VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient zum Zentrieren der Kupplungsscheibe beim Erneuern der Kupplung.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

•Legen Sie beinhaltende Werkzeuge niemals auf die Fahrzeugbatterie. Gefahr von

Kurzschluss.

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten am laufenden Motor. Lose Kleidung, Werkzeuge und andere

Gegenstände können von drehenden Teilen erfasst werden und schwere Verletzungen

verursachen.

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten an heißen Motoren, es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!

Starten des Motors, einen dadurch entstehenden Motorschaden und Verletzungen.

•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch.

Entnehmen Sie bitte technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte und Hinweise zur

Demontage und Montage immer der fahrzeugspezifischen Serviceliteratur.

UMWELTSCHUTZ

Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind

zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.

1. Passendes Zentrierstück (1-8) auswählen, dieses muss in die Kurbelwellenbohrung bzw. in

das Pilotlager passen.

2. Passenden Kupplungs-Zentrierdorn (9-11) auswählen und Zentrierstück (1-8) auf das

Gewinde vom Kupplungs-Zentrierdorn montieren.

3. Kupplungs-Zentrierdorn in die Kupplungsnabe einführen und durch Drehen der gerändelten

Schraube im Uhrzeigersinn den Zentrierdorn in der Kupplungsnabe fixieren.

4. Kupplungsscheibe mit Zentrierdorn in der Kurbelwellenbohrung/Pilotlager zentrieren und

Kupplungsautomat montieren. Achtung: Bei Montage der Kupplungsscheibe auf korrekte

Einbaulage achten.

5. Zentrierdorn durch Drehen der gerändelten Schraube gegen den Uhrzeigersinn Lösen und aus

der Kupplungsnabe herausziehen.

This tool set is used for centering the clutch disc during changing the clutch.

•Use the tool for the intended purpose only.

•Never place the tool on the vehicle battery. There is a risk of a short circuit.

caught by rotating parts and cause serious injury.

•Be careful when working on hot engines because of the risk of burn injuries!.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with

the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.

1. Select a suitable centering piece (1-8), this must fit into the crankshaft bore or into the pilot

bearing.

2. Select a suitable centering mandrel (9-11) and mount the centering piece (1-8) on the thread

of the centering mandrel.

3. Insert the clutch centering mandrel into the clutch hub and fix it in the clutch hub by turning the

knurled screw clockwise.

4. Center the clutch disc with a centering mandrel in the crankshaft bore/pilot bearing and mount

the clutch pessure plate. Caution: When installing the clutch disc, make sure it is installed in

the correct position.

5. Loosen the centering mandrel by turning the knurled screw counterclockwise and pull it out of

the clutch hub.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce kit d'outils est utilisé pour centrer le disque d'embrayage lors du remplacement de l'embrayage.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage

•N’utilisez pas l’outil lorsque des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.

•N’utilisez l’outil qu’aux fins prévues.

•Ne posez jamais les outils de ce jeu sur la batterie du véhicule. Risque de court-circuit.

•Soyez prudent lorsque vous allez exécuter des travaux sur des moteurs en fonctionnement. Les

vêtements mal ajustés, outils et autres objets peuvent être happés par les composants en rotation

et provoquer de graves blessures.

•Soyez prudent lorsque vous allez exécuter des travaux sur des moteurs chauds, il y a risque de

brûlures !

•Retirer la clé de contact avant les réparations pour éviter un démarrage accidentel du moteur et

des dommages au moteur et blessures qui en résultent.

1. Sélectionner l’outil approprié (1-8) ; il doit pouvoir passer dans l’alésage du vilebrequin ou le

roulement pilote.

2. Sélectionner le poinçon de centrage d’embrayage (9-11) et monter la pièce de centrage (1-8)

sur le filetage du poinçon de centrage d’embrayage.

3. Insérer le poinçon de centrage d’embrayage dans le moyeu d’embrayage et fixer le poinçon de

centrage dans le moyeu d’embrayage en tournant la molette du poinçon de centrage dans le

sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

4. Centrer le disque d’embrayage avec le poinçon de centrage dans l’alésage du vilebrequin

(roulement pilote) et monter le mécanisme d’embrayage. Attention : lors du montage du disque

d’embrayage, veiller à maintenir la position de montage correcte.

5. Retirer le poinçon de centrage du moyeu d’embrayage en tournant la molette du poinçon dans

le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.

USO PREVISTO

Este kit de herramientas se utiliza para centrar el disco de embrague al reemplazar el embrague.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje

•No utilice la herramienta si faltan piezas o están dañadas.

•Utilice la herramienta solo para el fin previsto.

•Nunca coloque las herramientas contenidas sobre la batería del vehículo. Peligro de

cortocircuito.

•Tengan cuidado cuando trabajen en un motor en marcha. La ropa holgada, herramientas y

otros objetos pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas giratorias y causar lesiones graves.

•¡Precaución al trabajar con motores calientes, existe peligro de quemaduras!

•Retire la llave de encendido antes de la reparación, así evitará un arranque accidental del

motor y los daños en el mismo y lesiones personales.

1. Seleccionar la pieza de centrado (1-8) adecuada, de modo que encaje en el orificio del

cigüeñal o en el rodamiento piloto.

2. Seleccionar el perno de centraje del embrague (9-11), y montar la pieza de centrado (1-8) en

la rosca del perno de centraje del embrague.

3. Insertar el perno de centraje del embrague en el buje del embrague y fijarlo girando el tornillo

moleteado en sentido horario en el buje del embrague.

4. Centrar el disco del embrague en orificio del cigüeñal con el perno de centraje (rodamiento

piloto) y montar el embrague automático. Atención: A la hora de montar el disco del embrague

asegurarse de que esté en la posición de montaje correcta.

5. Aflojar el perno de centraje girando el tornillo moleteado en sentido antihorario y extraerlo del

buje del embrague.
