and follow these
warnings and instructions.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning, make sure the Power Bank is not connected
to the power source. Use a dry, soft cloth. Make sure no
moisture enters the appliance while cleaning. Do not wash the
device with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents.
Store the product in a dry, dust-free location, protected from
direct sunlight.
Keep the device dry and away from moisture and corrosive
materials.
If it’s not being used, recharge your device every three months.

How to use
HOW TO CHARGE YOUR SMARTPHONE
1. Wireless charging power bank with charging dock
Connect the charging dock USB plug to a compatible
power suply (AC/DC) using the USB wall adapter (USB wall
adapter not included in this package).
1. The wireless Charging LED Indicator light will turn green
once the wireless charging function is ready.
2. The point of contact can be found at the bottom of the
power bank.
Lean the bottom of the Qi-enabled smartphone horizontally
or vertically to connect with the outlet of the power bank.
The wireless charging LED indicator light will turn blue once
the Qi-enabled smartphone is charging successfully.

Notes:
- Please connect the USB wall adapter to a 5V/3A or 9V/2A output to
optimize the charging efciency up to 10 W.
- A Qi-enabled smartphone will be charged rst and the power bank will
be charged once the Qi-enabled smartphone has been fully charged.
- When attached to the dock, the USB output will be automatically
switched off. It will only be possible to function with wireless charging.
- An override function will be activated to switch off the battery in the
case of excess heat, voltage uctuation or circuit abnormalities.
2. Power bank
Remove the power bank from the charging dock.
Press and hold the ON/OFF
button for 1 second to activate it.
The wireless charging LED
indicator light will ash blue
for 1 second and stay green
continuously when the charging
function is ready.
Place the back of the Qi-enabled
smartphone on the wireless
charging power bank.
The Wireless Charging LED indicator light will turn blue
when the charging function is ready.
3. Charging the smartphone by cable
Use a proper USB cable to connect your smartphone
through a USB output.
Once the smartphone is charging, the wireless charging
LED indicator light will switch on and hold for 2s, then will
automatic switch off while charging the device. Press the
ON/OFF button to check the battery of the power bank.
Note: To charge your Qi-enabled
smartphone, please disconnect the
smartphone connected via USB
output and follow the steps in the
section “Charging a Qi-enabled
smartphone”.

POWERING OFF THE POWER BANK
There are four levels and each level represents 25% of battery
charge. Press the ON/OFF Button to see the battery level.
Charging the power bank
Connect the charging dock USB plug to a compatible
power supply (AC/DC) via USB socket. Place the power
bank in the dock. The power bank will start charging
instantly once attached to the charging dock.
Alternatively, the power bank can be charged through a
built-in USB-Type-C input socket that supports (PD, 5V/3A,
9v/2A, 12V/1,5A) QC3.0 and QC2.0 fast charging.

Note: When the power bank is being
charged through the USB TYPE-C input
socket, the wireless charging function will
be available, but the USB output function
will be switched off.
However, the USB output function is
available if the wireless charging function
is not in use.
When the power bank is in charging mode, the wireless
charging LED light will remain on.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the
problem persists after having tried the following solutions,
please contact Prozis customer service.

Prozis via www.prozis.com are covered by the warranty
applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’
warranty for nal consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who
purchase the product for non-professional purposes
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from
material and production defects for a 2-year period,
counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer
and respective delivery, or for longer if legally established
by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is
suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged
use of the product’s consumable components, such
as batteries, is not covered by this warranty unless the
malfunction is caused by faulty design, materials or
production.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If the need arises to exercise the rights conceded to you
through this warranty, please contact Prozis customer
service via the communication channels provided on
the Prozis website, and follow the provided instructions
or recommendations. Contact and technical assistance
information is also provided at the end of this warranty.
Any claims made regarding this warranty will only be valid
if proof of purchase is presented by the original customer.
This proof of purchase may be the original invoice or
receipt, as long as it includes information regarding the
date of purchase and the product’s model name.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Any repairs made under this warranty cannot be made by
third parties. This warranty does not apply to any repairs, or
damage caused directly by such repairs, that have impacted
or caused the damage that is the subject of the respective
warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
1. Any wear and tear of parts and components resulting
from normal product use.
2. Cracks, dents, scratches, and other types of supercial
damage that only affect the product’s appearance.
3. Any malfunction caused by inappropriate use of
the product that does not comply with user manual
instructions.
4. Use and storage of the product not complying with user
manual instructions.
5. Opening of the product by a third party who is not
authorized to proceed to its repair.
6. Altering or changing parts or components, whether
internal or external.
7. Damage caused by battery leakage resulting from the
breaking of any of its components, or from product
misuse.
8. Malfunction or damage due to reasons that cannot be
ascribed to the production or design of the product.
9. Use of the product in the context of a business,
occupation or commerce.
10. Malfunction due to use that does not comply with the
technical or security norms in force, or with user manual
instructions.
The services provided by Prozis in order to repair or x any
fault or malfunction resulting from the verication of any of
the aforementioned excluded situations will be subject to
payment of labor, transport and component costs.
The customer shall bear all risks of loss and damage to the
product during transportation to Prozis. This warranty will
be void if the returned product arrives with labels or stickers
that have been removed, damaged, tampered with or
modied in any way.
LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY
Prozis cannot be held responsible for indirect damage or
loss due to usage of the product.

• Tenez à l’écart des ammes ou de la lumière du soleil pour

• Tenez à l’écart des appareils à haute tension.
• Utilisez uniquement les chargeurs recommandés par Prozis.
• Température ambiante : 0-45ºC.
• Ne percez pas le boîtier du produit avec des clous ou d’autres
objets pointus. Ne marchez pas dessus, ne le cassez pas et
n’essayez pas de l’ouvrir avec un marteau.
• Si la batterie fuit ou que des odeurs se dégagent, éloignez
immédiatement le produit de toute source de chaleur.
• Une fuite d’électrolyte peut provoquer un incendie ou une
explosion.
• Si l’électrolyte de la batterie entre en contact avec les yeux,
ne les frottez pas, rincez-les à l’eau et consultez un médecin.
Si non traité correctement, cela peut causer des problèmes
oculaires.
• Gardez la batterie externe hors de portée des enfants. Toutes
les personnes qui utilisent le produit doivent lire et suivre ces
avertissements et instructions.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
Avant le nettoyage, assurez-vous que la batterie externe ne soit
pas connectée à la source d’alimentation. Utilisez toujours un
chiffon doux et sec. Veillez à ce qu’aucune humidité ne pénètre
dans l’appareil pendant le nettoyage. Ne lavez pas l’appareil avec
des produits chimiques agressifs, des savons ou des détergents.
Stockez le produit dans un endroit sec, à l’abri de la poussière et
de la lumière directe du soleil.
Gardez l’appareil au sec et à l’abri de l’humidité et des matières
corrosives.
Si vous ne l’utilisez pas, rechargez votre appareil tous les
trois mois.
