5. If the sound is distorted, increase the volume of the appliance the transmitter is
connected to, the TV for example, and then decrease the headphone volume
to eliminate the distortion noise.

You should be able to move from room to room without transmission interference.
If interference or interruption of transmission occurs push the Auto Scan button on
the headphone to obtain a better reception channel.
A. If it’s impossible to find a suitable frequency, change channels on the transmit-
ter and push the Auto Scan button on the headphones to obtain the correct
reception channel.
B. Test placing the transmitter in a different location. The best reception is obtai-
ned if the transmitter is placed high up.
To save on battery power, the transmitter will shut down after one minute if it does
not receive any signal or if the signal is too weak. When the signal returns to nor-
mal levels, the transmitter starts automatically.
Recharging of the built-in headphone batteries
1. Push the button (3) so that the LED (4) is turned ‘OFF’.
2. Place the headphones on the transmitter ensuring that the recharging contacts
are in the right position.
3. Recharging starts automatically and the green LED will light up.
NB! New batteries should always be charged for a minimum of 24 hours before the
headphones are used for the first time. Subsequent recharging should be interrup-
ted after approximately 15 hours.
Do not replace the supplied Ni-MH rechargeable batteries with any other type of
battery. Remember to always turn off the headphones with the switch (3) when
they are not in use or being recharged. The switch button should always show
‘OFF’ when batteries are being recharged.
