SICHERHEITSVORKEHRUNGEN

•Lesen Sie die Anweisungen vor Arbeitsbeginn aufmerksam durch.

•Diese Zange ist zum Trennen von Schläuchen von Rohren und Leitungen an Fahrzeugen

vorgesehen.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht für Arbeiten, für die es nicht vorgesehen ist.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arbeitsbereich ausreichend beleuchtet ist.

•Halten Sie Kinder und unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Bewahren Sie dieses Werkzeug außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.

•Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber, ordentlich, trocken und frei von nicht verwendeten

Materialien.

•Tragen Sie beim Arbeiten mit dieser Zange immer Handschuhe und einen Augenschutz, die den

OSHA- und ANSI Z87.1-Standards entsprechen.

EIGENSCHAFTEN

•Einfaches Trennen von Schlauchverbindungen durch exaktes Greifen der Leitung.

•Backen für 4,8 mm (3/16"), 6,4 mm (1/4") und 9,5 mm (3/8") Rohrleitungen.

•Besonders geeignet für Schläuche, die an glatten Rohrleitungen angeschlossen sind und bei

denen die Ausübung von Zugkräften nicht möglich ist.

•Flache Konstruktion ermöglicht den Zugang auch an beengten Platzverhältnissen.

•Spezielle Verriegelung sorgt für sicheres Greifen.

BENUTZEN

1. Schlauchklemme am zu trennenden Schlauch lösen.

2. Backen an der Rohrleitung, direkt unter dem Schlauch ansetzen. (Abb.1).

3. Geeignete Backen-Aussparung, passend für Rohrleitungsgröße, auswählen und die Rohrleitung

greifen.

4. Backenarretierung in Richtung Griff bewegen und sicherstellen, dass die Backe sicher arretiert

ist.

5. Schlauch durch gegeneinanderdrücken der beiden Zangengriffe trennen (Abb.2).

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

•This pliers is made for disconnecting hoses from tubes and lines on vehicles.

Do not use the tool in the areas it is not designed for.

•Ensure the working area has adequate lighting

•Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the working area.

•Keep this tool out of children reach.

•Keep working area clean, tidy, dry and free from unrelated materials.

•Always wear hand gloves and eye protection that meets OSHA and ANSI Z87.1 standards when

work with the tool:

FEATURES

•Easily disconnects hoses by gripping firmly the tubes / lines.

•Jaw for 3/16", 1/4" and 3/8" tubes and lines.

•Especially suitable for hoses connected to tubes or lines with smooth surface, where exercising

pullforce is not possible.

•Pointed jaw tip allows access to confined spaces.

•Special locking design enhances secure gripping.

USE

1. Remove hose clamp on the hose to be disconnect.

2. Insert the jaw tip into the place where hose and tube or line is connected. (Fig.1).

3. Choose the suitable size groove on the jaw tip and grip the tube or line.

4. Move the jaw lock downward and make sure the jaw is securely locked.

5. Disconnect the hose by pushing the two parts of the pliers towards each other (Fig.2).

MESURES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Lisez attentivement les instructions avant de commencer le travail.

•Cette pince permet de séparer les tuyaux flexibles des tuyaux rigides et des conduites sur les

véhicules.

•N’utilisez l’outil que pour les travaux pour lesquels il a été conçu.

•Assurez-vous que la zone de travail est suffisamment éclairée.

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•Maintenez cet outil hors de la portée des enfants.

•Maintenez la zone de travail propre, bien rangée, sèche et exempte de matériaux inutilisés.

•Portez toujours des gants et des lunettes de protection conformes aux normes OSHA et

ANSI Z87.1 lorsque vous travaillez avec cette pince.

lisses, où il n’est pas possible d’exercer des forces de traction.

•La conception plate permet de travailler même dans des espaces exigus.

•Un mécanisme de verrouillage spécial assure une préhension sûre.

UTILISATION

1. Desserrez le collier de serrage sur le tuyau flexible à déconnecter.

2. Placez les mâchoires sur la conduite, directement sous le tuyau flexible (Fig.1).

3. Choisissez un évidement de mâchoire approprié, adapté à la taille de la conduite, et serrez la

conduite.

4. Déplacez le verrouillage de mâchoire dans la direction de la poignée et assurez-vous que la

mâchoire est solidement verrouillée.

5. Séparez le tuyau flexible en pressant fermement ensemble les deux poignées (Fig. 2).

DISPOSICIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Lea detenidamente las instrucciones antes de empezar a trabajar.

•Este alicate está previsto para separar mangueras de tubos y conductos en vehículos.

•No utilice esta herramienta para trabajos para los que no está prevista.

•Asegúrese de que el área de trabajo está suficientemente iluminada.

•Mantenga a los niños y personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•Mantenga esta herramienta fuera del alcance de los niños.

•Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada, seca y libre de materiales no utilizados.

•Al trabajar con este alicate, use siempre guantes y protección visual que cumplan los

estándares OSHA y ANSI Z87.1.

PROPIEDADES

•Fácil separación de conexiones de manguera gracias al agarre exacto del conducto.

•Mordazas para tuberías de 4,8 mm (3/16"), 6,4 mm (1/4") y 9,5 mm (3/8").

•Especialmente adecuado para mangueras que están conectadas a tuberías lisas y en las que no

es posible ejercer fuerzas de tracción.

•La construcción plana permite el acceso también a espacios estrechos.

•El bloqueo especial proporciona un agarre seguro.

USO

1. Afloje la abrazadera de manguera en la manguera que va a separar.

2. Coloque las mordazas en la tubería, directamente por debajo de la manguera. (Fig.1).

3. Seleccione una adecuada separación de las mordazas que se adapte al tamaño de la tubería y

agarre la tubería.

4. Mueva el bloqueo de las mordazas en dirección a la empuñadura y asegúrese de que la

mordaza está firmemente bloqueada.

5. Separe la manguera presionando una contra otra las dos empuñaduras del alicate (Fig.2).
