产品外形尺寸：
安装及操作：
1）安装底架组件脚轮，请注意靠近开槽处为 3" 万向脚轮（小），另一侧为 3.5" 万向脚轮（大）。
2）将两根方管安放在底座槽内，用四个锁销将方管与底座固定，在锁销靠内侧位置用四个开口销锁死。
3）将立柱组件安装在底架上，两侧用斜撑板可靠连接立柱与底座组件。
4）将吊臂安装在立柱开槽处，请确保固定座安装在立柱开槽中间位置，在锁紧螺栓。
5）用螺栓，螺母和平垫圈将油缸组件固定在立柱固定座上。
6）将吊臂托起，用螺栓，螺母和平垫圈连接液压油缸顶部与吊臂底部固定座。
7）将吊臂升到合适位置，将吊钩安装管导入吊臂方管内，并用插销锁死。
8）拧紧所有的螺栓和螺母。
折叠操作：
1）将底座卡槽内与方管连接的的锁销取出，只取靠近吊钩侧的锁销。
2）如锁销卡死，可将手柄下压让吊架略微翘头，即可轻松取出锁销。
3）将方管翻转朝天，转向靠近手柄侧，另一侧方管同样处理。
4）将锁销插入中间的固定孔，卡住方管，避免倒下。

操作步骤：
1）根据所需载荷，参照安装吊臂上的位置孔指示，将吊臂与吊钩安装管组装到位。
2）将吊机移动到指定位置，在举升或者下降前，务必将脚轮锁死以免移动。
3）顶升时，使用压杆开槽，将油缸回油阀旋紧（顺时针），并将压杆装入施力孔，对油泵反复施压。
4）泄压时，使用压杆开槽，将油缸回油阀缓慢旋松（逆时针），载荷下降的速度取决于旋松的快慢。
5）使用时吊臂与吊杆，务必将锁销用开口销锁死，避免意外松脱。
6）移动时，请务必注意安全警告注明的各事项。
排气说明：
1）在使用时，空气可能会进入液压系统，导致提升性能变差。可以通过如下方法排气：完全打开回油阀（逆时针转动），
在吊杆下降时快速下压油泵手柄多次，即可排气。
维护保养：
1）使用完毕后，请确保旋松回油阀将吊臂恢复原位。
2）定期检查柱塞和活塞是否有生锈腐蚀情况，清洁后用涂抹适量润滑油。
3）建议由专业技术人员进行年度检验。
