WICHTIG

Drehmomentschäden durch unsachgemäßen Betrieb zu vermeiden.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN BEIM GEBRAUCH

•Stellen Sie vor der Verwendung sicher, dass der Drehmomentschlüssel richtig eingestellt ist.

(Das Drehmoment ist auf kleinstem Wert für den Versand eingestellt.)

•Um eine regelmäßige Überprüfung auf Funktion und Genauigkeit durchzuführen, wenden Sie

sich bitte an einen Fachmann. Um Unfälle mit Verletzungen oder Schäden am

Drehmomentschlüssel zu vermeiden, darf die Baugruppe nicht zerlegt werden.

•Wenn Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel für längere Zeit aufbewahren, lagern Sie ihn mit niedrigster

Drehmomenteinstellung, tragen Sie einen Ölfilm auf und bewahren Sie ihn an einem trockenen

Ort auf.

•Um die Genauigkeit des Drehmomentschlüssels sicherzustellen, muss dieser einmal im Jahr

oder nach 5000 Einsätzen überprüft werden.

•Verwenden Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel niemals als Hammer und setzen keine Zange oder

Rohr zur Verlängerung an den Drehmomentschlüssel an. Verwenden Sie den

Drehmomentschlüssel nicht im oder unter Wasser.

AUSWAHLHILFE

Wählen Sie einen geeigneten Typ an Drehmomentschlüssel und Steckschlüssel aus, entsprechend

dem Drehmomentwert, der für das Anziehen der Schraube oder Mutter erforderlich ist.

Ziehen Sie die Arretierung zurück, um die Zusatzskala zu

entriegeln. Drehen Sie die Zusatzskala, um ein Drehmomentwert

einzustellen. Der eingestellte Drehmomentwert ist eine

Kombination von Werten auf der Hauptskala und der

Zusatzskala.

EINSTELLUNG (Beispiel 66 Nm)

SCHRITT 1: Einstellen auf 60 Nm

Drehen Sie die Zusatzskala bis 60 Nm auf der Hauptskala nahe

der Abschlusslinie und die 0 auf der Zusatzskala an der Mittellinie

ausgerichtet ist.

Jetzt ist das Drehmoment auf 60 Nm eingestellt.

SCHRITT 2: Einstellen auf 66 Nm

Drehen Sie im Uhrzeigersinn, bis die 6 auf der Zusatzskala an

der Mittellinie ausgerichtet ist.

Jetzt ist das Drehmoment auf 66 Nm eingestellt.

Setzen Sie den Steckschlüssel an einem Schraubenkopf oder

einer Mutter an.

Drehen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel im Uhrzeigersinn, um die

Schraube zu befestigen.

Beenden Sie das Anziehen der Schraube direkt, wenn Sie ein

"Klicken" hören. Dies bedeutet, dass der eingestellte

Drehmomentwert erreicht ist.

INSTANDHALTUNG

•Der Drehmomentschlüssel muss regelmäßig überprüft oder kalibriert werden, um eine

ordnungsgemäße Funktion zu gewährleisten.

•Reinigen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel nur mit einem trockenen und weichen Tuch.

•Tauchen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel niemals in eine Flüssigkeit.

IMPORTANT

Please read this instruction manual carefully before starting to operate the torque wrench. Please

contact the manufacturer for any doubts, so as to avoid safety accidents and torque damage due to

improper operation.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

•Make sure the torque wrench is set correctly before using. (The torque is set on the minimum

scale for shipment)

•Please go to professional department to perform regular inspection for function and accuracy. In

order to avoid injury accidents or damage the torque wrench, the individual must not disassemble

the assembly

•When storing the toque wrench for a long time, store the wrench with torque graduation set to the

lowest setting, then apply rustproof oil, and keep in a dry place.

•In order to ensure the accuracy of the torque wrench, it must be verified once a year or after 5000

uses.

•Prohibit using torque wrench as a hammer, or using plier to clip wrench, or using wrench in the

water.

SELECTION GUIDE

Select the appropriate type of torque wrench and socket according to the torque value required for the

bolt or nut being tightened.

Pull back the locker to unlock the supplementary scale.

Turn the supplementary scale to set a torque.

The set torque value is a combination of values on the main scale

and supplementary scale.

ADJUSTMENT (Example 66 Nm)

STEP 1: Set at 60 Nm

Turn supplementary scale until 60 Nm on main scale close to

graduation line and the 0 on the supplementary scale is aligned

with centerline.

Now the torque is set at 60 Nm.

STEP 2: Set at 66 Nm

Turn clockwise until 6 on supplementary scale is aligned with

centerline.

Now the torque is set at 66 Nm.

Apply the socket on to a bolt head or nut.

Turn the torque wrench clockwise to fasten the bolt.

Stop pulling the wrench when you hear a "Click", this means it's

already at the torque value which you set.

MAINTENANCE

•The torque wrench must be checked or calibrated regularly, to guarantee proper function.

•Clean the torque wrench with a dry and soft cloth only.

•Never dip the torque wrench into a liquid.

IMPORTANT

Lisez attentivement ce manuel avant d’utiliser la clé dynamométrique. En cas de doute, veuillez

contacter le fabricant pour éviter les accidents et les dommages dus à des utilisations inadéquates et

un manque de sécurité.

PRÉCAUTIONS D’EMPLOI

•Avant utilisation, assurez-vous que la clé dynamométrique est correctement réglée. (Le couple

de serrage est réglé à la plus petite valeur pour l’expédition.)

•Pour effectuer un contrôle régulier du fonctionnement et de la précision, veuillez contacter un

spécialiste. Afin d’éviter des accidents impliquant des blessures ou des dommages à la clé

dynamométrique, l’ensemble ne doit pas être démonté.

•Si vous allez ranger la clé dynamométrique pendant une période prolongée, réglez-la au couple

de serrage le plus bas, appliquez un film d’huile et rangez-la dans un endroit sec.

•Pour assurer la précision de la clé dynamométrique, elle doit être vérifiée une fois par an ou

après 5000 opérations.

•N’utilisez jamais la clé dynamométrique en tant que marteau et n’utilisez jamais une pince ou un

tube pour rallonger le manche de la clé dynamométrique. N’utilisez jamais la clé dynamométrique

sous ou dans l’eau.

AIDE À LA SÉLECTION

Sélectionnez un type approprié de clé dynamométrique et de clé à douille en fonction de la valeur de

couple requise pour serrer la vis ou l’écrou.

Retirez le verrouillage pour déverrouiller l’échelle auxiliaire.

Tournez l’échelle auxiliaire pour définir une valeur de couple. La

valeur de couple définie est une combinaison des valeurs sur

l’échelle principale et l’échelle auxiliaire.

RÉGLAGE (exemple 66 Nm)

ÉTAPE 1 : Réglage à 60 Nm

Tournez l’échelle auxiliaire à 60 Nm sur l’échelle principale près

de la ligne finale, jusqu’à ce que le 0 sur l’échelle auxiliaire soit

aligné avec la ligne centrale.

Le couple de serrage est maintenant réglé à 60 Nm.

ÉTAPE 2 : Réglage à 66 Nm

Tournez dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à ce que

le 6 de l’échelle auxiliaire soit aligné avec la ligne centrale.

Le couple de serrage est maintenant réglé à 66 Nm.

Placez la douille sur une tête de vis ou sur un écrou.

Tournez la clé dynamométrique dans le sens des aiguilles d’une

montre pour serrer la vis ou l’écrou

Arrêtez immédiatement le serrage dès que vous entendez des

déclics. Cela indique que la valeur de couple de serrage réglée a

été atteinte.

ENTRETIEN

•La clé dynamométrique doit être vérifiée ou étalonnée régulièrement pour assurer son bon

fonctionnement.

•Ne nettoyez la clé dynamométrique qu’à l’aide d’un tissu sec et doux.

•Ne plongez jamais la clé dynamométrique dans un quelconque liquide.

MEDIDAS DE PRECAUCIÓN DURANTE EL USO

•Antes de usarla, asegúrese de que la llave dinamométrica esté ajustada correctamente. (El par

de apriete se ajusta al valor más bajo para el envío).

•Para realizar una verificación periódica del funcionamiento y de la precisión, consulte a un

especialista. Para evitar accidentes que provoquen lesiones o daños en la llave dinamométrica,

no desmonte el conjunto.

•Cuando almacene la llave dinamométrica durante un largo periodo de tiempo, guárdela con el

ajuste de par de apriete más bajo, aplique una película de aceite y guárdela en un lugar seco.

•Para garantizar la precisión de la llave dinamométrica, revísela una vez al año o después de

5000 usos.

•No utilice la llave dinamométrica nunca como un martillo ni coloque unos alicates o un tubo en la

llave dinamométrica para extenderla. No utilice la llave dinamométrica dentro o debajo del agua.
