VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieses Produkt ermöglicht ein Erneuern von Gummi-Reifenventilen ohne Demontage des Reifens

von der Felge.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Produkt oder dessen Verpackung spielen

•Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

•Dieses Werkzeug ist nicht geeignet für Metall-Reifenventile.

•Überprüfen Sie das Ventil nach der Montage auf korrekten Sitz und auf Dichtigkeit.

DEMONTAGE

Lassen Sie die Luft aus dem Reifen, wenn nicht

bereits geschehen.

Setzen Sie den Haken des Ventilziehers (3)

zwischen Felge und dem Gummikörper des

Reifenventils an und drücken Sie den Haken in

die Felge.

Drehen Sie den T-Griff um 90° und ziehen sie

ihn zu sich hin, dabei muss der Haken von unten

in das Reifenventil eingreifen.

DEMONTAGE

Wenn Sie sicher sind, dass der Haken im

Reifenventil sitzt, kann das Ventil durch starkes

Ziehen am T-Griff herausgezogen werden.

MONTAGE

Entfernen Sie die Staubschutzkappe vom neuen

Reifenventil.

Schrauben Sie das neue Reifenventil auf den

Montageschaft (2).

Tragen Sie reichlich Reifenmontagepaste auf

das Reifenventil auf.

Positionieren Sie den Montagekegel (1) über die

Bohrung in der Felge, für das Reifenventil.

Drücken Sie das Reifenventil mit dem

Montageschaft (2) vollständig durch Kegel.

Ziehen Sie anschließend am Montageschaft (2),

um das Reifenventil in den Ventilsitz der Felge

zu ziehen.

Abschließend den Montageschaft (2) vom

Reifenventil demontieren und den Montagekegel

(1) entfernen.

Tire Valve Inserting Tool Set | 4 pcs.

ATTENTION

Read the operating instructions and all safety instructions contained therein carefully before using the

product. Use the product correctly, with care and only according to the intended purpose. Non-

operating instructions when handing over the product to third parties.

INTENDED USE

This product allows economic renewing of rubber tire valve without dismantling the tire from rim.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•Keep children and other unauthorized persons away from the work area.

•Do not let children play with the product or its packaging

•Use the product only for its intended purpose.

•This tool is not suitable for metal tire valves.

•After installation, check the valve for correct seating and leakage.

REMOVING

Let the air out of the tire if you haven't already.

Place the hook of the valve extractor (3)

between the rim and the rubber body of the tire

valve and press the hook into the rim.

Turn the T-handle 90° and pull it towards you,

the hook must engage in the tire valve from

below.

REMOVING

When you are sure that the hook is in the tire

valve, the valve can be pulled out by pulling hard

on the T-handle.

INSTALLING

Remove the dust cover from the new tire valve.

Screw the new tire valve onto the mounting shaft

(2). Apply plenty of tire fitting paste to the tire

valve.

Position the mounting cone (1) over the hole in

the rim for the tire valve.

Press the tire valve with the mounting shaft (2)

completely through the cone.

Then pull the mounting shaft (2) to pull the tire

valve into the valve seat of the rim.

Finally, dismantle the mounting shaft (2) from

the tire valve and remove the mounting cone (1).

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories

and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner

which is compatible with the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for

recycling information. Dispose of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.

Ensemble d'outils rétractables à valve de pneu

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce produit permet de remplacer les valves de pneu en caoutchouc sans démonter le pneu de la jante.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•N’autorisez pas les enfants à jouer avec le produit ou son emballage

•N’utilisez l’outil qu’à la fin prévue.

•Cet outil ne convient pas pour les valves de pneus métalliques.

•Après le montage, vérifiez l’étanchéité et l’assise de la valve.

DÉMONTAGE

Laissez s’échapper l’air du pneu si ce n’est

déjà fait.

Placez le crochet de l’outil de traction de valve

(3) entre la jante et le corps en caoutchouc de

la valve de pneu et poussez le crochet dans la

jante.

Tournez la poignée en T sur 90° et tirez-la vers

vous ; le crochet doit s’engager dans la valve

du pneu par le bas.

DÉMONTAGE

Si vous êtes certain que le crochet est assis

dans la valve de pneu, la valve peut être retirée

en tirant fortement sur la poignée en T.

MONTAGE

Retirez le capuchon anti-poussière de la

nouvelle valve de pneu.

Vissez la nouvelle valve de pneu sur la tige de

montage (2).

Appliquez une quantité abondante de pâte de

montage de pneus sur la valve de pneu.

Positionnez le cône de montage (1) sur

l’alésage pour la valve de pneu dans la jante.

Poussez la valve de pneu avec la tige de

montage (2) complètement à travers le cône de

montage.

Ensuite, tirez sur la tige de montage (2) pour

tirer la valve de pneu dans le siège de valve de

la jante.

Pour terminer, retirez la tige de montage (2) de

la valve de pneu et retirez le cône de montage

(1).

Juego de herramientas para inserter

la válvula de neumático

ATENCIÓN

USO PREVISTO

Este producto permite sustituir las válvulas de goma de los neumáticos sin necesidad de

desmontarlos de la llanta.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con el producto o su embalaje

•Utilice el producto solo para el fin previsto.

•Esta herramienta no es adecuada para válvulas de metal de neumáticos.

•Tras el montaje, compruebe que la válvula esté bien asentada y que no haya fugas.

DESMONTAJE

Desinfle el neumático si aún no lo ha hecho.

Coloque el gancho del extractor de la válvula (3)

entre la llanta y el cuerpo de goma de la válvula

del neumático y presione el gancho para

introducirlo en la llanta.

Gire el mango en T en 90° y tire de él hacia

usted, asegurándose de que el gancho

enganche la válvula del neumático desde abajo.

DESMONTAJE

Cuando esté seguro de que el gancho está en la

válvula del neumático, se puede extraer la

válvula tirando con fuerza del mango en T.

MONTAJE

Retire el tapón antipolvo de la válvula del

neumático nueva.

Enrosque la nueva válvula del neumático sobre

el vástago de montaje (2).

Aplique una cantidad abundante de pasta de

montaje de neumáticos en la válvula del

neumático.

Coloque el cono de montaje (1) sobre el agujero

de la llanta de la válvula del neumático.

Empuje la válvula del neumático con el vástago

de montaje (2) completamente a través del

cono.

A continuación, tire del vástago de montaje (2)

para introducir la válvula del neumático en el

asiento de la válvula de la llanta.

Por último, desmonte el vástago de montaje (2)

de la válvula del neumático y retire el cono de

montaje (1).
