Useful tips
• Small sized items of food generally require ashorter cooking time than
largeritems.
• A large amount of foodstuffs will require along cookingtime.
• A lesser amount of foodstuffs will require less cookingtime.
• Small items of food should be shaken halfway through their cooking time to ensure
that they are fried evenly.
• Brushing chips or french fries with alittle oil will make them crispier.
• Potatoes should be cooked within minutes of theoil having beenadded.
• Avoid cooking very fatty foods such as sausages.
Care and maintenance
• Turn off theair fryer and pull out theplug from theelectrical outlet. Lettheair fryer
cool completely.
• Clean theexterior of theair fryer using adampcloth. Useonly mild cleaning
agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Wash thepan with warm water and washing-up liquid. Rinsethoroughly. Useonly
asoft dish-washing brush/sponge. Neveruse metal objects to clean thepan, as
these may damage thecoating.
• Clean theinside of theair fryer with adamp cloth and use abrush to carefully
clean theheating element.
• Turn off theair fryer, unplug thepower cable from theelectrical outlet and store in
adry, dust-free environment out of thereach of children whenever it is not to be
used for anextended period.
