Forced shutdown : Hold more than 10 seconds
Lap: select to mark a new lap when recording
Save data: Hold more than 2 seconds to save riding data
Switch display: Select to switch data pages
Enter the setting mode: Hold more than 2 seconds to enter the setting mode

4. INSTALLATION OF BIKE MOUNT
1. Standard bike mount installation
2. Out front bike mount installation (Optional accessory)
5. ACQUIRING SATELLITE SIGNALS AND TIME SETTING
Please make sure iGS50E is outdoor and under a clear view of the sky.
Usually it may take 5 to 120 seconds to locate satellite signals.
Remain stationary when acquiring satellite signals.
The time and date will be calibrated automatically after locate satellite signals.
6. SMART BACKLIGHT
iGS50E will automatically calculate the sunrise and sunset time based on the GPS
position.
Backlight turns on before sunset and turns off after sunrise automatically.
When backlight is off, select any button to turn on backlight for 15 seconds.

Note：
1) Please use DC 5V power adapter for charging.
2) As the temperature drops, the battery life will decrease.
3) iGS50E support charging during use.
4) Do not overstretch the USB plug for keeping waterproof and dustproof.
8. MOTION DETECTION AND AUTO STANDBY
iGS50E will enter standby mode automatically after 5~10 minutes of inactivity.
Once motion detected, iGS50E will be woken up automatically.
9. SEARCHING AND CONNECTING ANT+ SENSORS (SETTING MODE
E1)
iGS50E can be used with ANT+ sensor as below: Hear Rate Monitor, Cadence Sensor,
Speed Sensor, Cadence and Speed Combined Sensor.
Please search the ANT+ sensors When first time using ANT+ sensors.
Steps：
1) Wake up ANT+ sensors.

Heart rate monitor should be worn directly on skin just around the chest.
Cadence sensor should be installed on the crank arm of no-drive side, then rotate
the crank arm.
Speed sensor should be installed on the top of front wheel hub, then rotate the front
wheel.
2) Hold more than 2 seconds to enter the setting mode.
3) Select to scroll setting mode from E1 to E4.
4) Select to enter E1 mode when E1 is flashing.
5) iGS50E is searching ANT+ sensors automatically.
6) When sensors are connected, the icons will light up.
7) iGS50E will exit searching sensors mode in 20 seconds.
Note：

1) iGS50E will automatically connect the sensors that have been connected.
2) It is required to search the sensor again after battery is replaced.
10. SETTING THE WHEEL SIZE & CIRCUMFERENCE (SETTING MODE E2)
Please set the wheel circumference if you use a speed sensor.
Default wheel circumference: 2096mm
Steps:
1) Hold more than 2 seconds to enter the setting mode.
2) Select to scroll setting mode from E1 to E4.
3) Select to enter E2 mode when E2 is flashing.
4) Select to change numerical digits, select to change numerical value.
5) Select to save and exit.
Note:
1) The unit of wheel circumference is mm.
2) The setting will be automatically saved if no operation in 10 seconds.

11. SETTING TIME ZONE (SETTING MODE E3)
Default time zone:UTC/GMT+08:00 Time zone: -12:00～13:00
Steps:
1) Hold more than 2 seconds to enter the setting mode.
2) Select to scroll setting mode from E1 to E4.
3) Select to enter E3 mode when E3 is flashing.
4) Select to change digits of hour and minute, select to change value.
5) Select to save and exit.
Note:
The setting will be automatically saved if no operation in 10 seconds.
12. SETTING METRIC AND IMPERIAL UNITS (SETTING MODE E4)
Default unit: metric (kilometer)
Steps:
1) Hold more than 2 seconds to enter the setting mode.
2) Select to scroll setting mode from E1 to E4.
3) Select to enter E4 mode when E4 is flashing.

4) Select to switch metric (kilometer) and imperial (mile) unit.
5) Select to save and exit.
Note:
The setting will be automatically saved if no operation in 10 seconds.
13. CONNECTING TO SMART PHONE APP
Android Smart Phone
Requirements: Android 5.0 or above, built-in Bluetooth 4.0 BLE.
Download "iGPSPORT" App in Google Play App Store.
iPhone:
Requirements: iPhone 5s and iOS 9.0 or above (incompatible with iPad).
Download"iGPSPORT"APP in Apple App Store.
14. UPLOAD FILES TO COMPUTER AND WEBSITE
Steps:
1) Power off iGS50E.
2) Connect iGS50E to your computer via USB cable.
3) Select to enter connection mode, then battery icon lights up.
4) Computer will recognize iGS50E as a new disk, then copy the activity files in folder
as below :\iGPSPORT\Activities\***.fit to computer.
5) Login http://i.igpsport.com, select fit format files to upload.
