VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient der Demontage festsitzender Injektoren bei montiertem Zylinderkopf und

ist geeignet für BMW-Motoren der Baureihe M47TU - M57 - M57TU. Das Werkzeug stützt sich auf

dem Zylinderkopf ab und ermöglicht dadurch hohe Ausziehkräfte.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

•Legen Sie beinhaltende Werkzeuge niemals auf die Fahrzeugbatterie. Gefahr von

Kurzschluss.

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten am laufenden Motor. Lose Kleidung, Werkzeuge und andere

Gegenstände können von drehenden Teilen erfasst werden und schwere Verletzungen

verursachen.

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten an heißen Motoren, es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!

•Entfernen Sie vor der Reparatur den Zündschlüssel, so verhindern Sie ein versehentliches

Starten des Motors, einen dadurch entstehenden Motorschaden und Verletzungen.

•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch.

Entnehmen Sie bitte technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte und Hinweise zur Demontage

und Montage immer der fahrzeugspezifischen Serviceliteratur.

UMWELTSCHUTZ

Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind

zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.

Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer örtlichen Abfallbehörde über Recyclingmaßnahmen.

VERWENDUNG

1. Kraftstoffleitungen und Kabel vom Injektor demontieren.

2. Elektrische Einheit mit dem 29 mm Steckschlüssel lösen und abnehmen.

3. Injektorklemmung demontieren.

4. Kleeblattförmige Scheibe runterdrücken, Sicherungsring demontieren und Bauteile entnehmen.

Achtung: Beim Zerlegen des Injektors können kleinste Bauteile aus dem Injektor fallen.

VERWENDUNG

5. Ringschraube mit Innensechskant-Biteinsatz entfernen.

Achtung: Beim Zerlegen des Injektors können kleinste Bauteile aus dem Injektor fallen.

6. Spindel mit der M17 Gewindeseite im Innengewinde des Injektors mit ca. 5 Nm befestigen.

7. Spindel durch das Lager in der Stützbrücke schieben und mit Stützfüßen am Zylinderkopf

montieren.

8. Spindelmutter montieren.

9. Durch Drehen der Spindelmutter, gegen das Lager in der Brücke, kann nun der Injektor

herausgezogen werden.

INTENDED USE

This tool set has been designed for the removal of seized injectors with the cylinder head installed

and it is suited for BMW engines of the series M47TU - M57 - M57TU. The tool rests on the cylinder

head which allows high extraction forces.

•If you remove the ignition key before repairing, you can prevent the engine from being started

accidentally and resulting in engine damage and personal injuries.

•This manual serves as a brief guide and does not replace a workshop manual. Always refer to

the vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and

instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with

the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

USE

1. Dismantle fuel lines and cables from the injector.

2. Loosen and remove the electrical unit using the 29 mm socket wrench.

3. Loosen and remove the injector bracket.

4. Press down the cloverleaf-shaped disc, dismantle the locking ring and remove the components.

Attention: When dismantling the injector, the smallest components can fall out of the injector.

USE

5. Remove the ring screw by using the bit socket.

Attention: When dismantling the injector, the smallest components can fall out of the injector.

6. Fix the M17 threaded side of the spindle in the female thread of the injector applying a force of

approx. 5 Nm.

7. Insert the spindle through the bearing in the support bridge and mount it with the support feet

onto the cylinder head.

8. Install the spindle nut.

9. The injector can be now extracted by rotating the spindle nut against the bearing in the bridge.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce jeu d'outils est utilisé pour démonter les buses d'injection difficiles à démonter lorsque la culasse

est installée et convient aux moteurs des séries BMW M47TU - M57 - M57TU. L'outil repose sur la

culasse et permet donc des forces d'extraction élevées.

PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT

UTILISATION

1. Démontez les conduites de carburant et les câbles d'injecteur.

2. Desserrez et retirez le bloc électrique à l'aide de la clé à douille de 29 mm.

3. Retirez la pince de l'injecteur.

4. Appuyez sur la rondelle en forme de trèfle, démontez la bague de verrouillage et retirez les

composants. Attention : Lors du démontage de l'injecteur, de petits composants peuvent

tomber de l'injecteur.

UTILISATION

5. Retirez le boulon à œil avec une clé à douille hexagonale. Attention : Lors du démontage de

l'injecteur, de petits composants peuvent tomber de l'injecteur.

6. Fixez la broche avec le côté filetage M17 dans le filetage intérieur de l'injecteur

avec environ 5 Nm.

7. Poussez la broche à travers le roulement du pont de support et montez-la sur la culasse à

l'aide des pieds de support.

8. Installez l'écrou de broche.

9. En tournant l'écrou de broche contre le roulement, l'injecteur peut maintenant être retiré.

USO PREVISTO

Este juego de herramientas se utiliza para desmontar inyectores atascados con la culata instalada y

es adecuado para motores BMW de las series M47TU - M57 - M57TU. La herramienta se apoya en

la culata y, por lo tanto, permite fuerzas de extracción elevadas.
