Before using your new Tyrannomech Motorized Wooden Kit, please
read this instruction manual to prevent any damage. Put them away
in a safe place for future references.
Build your own walking Tyrannosaurus with this non-soldering mechanical
kit. This kit has been designed for 10+ years kids. Kids will love to build
this cool kit and familiarize themselves with the operation of mechanical
transmissions steered through gears or pulleys.
IMPORTANT
This set contains small parts, may be hazardous for children under three.

Antes de utilizar su nuevo Kit de Tiranosaurio Motorizado lea este
instructivo para evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Guárdelo para
futuras referencias.
Su Nuevo Kit de Tiranousario está diseñado para niños de 10 años o más
que gustan de construir y desarrollar sus habilidades manuales. Este kit
no necesita de soldadura para conectar los componentes electrónicos así
como pegamento para unir las piezas. Se familiarizarán con la operación
de la transmisión mecánica a través de engranes y poleas.
IMPORTANTE
El equipo contiene partes pequeñas, no lo deje cerca de niños pequeños.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE GEAR BOX
1.- Enter a metal shaft (P8) through the gear box (P1), assuring to put the
white gear (P4) and the red gear (P5) at the middle of the gear box (P1)
and then cross both gears. Put the small plastic tubes (10) at the end of
the metal shaft (P8). Finally, place the plastic connectors (P29) as
indicates Figure 1.
2.- Place the large metal shaft (P9) through the gear box (P8) and enter
the green gear (P6) and the white gear (P7) as the step 1. Place the
plastic pads (P11) at the extremes of the metal shaft as indicates Figure 2.
3.- Place the pinion gear (P3) at the middle of the engine (P2). Plug the
yellow wire with female terminal (P14) to the engine's positive male
terminal (+). Plug the green wire with female terminal (P15) to the other
male terminal of the engine (Fig. 3).
4.- Install the engine into the gear box. Make sure that the pinion gear
coincides with the already installed gears into the gear box (Fig. 4).
ENSAMBLE DE LA CAJA DE ENGRANES
1.- Introduzca un eje de metal (P8) a través de la caja de engranes (P1),
asegurándose de colocar el engrane blanco (P4) y el engrane rojo (P5) en
medio de la caja de engranes (P1) y que el eje de metal (P8) cruce ambos
engranes. En los extremos del eje de metal (P8) coloque los tubos de
plástico (P10) y finalmente coloque los conectores de plástico (P29) en la
posición que indica la Figura 1.
2.- Coloque el otro eje de metal (P9) a través de la caja de engranes (P8)
e introduzca el engrane verde (P6) y el engrane blanco (P7) como en el
paso anterior. En los extremos del eje de metal coloque los sujetadores
(P11) como lo muestra la Figura 2.
3.- Coloque el engrane central (P3) a la mitad del motor (P2). Conecte el
cable amarillo con terminal (P14) a la entrada positiva (+) del motor.
Conecte el cable verde con terminal (P15) a la otra entrada del motor (Fig.
3).
4.- Instale el motor en la caja de engranes de tal forma que el engrane
central coincida con los engranes ya instalados en la caja de engranes
(Fig. 4).

5.- Locates the wooden plaques A1 and A2. Put two large fixing plates
(P27) and two small fixing plates (P28). Use screws (P20) to fasten them
(Fig. 5).
6.- Put the A1 & A2 wooden plaques over the X plaque. Use four screws
(P20) to fasten them (Fig. 6).
7.- Install the gear box and the engine over the X plaque. Use four screws
(P20) to fasten them firmly (Fig. 7).
HOW TO ARM THE LEGS
LEFT LEG
1.- Locates the V wooden plaque. Place the metal foot (P26) in the bottom
of the left leg, fasten it with two screws (P20).
2.- Place a self-taping screw (P21) and a pulley wheel (P23) in the upper
left side of the leg. Once the screws cross the leg, place a nylon pad (P13)
and a plastic post (P12) inside of the leg. Screw the leg into the A1
wooden plaque.
3.- Place a screw (P22) and a pulley wheel (P23) in the upper right side of
the leg. Put a nylon pad (P13) and a spring on the screw (inside of the
leg). Screw the leg into the plastic connector (P29), once the screw cross
the connector, fasten the screw and the leg using a nut (P19) (Fig. 8).
RIGHT LEG
1.- Locates the W wooden plaque. Follow the same instructions to place
the right leg, that you utilized to install the left leg (Fig. 9).
5.- Ubique la placa de madera A1 y A2. Coloque dos placas de metal
(P27) y dos placas de metal chicas (P28). Utilice tornillos (P20) para
sujetarlas (Fig. 5).
6.- Coloque las placas de madera A1 y A2 sobre la placa X. Utilice cuatro
tornillos (P20) para sujetarlas (Fig. 6).
7.- Instale la caja de engranes y el motor en la placa de madera X. Utilice
4 tornillos (P20) para sujetar firmemente (Fig. 7).
ARMADO DE LAS PIERNAS
PIERNA IZQUIERDA
1.- Ubique la placa de madera V. Coloque en la parte inferior de la pierna
el pie de metal (P26) y asegúrela con dos tornillos (P20).
2.- En la parte superior izquierda externa de la pierna coloque un tornillo
auto ajustable (P21) y una rondana (P23). Una vez que haya cruzado la
pierna, en la parte interior coloque un tapón (P13) y un tubo de plástico
(P12). Atorníllelo en la placa de madera A1,
3.- En la parte superior derecha externa de la pierna, coloque un tornillo
(P22) y una rondana (P23). En la parte interna de la pierna, coloque un
tapón (P13), un resorte (P24) y atorníllela en el conector de plástico (P29),
una vez que atraviese el conector, asegure el tornillo y la pierna utilizando
una tuerca (P19) (Fig. 8).
PIERNA DERECHA
1.- Ubique la placa de madera W. Siga las mismas instrucciones que
utilizó para instalar la pierna izquierda (Fig. 9).

INSTALLING THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
1.- Place the battery compartment (P16) over the X wooden plaque. Make
sure that the compartment's wires aim to the front of the plaque.
2.- Fasten it to the wooden plaque, using two screws (P20).
3.- Pass the compartment's wires through the hole located at the front of
the X wooden plaque (Fig. 10).
HOW TO PLACE THE SPINAL COLUMN AND THE HEAD
1.- Locates the R wooden plaque. Place it on the top of the X wooden
plaque. Place the compartment's wires beside of the spinal column (Fig.
11).
2.- To fasten it, use one large fixing plate (P27) and two screws (P20) (Fig.
12).
3.- Locates the S wooden plaque and put it on the front of the spinal
column. To fasten it use a large fixing plate (P27) and two screws (P20)
(Fig. 12).
INSTALLING THE SWITCH
1.- Put the switch (P17) into the pre-established hole, located in the
tyrannosaurus' neck (S). Fasten it firmly, using two screws (P20).
2.- To make the wire installation, see the diagram (Fig. 13).

INSTALACIÓN DEL COMPARTIMIENTO DE BATERÍAS
1.- Coloque el compartimiento de baterías (P16) encima de la placa de
madera X. Asegúrese de que los cables del compartimiento apunten hacia
el frente de la placa.
2.- Utilice 2 tornillos (P20) para asegurar el compartimiento a la placa de
madera.
3.- Introduzca los cables del compartimiento a través del orificio ubicado al
frente de la placa de madera X (Fig. 10).
COLOCACIÓN DE LA COLUMNA VERTEBRAL Y LA CABEZA
1.- Ubique la placa de madera R. Colóquela en la parte superior de la
placa de madera X. Asegúrese de que los cables del compartimiento de
baterías queden uno de cada lado de la columna vertebral.
2.- Para asegurarla, utilice una placa de metal grande (P27) y dos tornillos
(P20) (Fig. 11).
3.- Ubique la placa de madera S y colóquela al frente de la columna
vertebral. Para fijarla utilice una placa de metal grande (P27) y dos
tornillos (P20) (Fig. 12).
COLOCACIÓN DEL INTERRUPTOR DE ENCENDIDO
1.- Coloque el interruptor (P17) en el orificio que se localiza en el cuello
del tiranosaurio (S). Utilice dos tornillos (P20) para sujetarlo firmemente.
2.- Para realizar las conexiones de los cables del interruptor y del
compartimiento de baterías al motor, vea el diagrama (Fig. 13).

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE ARMS
1.- Locates the wooden plaques Y and Z. Install two large fixing plates
(P27) and fasten them using two screws (P20) (Fig. 14).
2.- Place the C wooden plaque between the grooves of the wooden
plaques X & Z. To fasten it, use the fixing plates (P27) and two screws
(P20) (Fig. 15).
3.- Put the B wooden plaque in the available groove of the wooden
plaques Y and Z (Fig. 16).
4.- Put the right arm (T) beside the wooden plaques Y and Z. To prevent
the detachment, use a self-taping screw (P21), one pulley wheel (P23),
one nylon pad (P13) and a plastic tube (P12) (Fig. 17).
5.- To install the left arm, repeat last step, using the left arm (U) (Fig. 18).
6.- To put both arms in the body of the tyrannosaurus, put the vertebras in
groove number 2 and number 3 from the tyrannosaurus' head (Fig. 19).
7.- Use the wire (P18) to join the legs and arms. Bend the wire in accord to
the diagram (Fig. 19).
ARMADO DE LOS BRAZOS
1.- Ubique las placas de madera Y y Z. Instale dos placas de metal
grandes (P27) y asegúrelas utilizando dos tornillos (P20) (Fig. 14).
2.- Coloque la placa de madera C entre las ranuras de las placas Y y Z.
Para asegurarla, utilice las placas de metal (P27) y dos tornillos (P20)
(Fig. 15).
3.- Coloque la placa de madera B en la ranura disponible de las placas Y y
Z (Fig. 16).
4.- Coloque el brazo (T) derecho a un costado de las placas Y y Z. Para
evitar que se desprenda, utilice un tornillo auto ajustable (P21), una
rondana (P23), un tapón (P13) y un tubo de plástico (P12) (Fig. 17).
5.- Para colocar el brazo izquierdo, repita el paso anterior utilizando el
brazo izquierdo (U) (Fig. 18).
6.- Para colocar ambos brazos en el cuerpo del tiranosaurio, inserte las
vértebras en las ranuras 2 y 3 de la cabeza del tiranosaurio (Fig. 19).
7.- Utilice dos alambres (P18) para realizar la unión entre los brazos y las
piernas. Doble el alambre de acuerdo al diagrama (Fig. 19).

Finally, put the rest of the vertebras and the head in the same order as the
picture (Fig. 20).
To start to use the Tyrannosaurus Kit, put two new AA batteries or with
enough charge (no included) into the battery compartment. Move the
switch (P17) to On, the tyrannosaurus starts to move

Finalmente coloque las vértebras y la cabeza en el orden que muestra el
dibujo (Fig. 20).
Para comenzar a utilizar su kit de tiranosaurio, coloque dos baterías AA
nuevas o con suficiente carga (no incluídas) en el compartimiento de
baterías. Mueva el interruptor ( P17) a la posición de encendido, su nuevo
kit comenzará a moverse.
Nota:
Asegúrese de que las conexiones estén bien realizadas.
Los conectores de plástico (P29) deben estar colocados diametralmente
opuestos.

Note:
Use the sandpaper to sand the edges of the pre-cut pieces, before to start
to arm the kit.
If the pieces aren't easily joined or are out of place constantly, please use
some glue.
