VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Diese Zange dient zum Lochen des Material, in welches die Ösen eingesetzt werden und zum

Verpressen der mitgelieferten 5 mm Ösen.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

•Überprüfen Sie das Werkzeug vor Gebrauch und verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile

fehlen oder beschädigt sind.

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder niemals mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.

•Achten Sie während der Verwendung auf den Schutz Ihrer Hände!

•Während der Verwendung die Hände nicht zwischen die Zange halten.

VERWENDUNG

Locher

Vor dem Einsetzen einer Öse, muss mit dem Locher ein Loch in das Material gestanzt werden.

Tiefenanschlag

Mit dem Tiefenanschlag wird der benötigte Seitenabstand der Lochung vom Materialrand eingestellt.

Die Verwendung des Tiefenanschlags ist besonders beim Setzen mehrerer Ösen in einer Reihe von

Vorteil. (Lochung im gleichen Abstand)

Rändelschraube Lösen, Tiefe durch Verschieben des Anschlags einstellen und mit der

Rändelschraube fixieren.

Pressstücke

Das Material mit der eingesetzten Öse zwischen die Presstücke positionieren.

Dabei darauf achten, dass die Bohrung der Öse mittig auf dem Führungszapfen vom Pressstück sitz.

Beim Betätigen der Zange auf korrekten Sitz der Öse achten und Zange einmal komplett bis zum

Anschlag durchdrücken.

INTENDED USE

These pliers are used for punching the material into which the eyelets are inserted and for pressing

the 5 mm eyelets that are included.

SAFETY INFORMATION

•Use the tool for the intended purpose only.

•Check the tool before using and do not use the tool if parts are missing or damaged.

•Keep children and other unauthorised persons away from the work area.

•Do not ever let any children play with the tool or the packaging.

•Be sure to protect your hands during use!

•Do not hold your hands between the pliers during use.

USE

Punch

Before inserting an eyelet, a hole must be punched into the material.

The required hole is punched for the eyelet using the punch.

Depth stop

With the depth stop, the necessary side clearance of the perforation from the edge of the material is

adjusted. Use of the depth stop is advantageous especially when setting eyelets one after another.

(Perforation at equal distance)

Loosen knurled screw, adjust depth by moving the stop and fix with the knurled screw.

Press pieces

Position the material with the inserted eyelet between the press pieces.

Make sure that the hole of the eyelet is centred on the guiding pin of the press piece.

When operating the pliers, ensure the proper seating of the eyelet and apply pressure to the pliers

once completely to the stop.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ces pinces permettent de perforer le matériau dans lequel les œillets sont insérés et de sertir les

œillets de 5 mm fournis.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•N’utilisez l’outil qu’aux fins prévues.

•Vérifiez l’outil avant utilisation et ne l’utilisez pas si des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de travail.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage.

•Prenez soin de protéger vos mains pendant l’utilisation !

•Ne tenez pas vos mains entre les pinces pendant l’utilisation.

UTILISATION

Perforateur

Avant d’insérer un œillet, il faut percer un trou dans le matériau avec le perforateur.

Le trou nécessaire pour l’œillet est poinçonné à l’aide du perforateur.

Butée de profondeur

La butée de profondeur sert à régler la distance latérale requise de la perforation par rapport au bord

du matériau. L’utilisation de la butée de profondeur est particulièrement avantageuse lors de la mise

en place de plusieurs œillets consécutifs (même distance entre les trous).

Desserrez la vis moletée, réglez la profondeur en glissant la butée et fixez-la avec la vis moletée.

Pièces de pression

Positionnez le matériau avec l’œillet inséré entre les pièces de pression.

Veillez à ce que le trou de l’œillet soit centré sur la goupille de guidage de la pièce de pression.

En actionnant la pince, assurez-vous que l’œillet est correctement positionné, puis pressez la pince à

fond une seule fois jusqu’à la butée.

USO PREVISTO

Este alicate sirve para perforar el material en el que se insertan los ojetes y para prensar los ojetes

de 5 mm suministrados.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Utilice la herramienta solo para el fin previsto.

•Verifique la herramienta antes de usarla y no la use si faltan piezas o están dañadas.

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje.

•¡Preste atención a la protección de sus manos durante el uso!

•No ponga sus manos entre las pinzas durante el uso.

APLICACIÓN

Punzonador

Antes de insertar un ojal, hay que hacer un agujero en el material con el punzonador.

Con el punzonador se perfora el agujero requerido para el ojete

Tope de profundidad

El tope de profundidad se utiliza para establecer la distancia lateral requerida de la perforación desde

el borde del material. El uso del tope de profundidad es particularmente útil cuando se colocan varios

ojetes en una fila. (Perforación a la misma distancia)

Aflojar el tornillo moleteado, ajustar la profundidad moviendo el tope y fíjarla con el tornillo moleteado.

Piezas de presión

Colocar el material con el ojal insertado entre las piezas de presión.

Asegurarse de que el orificio del ojal esté centrado en el pasador guía de la pieza de presión.

Al presionar los alicates, asegurarse de que el ojal esté colocado correctamente y presionar los

alicates una vez completamente hasta el tope.
