commied to securing, organizing and protecng your most important documents,

valuables and keepsakes.

If you experience problems or challenges with your vault, please contact us.

Many issues can be quickly resolved without the product being returned.

Be sure to keep backup keys stored in a safe place away from unauthorized users

Do not put anything in your vault that will put pressure against the door when

it is closed.

If you choose to ulize this vault to store a weapon always follow proper weapon and

local laws.

SA Consumer Products strongly recommends that you do not store loaded guns.

Always follow the ﬁrearm safety rules set out by the ﬁrearm’s manufacturer.

Store ammunion separately from valuables.

A Sports Aﬁeld vault or any other ﬁrearm storage device cannot take the place

of other safety procedures including advising children of the dangers of ﬁrearms.

SA Consumer Products and its distributors of the Sports Aﬁeld vaults do not

recommend, suggest, advise, promote, or otherwise condone the ownership or use of

ﬁrearms. We believe the decision to own or use a ﬁrearm is a serious decision that

should only be made by an adult who has carefully considered

the risks and beneﬁts of such a decision.

3. INITIAL ENTRY

WARNING: Thebaeries must be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted baeries

must be removed from theproduct and discarded safely. Do not mix old and new

baeries. Do not mix alkalineor standard (carbon – zinc) baeries. Do not use

rechargeable (nickel – cadmium) baeries.

Locate the (4) AA baeries

and insert in the baery

compartment on the inside

front le of the vault. Keypad

will beep once when baeries

are successfully installed.

Replace baery cover.

4. BATTERY INSTALLATION

Step 2

1. Locate the key cover and

press down near the right side

of the SPORTS AFIELD logo.

The cover will pop up on one

side so that it can be

removed.

Locate the override key

aached to the product

packaging.

Insert the key, Turn and hold

the key clockwise, and your

vault door will open.

Important: It is necessary to re-program your vault with a new security code you

have personally selected to provide maximum household security. Be careful,

in choosing your new security code, you’ll want to be sure that you can operate

the unit quickly without making an error. Default code is set at 1234. Please make

sure your code is diﬀerent than the default code.

5. SECURITY CODE SETUP

Step 1

Push the reset buon, you will

hear a beep and the numbers will

ﬂash. Input your 4-6 digit code.

Once complete push the reset

buon to lock in your new code.

You will hear two beeps.

With key in hand, close the door.

Enter your 4-6 digit code, if code

is accepted, vault will open.

6. LOW BATTERY WARNING

Low Baery

This E-Lock is equipped to alert you when the baeries are low by illuminang

the red light (center) on the touch pad.

Always test the baeries when installing or replacing. If the red light comes on

when a number is pressed you know the baeries are not fully charged.

7. SILENT ENTRY MODE

By acvang theE-lock silent entry mode,

the safe will no longer make audible sound

when interacng with the vault, allowing

for silent access.

On the keypad, hold the number for

three seconds to acvate the mute

funcon. The keypad will ﬂash twice.

*The sound can be re-acvated

by again holding the number one key for

three seconds.

8. LOCKED OUT OF YOUR VAULT

In the event you haveforgoen thesecurity codeyour will need to use your backup

keys to gain access to your vault. Follow setup code instrucons.

If you have lost your backup keys, you will need to contact customer service at the

number below. Proof of purchase is required to obtain keys.

9. LOCKOUT MODE/ TAMPER PROTECTION

1. Three consecuve incorrect code entries will

put the vault in “Basic Lockout” mode. Touch

pad is deacvated for 30 seconds.

2. Aer “Basic Lockout” mode has ended, another

three consecuve incorrect code entries will result

in “Severe Lockout” mode. Touch pad is deacvated

for 5-minutes.

SECURING YOUR VAULT WITH PROVIDED CABLE AND NUT

A security cable is included with

your vault. To secure the cable

around a ﬁxed object, ﬁrst loop

the cable around the object as

shown in the ﬁgure to the right.

Insert the threaded end of the cable

into the notch on the backside of

the vault while sll open.

3. From the inside of the vault, take

the provided nut and thread onto

the cable unl fully secured.

1. To maximize burglary protecon and stability,securing the vault to theﬂoor or

table is recommended.

3. Always ensurethevault is in an isolated and dry area. Never place the vault in

direct contact with a wet ﬂoor. When installing your vault on a concrete ﬂoor,

useof a moisture/protecvebarrier is highly recommended. Failureto do so

or exposing the vault to chemicals or other adverse environments may void

the warranty.

SA Consumer Products recommends that you storeyour vault in a closet,oﬃce,

basement,bedroom or any other locaon that is convenient for you but out of

direct line of sight from prying eyes.
